Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing administration procedures at Car Dealers in Pematangsiantar. The data collection technique carried out by the author is by observation and interviews. The data collected will be analyzed by the author with a qualitative analysis technique where the author himself is the analysis tool. In the process of this analysis, the authors are still looking for new findings and facts to support the relevant research results. The results of this study are in the form of an analysis of marketing administration that occurs in the company under study. It is hoped that the results of this analysis can be a solution to the problems experienced by the company, especially related to marketing administration.. Abstract

Abstract Taspen (Persero) is one of the government companies engaged in services, where its implementation provides services to all retired Civil Servants in terms of managing Pension Funds and Old Age Allowances. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the procedure and calculation of old age insurance at Taspen. The data collection technique used is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The analytical technique used is the Miles approach qualitative analysis technique. The results of the analysis carried out are PT. Taspen (Persero) Pematangsiantar Branch has provided a fairly good service to people who want to apply for Insurance Programs such as Work Accident Insurance and Death Insurance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Leadership Style at PT. Radio Swara Cendrawasih Karya Murni Pematang Siantar Leadership style talks about how a leader applies his leadership. Democratic leadership is the way a leader influences the behavior of his subordinates, in order to cooperate and work productively in order to achieve the goals of the organization. The leadership style of a leader in motivating his employees in carrying out his company's activities will greatly determine the performance of the company or organization. In the leader's relationship with his subordinates, a number of employees expect to get an open leader's treatment and provide flexibility in their work. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews and observations. The results show that the leadership style at PT. Radio Swara Cendrawasih Karya Murni Pematangsiantar cannot be said to be democratic because a leader has not provided direction and input to his subordinates and also does not want to accept criticism from employees against the leadership and is not in accordance with the characteristics stated by Rivai. (2014) that democratic leadership is always trying to synchronize the interests and personal of subordinates, cooperation and teamwork, and also not in accordance with Ariani (2014) including decisions made together, respecting the potential of their subordinates, listening to criticism.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund on the Level of Regional Financial Independence in Pematangsiantar City. This type of research is causal associative research. This research was conducted for the period 2011-2016. The type of data used is secondary data. Data obtained through the Department of Revenue and Financial Management of Regional Assets. The data analyzed in this study were processed from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Report (APBD) and the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget Realization Report (APBD). Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis show that partially the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund have a significant negative effect on the level of Regional Financial Independence. Simultaneously the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund also have a significant negative effect on Regional Financial Independence

Abstract

Information system based on technology is one of the efforts made by the management to improve company performance. The purpose of this research is to see the role of information systems in the implementation of banking activities. Data collection methods used are interviews and observation. The collected data will be tested for the validity and validity of the data first. The analytical technique used is a qualitative analysis technique in which the researcher acts as an analytical tool. In this case the researcher collects as much data as possible found in the field and then analyzes the data. From the results of the analysis, it is concluded that banking companies that have adopted technology in their operational activities will have a positive impact, namely increasing company performance. The company's performance can be seen from the increase in profits, increase in customers, as well as increased public confidence in the banking product.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth communication and service quality on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. This type of research uses associative with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 348 people. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Word of mouth communication has five statement indicators by producing a reliability test value of 73%, and the majority of respondents agree with the statement. The results obtained that partially word of mouth communication has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a tcount value of 11,546 > a ttable value of 1,967 or a significance value of 0.000 <α (0.05). The quality of service has five indicators of statements by producing a reliability test value of 77%, and the majority of respondents agree with the statement. The results showed that partially service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the tcount value of 12,850 > ttable value of 1,967 or a significance value of 0.000 < (0.05). Purchasing decisions have five statement indicators by producing a reliability test value of 72.1%, and the majority of respondents agree with the statement. Simultaneously word of mouth communication and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the Fcount value of 377,114 > Ftable value of 3,022 or a significance value of 0.000 < (0.05).
