Abstract

Latar Belakang: Penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi dianggap sebagai bagian dari proses pendidikan yang bertujuan memperkuat dasar-dasar pengetahuan dan pengembangan kepribadian. Melalui penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi sebagai upaya bagi remaja untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku positif tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan seksualnya, serta meningkatkan derajat reproduksinya. Pendidikan merupakan proses perubahan dalam diri anak dari ketidaktahuan menjadi tahu, dari anak-anak menuju dewasa. Pada usia remaja yang merupakan usia peralihan dari anak-anak menuju dewasa, perubahan yang paling menonjol adalah mulai berfungsinya alat reproduksi, yang ditandai dengan perkembangan perilaku seksual remaja yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh sumber informasi yang diperoleh remaja tersebut. Jika informasi yang diperoleh benar dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan maka perkembangan perilaku seksual remaja positif dan sebaliknya. Tidak jarang pula pada usia remaja, mereka seringkali mengalami masalah yang berakibat fatal bagi masa depannya.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektifitas penyuluhan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan dan sikap kesehatan reproduksi siswa Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah I Pakis Duren Banyuwangi.Metode: Jenis penelitian adalah quasi eksperimen dengan pre-test and post-test control group design. Populasinya semua siswa Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah I Pakis Duren Banyuwangi sebanyak 100 siswa. Sampel penelitian 40 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji hipotesis Mann-Whitney Test.Hasil: Penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi efektif untuk meningkatan pengetahuan siswa terhadap kesehatan reproduksi dengan nilai Asymp.sig (ρ) = 0,000. Penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi juga efektif untuk meningkatkan sikap siswa terhadap kesehatan reproduksi dengan nilai Asymp.sig (ρ) = 0,000.Kesimpulan: Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan perubahan sikap yang nyata mengenai kesehatan reproduksi remaja pada siswa Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah I Pakis Duren Banyuwangi, merupakan hasil dari sebuah proses transfer pengetahuan dan menjadi tujuan penyuluhan kesehatan, dimana hal ini membuktikan bahwa penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi remaja sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan memberikan perubahan sikap yang lebih baik terhadap kesehatan reproduksi remaja itu sendiriSaran: Membuat program kerjasama dengan sekolah-sekolah di Kabupaten Banyuwangi untuk melakukan Sosialisasi Kesehatan Reproduksi Sehat, membuat program edukasi yang menarik siswa terhadap Kesehatan Reproduksi Sehat, bekerjasama dengan UKS untuk menjadwalkan konseling rutin tentang Kesehatan Reproduksi Sehat. Kata Kunci: Kesehatan Reproduksi, Pengetahuan, Penyuluhan, Remaja, Sikap. ABSTRACT Background: Reproductive health counseling is considered as a part of the educational process that to strengthen the basic knowledge and development of adolescent personality. Through reproductive health counseling as an effort for adolescents to increase understanding, knowledge, attitudes, and positive behavior about their reproductive and sexual health, as well as increase their reproductive degrees. Education is a process of change in children from ignorance to knowing, from children to adults. At the age of adolescence which is the age of transition from children to adults, the most prominent change is the start of the functioning of the reproductive organs, which is marked by the development of adolescent sexual behavior which is strongly influenced by the sources of information obtained by the teenager. If the information obtained is correct and can be accounted for, the development of adolescent sexual behavior is positive and vice versa. Not infrequently also at the age of teenagers, they often experience problems that have fatal consequences for their future.Purpose: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of counseling on knowledge and attitudes of reproductive health students of Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah I Pakis Duren Banyuwangi.Methods: This type of research is quasi-experimental with a pretest and post-test control group design. The population is all students of Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah I Pakis Duren Banyuwangi as many as 100 students. The research sample is 40 students. Data analysis used Mann-Whitney test hypothesis.Result: Reproductive health counseling is effective to increase knowledge of reproductive health with the value of Asymp.sig (ρ) = 0.000. Reproductive health counseling is also effective in increasing attitudes towards reproductive health with a value of Asymp.sig (ρ) = 0.000.Conclusion: There is an increase in knowledge and a real change in attitude regarding adolescent reproductive health in students of Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah I Pakis Duren Banyuwangi, which is the result of a knowledge transfer process and becomes the goal of health education, which proves that adolescent health counseling is very effective in increasing knowledge and provide a better attitude change towards adolescent reproductive health itself.Suggestion: Create a collaborative program with schools in Banyuwangi Regency to conduct Health Reproductive Health Socialization, create an educational program that attracts students to Healthy Reproductive Health, in collaboration with UKS to schedule regular counseling on Healthy Reproductive Health. Keywords: Adolescents, Attitudes, Counseling, Knowledge, Reproductive Health

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Bengkulu menunjukkan bahwa nilai kecemasan pada ibu hamil di masa pandemi Covid-19 mencapai 39,8% dari 40 responden. Perlu diketahui bahwa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini memunculnya kekhawatiran/kecemasan ibu hamil terkait pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi dalam kandungan. Hal ini sesuai dengan survey awal di kelurahan Kertosari, Kabupaten Banyuwangi terhadap 10 orang ibu hamil, dimana 8 ibu hamil kurang memahami tentang pandemi Covid-19 dan tatalaksana pemeriksaan kehamilan selama masa pandemi Covid-19, serta ibu hamil mempunyai kecemasan akan terpapar virus Covid-19, sehingga ibu hamil tidak pernah melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan secara rutin di Puskesmas terdekat. Kondisi ini juga membutuhkan suatu upaya dari tenaga kesehatan untuk membantu mengatasi kecemasan ibuhamil dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang tatalaksana pemeriksaan kehamilan selama masa pandemi Covid-19, dan melakukan konseling untuk membantu ibu hamil mengurangi kecemasannya, maupun mengajarkan aktivitas olahraga bagi ibu hamil agar tetap rileks dan bugar selama kehamilannya.Tujuan:  Mengetahui  adanya  hubungan  antara  pengetahuan  ibu  hamil  tentang  Covid-19  dengan kecemasan ibu hamil selama masa pandemic Covid-19.Metode: Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel 35 responden ibu hamil diKelurahan Kertosari. Variabel pengetahuan dikelompokkan menjadi tiga yaitu baik, cukup, kurang, dikatakan pengetahuan baik apabila nilai total skor persentase kuesioner > 85%, cukup bila total skor persentase kuesioner57-85%,  kurang  bila  total  skor  persentase  kuesioner  <  42%.  Sedangkan  untuk  variabel  kecemasandikelompokkan menjadi tiga juga yaitu ringan, sedang, berat, dikatakan kecemasan ringan bila nilai total skor persentase kuesioner 7-23%, kecemasan sedang bila nilai total skor persentase kuesioner 30-53%, kecemasan berat bila nilai total skor persentase kuesioner 61-100 %. Analisis yang digunakan univariate dan bivariate, dengan uji statistik menggunakan Uji Chi Square.Hasil: Hasil analisis dari total skor pengetahuan responden termasuk dalam kategori kurang, dan hasil kecemasan responden diperoleh hasil dengan kategori berat, dengan nilai X2 hitung = 12,434 dan df = 4 dengan tingkat signifikansi = 0,014 atau 1,4%. Besar nilai X2 tabel = 9,488, maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan padapengetahuan baik, cukup, kurang terhadap kecemasan ringan, sedang, berat.Kesimpulan  dan  Saran:  Terdapat  hubungan  yang  signifikan  antara  pengetahuan  tentang  Covid-19 terhadap kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi pandemic Covid-19. Sehingga disarankan perlu adanyakerjasama antara bidan dan ibu hamil untuk bisa mengurangi rasa cemas yang dihadapi oleh ibu hamil, dan ibuhamil tetap mau memeriksakan kehamilannya kepada bidan, dengan tetap memakai protocol kesehatan yang dianjurkan. Kata Kunci : Ibu Hamil, Pengetahuan, Kecemasan, Pandemi Covid-19 ABSTRACT Background: Based on the results of a study in Bengkulu, it showed that the value of anxiety in pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic reached 39.8% of 40 respondents. It should be noted that the current Covid-19 pandemic has raised concerns/anxiety for pregnant women regarding the growth and development of babies in the womb. This is in accordance with the initial survey in the Kertosari Village, Banyuwangi City on 10 pregnant women, where 8 pregnant women did not understand the Covid-19 pandemic and the management of pregnancy tests during the Covid-19 pandemic, and pregnant women had anxiety about being exposed to the Covid-19 virus, so that pregnant women never did routine pregnancy check-ups at the Community Health Center. This condition also requires an effort from health workers to help overcome the anxiety of pregnant women by providing socialization about the management of antenatal care during the Covid-19 pandemic, and conducting counseling to help pregnant women reduce their anxiety, as well as teaching sports activities for pregnant women to stay relaxed and fit during her pregnancy.Objective: To find out the relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women about Covid-19 and their anxiety during the Covid-19 pandemic.Methods: this study used quantitative descriptive with a sample of 35 pregnant women as the respondents. This study was conducted in Kertosari Village. The knowledge variable was grouped into three, namely good, fair, and poor. It belongs to good knowledge category if the total score of the percentage of the questionnaire is > 85%, fair if the total score of the percentage of the questionnaire is 57-85%, poor if the total score of the percentage of the questionnaire is < 42%. Then, regarding anxiety variable, it is grouped into three, namely mild, moderate, severe, it is said to be mild anxiety if the total score of the questionnaire percentage score is 7-23%, moderate anxiety if the total score of the questionnaire percentage score is 30-53%, severe anxiety if the total score of the questionnaire percentage score 61-100%. The analysis used univariate and bivariate, with statistical test using Chi Square test.Results: The results of the analysis of the total score of respondents' knowledge were included in the poor category, and the results of the respondents' anxiety were obtained in the severe category, with a value of X2 obtained = 12,434 and df = 4 with a significance level of 0.014 or 1.4%. The value of X2 table = 9,488, then there was a significant effect of good, fair, poor knowledge on mild, moderate, severe anxiety.Conclusions and Suggestions: there was a significant relationship between knowledge about Covid-19 and the anxiety of pregnant women in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, it is recommended that there is a need for collaboration between midwives and pregnant women to be able to reduce the anxiety faced by pregnant women, so that pregnant women still want to check their pregnancies with midwives using the recommended health protocols. Keywords: Pregnant Women, Knowledge, Anxiety, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Latar belakang: Kelas ibu hamil merupakan sarana untuk belajar bersama yang membahas materi buku KIA berupa tatap muka dalam kelompok yang diikuti oleh ibu-ibu hamil dengan umur kehamilan antara 20-32 minggu yang didampingi oleh suami/keluarga, serta difasilitasi oleh bidan/tenaga kesehatan dengan jumlah peserta maksimal 10 orang. Salah satu materi kelas ibu hamil adalah senam hamil yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan fisik dan mental ibu dalam menghadapi dan mempersiapkan persalinan cepat, aman dan spontan. Namun, masih banyak ibu hamil yang belum mengerti dan menyadari bahwa latihan senam hamil yang diajarkan dalam kelas ibu hamil berguna untuk proses persalinan yang lebih baik dibandingkan ibu hamil yang tidak melakukann senam hamil. Di balai desa Jambesari sudah dijadwalkan 3 kali seminggu program kelas ibu hamil dengan rata-rata kehadiran 5-8 ibu hamil, banyak ibu hamil yang tidak mengikuti kelas ibu hamil dikarenakan suami kerja diluar kota sehingga tidak ada yang mengantar saat ada jadwal kelas ibu hamil, ibu hamil bekerja di toko saat ada jadwal kelas ibu hamil, ibu hamil kelupaan saat ada jadwal kelas ibu hamil dan ada beberapa ibu hamil yang belum pernah sama sekali mengikuti kelas ibu hamil. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi kelas ibu hamil terhadap keaktifan ibu hamil dalam mengikuti senam hamil. Metode penelitian: menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment dengan pendekatan pre-post test design without control, dengan total sampling sejumlah 45 ibu hamil yang berada di Desa Jambesari, dan analisa data menggunakan uji T-test. Hasil penelitian: Nilai probabilitas/p value uji T paired 0,000 > 0,05 (95 % kepercayaan) yang artinya ada perbedaan antara pre dan post perlakuan untuk variabel kelas ibu hamil. Nilai Mean 0,37778, dimana ada kecenderungan terjadinya peningkatan keikutsertaan ibu hamil dalam mengikuti kelas ibu hamil setelah dilakukan perlakuan, dengan rata-rata peningkatan 0,37778 setiap kali kegiatan kelas ibu hamil berlangsung. Nilai probabilitas/p value uji T paired 0,001 > 0,05 (95 % kepercayaan) yang artinya ada perbedaan antara pre dan post perlakuan untuk variabel senam hamil. Nilai Mean 0,22222, dimana ada kecenderungan terjadinya perubahan perilaku ibu hamil untuk rutin melakukan senam hamil di balai desa setelah dilakukan perlakuan, dengan rata-rata peningkatan 0,22222 setiap kali kegiatan senam hamil. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan kelas ibu hamil berkontribusi besar dalam perubahan perilaku ibu hamil untuk mengikuti senam hamil secara rutin karena terbukti bermanfaat bagi ibu hamil, salah satunya mampu mengurangi kecemasan ibu hamil dalam menghadapi proses persalinan dan juga mengurangi keluhan pegal-pegal di punggung dan pinggang selama kehamilannya. Saran: disarankan kepada pihak Puskesmas Mojopanggung dan Bidan wilayah untuk melakukan jemput bola pada saat pelaksanaan program kelas ibu hamil, dan dilakukan pendampingan oleh kader kesehatan terhadap ibu hamil selama program kelas ibu hamil di balai desa. Kata kunci: Ibu Hamil, Kelas Ibu Hamil, Senam Hamil ABSTRACT Background: The class for pregnant women is a means for learning together that discusses MCH handbook material in the form of face-to-face meetings in groups attended by pregnant women between 20-32 weeks of gestation accompanied by their husbands/family, and facilitated by midwives/health workers with a maximum of 10 participants. One of the class materials for pregnant women is pregnancy exercise which aims to prepare the mother physically and mentally to face and prepare for fast, safe and spontaneous labour. However, there are still many pregnant women who do not understand and realize that the exercise of pregnancy exercise that is taught in classes for pregnant women is useful for a better delivery process compared to pregnant women who do not do pregnancy exercise. At the Jambesari village hall, a class program for pregnant women was scheduled 3 times a week with an average attendance of 5-8 pregnant women. Many pregnant women did not attend classes for pregnant women because their husbands worked out of town so that no one accompanied them when there was a class schedule for pregnant women. pregnant women work in shops when there are classes for pregnant women, pregnant women forget when there are class schedules for pregnant women and there are some pregnant women who have never attended a class for pregnant women at all. Research objective: to find out how much the class contribution of pregnant women is to the activity of pregnant women in participating in pregnancy exercise. Research method: using a quantitative descriptive with a quasi-experimental design with a pre-post test design without control approach, with a total sampling of 45 pregnant women in Jambesari Village, and data analysis using the T-test. The results of the study: The probability value/p value of the paired T test is 0.000 > 0.05 (95% confidence), which means that there is a difference between pre and post treatment for class variables of pregnant women. The mean value is 0.37778, where there is a tendency for the participation of pregnant women to attend classes for pregnant women after the treatment, with an average increase of 0.37778 every time the class for pregnant women takes place. The probability value/p value of the paired T test is 0.001 > 0.05 (95% confidence), which means that there is a difference between pre and post treatment for the pregnancy exercise variable. The mean value is 0.22222, where there is a tendency for changes in the behavior of pregnant women to routinely carry out pregnancy exercise at the village hall after treatment, with an average increase of 0.22222 each time the pregnancy exercise is carried out. Conclusion: Class activities for pregnant women contribute greatly to changing the behavior of pregnant women to take part in routine pregnancy exercises because they are proven to be beneficial for pregnant women, one of which is being able to reduce the anxiety of pregnant women in dealing with the delivery process and also reduce complaints of aches in the back and waist during pregnancy. Suggestion: it is suggested to the Mojopanggung Health Center and regional midwives to pick up the ball during the implementation of the pregnant women class program, and provide assistance to pregnant women by health cadres during the pregnant women class program at the village hall. Keywords: Pregnancy Exercise, Pregnant Women, Pregnant Women Class
