Abstract

his study aims to test psychological capital mediates the relationship between authentic leadership and error management. Authentic leadership on psychological capital, psychological capital on error management, and authentic leadership on error management. The data were obtained from the questionnaires distributed to Hospital employees Jiwa Surakarta and Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Surakarta. The sampling technique used was cluster sampling with 159 respondents from the hospital employees population. The hypothesis test was used by using regretion test the SPSS 18 program. The results of the study indicate that the authentic leadership significantly affect on the error management, psychological capital significantly affect error management, authentic leadership significantly affect psychological capital, so that the psychological capital is strongly re inforced by the relationship between authentic leadership and error management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of organizational political perceptions on job satisfaction moderated by political skills. This research is important because it is able to examine the significance of the relationship between organizational political perceptions and political skills on job satisfaction. This research uses survey research methods through questionnaires. The objectof research is all hospital employees in the city of Surakarta with a sample of 159 respondents. Sampling in this study using the probability sampling method. The analytical tool used in this study is simple linear regression while the moderating analysis tool uses regression analysis tools. The results showed H1 had a significant relationship while H2 did not have a significant relationship. These results give the sense that organizational political perceptions affect job satisfaction. While political skills as a moderator between organizational political perceptions do not affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

his study aims to examine the effect of media influence on the influence of individual intention to donate blood donors. Data were obtained through questionnaires that have been distributed to social media users who have no experience of donating blood. The sampling technique used was pur posive sampling with a sample of 200. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis. The results in this study indicate that three hypotheses are supported and one hypothes is is not. It can be inter preted that the donor's attitude is able to provide strength in increasing the user's intention to donate blood through the effects of social media and the interactivity of social media which can communicate in two ways not because of the features of social media.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the attitude variable on the intention to use the Halodoc application. The intention to use Halodoc application is caused by the attitudes and trusts toward using the Halodoc application. Attitudes and trusts have an impact on the intention to us Halodoc application The data was obtained through questionnaires which distributed to the general public, both those who have used or have not used the Halodoc application. The sample which used in this study was 200. The sampling technique used was purpose sampling. Hypothesis testing is done by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the path analysis method. The results of this study indicate that five hypotheses are supported and three hypotheses are not supported. The relationship between attitudes and trusts has a positive effect on the intention to use the Halododc application. The variable of vulnerability has an effect on attitudes, vulnerability has no effect on t rust. The risk variable has no effect on attitudes and trusts. Characteristics of the application have a positive effect on attitudes and tr usts.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training on psychological contract fulfillment as moderated by the individual's relational orientation. The data were obtained from the questionnaires distributed to employees Jiwa Hospital of Surakarta and PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital of Surakarta. The sampling technique used is cluster sampling with a population of 149 hospital employees. Hypothesis testing is performed using regression analysis using SPSS 18. The results of this study indicate that training has a significant effect on psychological contract fulfillment and relationship orientation moderates the relationship between training and psychological contract fulfillment.
