Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of job satisfaction and employee loyalty on the performance of employees of PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. The research sample is employees at PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. This type of research is associative research, where variables are measured on a Likert scale. Data collection method is done by interview and questionnaire. In this study the sample used was 65 respondents. Data processing using SPSS 22.0. With descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan. In the variable employee loyalty shows that there is a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Asia Sakti Wahid Foods Manufacture Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Effect of Service Quality and Promotion on Dimsum Purchasing Decisions at CV. Royal Insan Mandiri in Medan ”. This type of research is an associative and quantitative approach. The population in this study were 101 consumers using the Slovin formula technique, so the number of samples in this study were 50 respondents taken from part of the population. Based on the t test of service quality with a value of tcount ttable (3.317 1,677) with a significant level of 0.002 0.05, then the promotion variable obtained tcount ttable (7.125 1.677). Partial positive and significant effect on dimsum purchasing decisions at CV. Royal Insan Mandiri. The value of Fcount 28.680 is greater than Ftable of 3.19 with sig 0.0000.05, indicating that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So, it can be concluded that the variable service quality and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on dimsum purchasing decisions at CV. Royal Insan Mandiri. The coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 X 100%, in order to obtain KD = 0,530%. This figure shows that 53% of purchasing decisions (dependent variable) can be explained by variables of service quality and promotion. The remaining 47% is influenced by other factors that are not explained in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of self-concept and knowledge on employee performance at the Medan Public Works Department. The research method used is associative research, where variables are measured with a Likert scale. Data collection methods by interview, questionnaire and observation. In this study the sample used was 80 respondents. Data management uses smartPLS3 with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results showed that: (1) partially the self-concept variable influenced the performance of employees in the Medan Public Works Department by 5,825 (2) partially the knowledge variable affected the performance of the employees at the Medan Public Works Department by 7,738. R-Square value obtained is 0.642. To see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable by calculating the coefficient of determination shows that 64.2% the remaining 35.8% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

Peningkatan populasi manusia yang terus berkembang pesat membawa dampak terhadap lingkungan yang memicu pemanasan global, hal ini menyebabkan sebagian besar konsumen yang peduli dengan ekosistem lingkungan berupaya untuk melakukan pembelian produk-produk yang ramah lingkungan guna mendukung keberlanjuan bisnis dan lingkungan yang tetap terpelihara. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 orang konsumen di kota Medan yang memiliki perilaku gaya hidup ramah lingkungan dan yang memiliki pengetahuan akan pentingnya perilaku ramah lingkungan yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of personality, family environment and entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial interest (a case study of management students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Medan Area University). The type of research used in this research is associative, which aims to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable and how closely the influence or relationship between two or more variables. This study uses secondary and empirical data. The analytical tool used multiple regression analysis. The result of the research states that the influence of personality, family environment and entrepreneurship education simultaneously is 13.6% on Entrepreneurial Interest. The sig F value is 0.005 0.05 and the F count is 4.613 2.70, meaning that Ha is accepted. H0 is rejected, so it can be concluded that personality, family environment and entrepreneurship education simultaneously have a significant influence on Entrepreneurial Interest. Personality has a probability value of 0.044 sig α 0.05 and 2.045 1.986. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be concluded that partially Personality has a significant influence on Entrepreneurial Interest. Family environment has a probability value of 0.021 sig α 0.05 and 2.347 1.986. Thus Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be concluded that partially the Family Environment has a significant influence on Entrepreneurial Interest. Entrepreneurship Education has a probability value of 0.522 sig α 0.05 and 0.643 1.984. Thus Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted, it can be concluded that partially Entrepreneurship Education has no significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstract

Many providers in Indonesia currently have many products such as PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera. The success of product development has made PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera a well-known  in Indonesia. The many awards this  has won has made PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera always be number one thanks to the level of customer loyalty. Consumer loyalty according to behavioral understanding is consistent with repurchasing behavior as well as a measure of customer preference to repurchase and the tendency to switch to the product. Repurchase intention is strongly influenced by consumer satisfaction with a product. However, there are two studies which state that it has a negative effect on consumer loyalty, so that a moderating variable appears. This research was tested on 133 respondents who then collected the data and tested its feasibility. After the feasibility test, a data analysis test was carried out using SEM (regression) with the help of the SmartPLS program. This study resulted in the following conclusions 1) The strong role of consumer satisfaction (93%) on consumer loyalty at PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera, because PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera is a highly recommended place to eat with its food choices, PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera is also easy to get, with many branches in each region make it easier for consumers to buy PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera products. 2) Consumer satisfaction which is moderated by the price of PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera's  products has a relatively small effect (1%) on consumer loyalty and price can also play a direct negative role (-1.3%) on consumer loyalty. This is because the price is competitive compared to similar products. 3) The role of the relatively small level of consumer satisfaction (8%) is moderated by product variations on  consumer loyalty at PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera and product variety can play a direct role on consumer loyalty by (5%). This is due to the lack of variety of PT Melia Sehat Sejahtera's  products.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Media Sosial Online, Kualitas Produk, Dan Harga Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Di Nuansa Caffe Saribudolok Kecamatan Silimakuta Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualntitaltif . populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelanggan yang datang ke Nuansa Caffe Saribudolok Kecamatan Silimakuta selama 1 bulan penelitian. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Sampling Insidental, jadi jumlah sampel selama 1 bulan sebanyak 90 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah uji statistic yang menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Sofware SPSS .Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji statistik diketahui bahwa fakor-faktor Media Sosial Online , berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Di Nuansa Caffe Saribudolok Kecamatan Silimakuta dengan demikian hipotesis diterima, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Nuansa Caffe Saribudolok Kecamatan Silimakuta dengan demikian hipotesis diterima , Harga berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Di Nuansa Caffe Saribudolok Kecamatan Silimakuta dengan demikian hipotesis diterima ,secara simultan Media Sosial Online, Kualitas Produk, Dan Harga berpengaruh Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Nuansa Caffe Saribudolok Kecamatan Silimakuta dengan demikian hipotesis diterima.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh faktor lingkungan sosial dan pengetahuan berwirausaha terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM sektor kuliner di Kecamatan Medan Selayang. Jenis penelitian digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah pelaku UMKM sektor kuliner di Kecamatan Medan Selayang yang berjumlah 445. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan rumus Slovin, sehingga sampel terpilih 82 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi kepustakaan dan penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik Analisis dengan Software SPSS for Wi ndows versi 22 dilakukan uji regresi linier, uji parsial dan uji simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor lingkungan sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM dengan t-hitung 5,231 > t-tabel 1,664 dan signifikansi-t 0,000 < 0,05. Pengetahuan Berwirausaha berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM dengan t-hitung 3,524 > t-tabel 1, 664 dan signifikansi-t 0,001 < 0,05. Faktor lingkungan sosial dan pengetahuan berwirausaha berpengaruh positf signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha UMKM dengan F-hitung 47,612 > F-tabel 2,72 dan signifikan-F 0,000 < 0,05. Faktor lingkungan sosial dan pengetahuan berwirausaha mimiliki pengaruh 54, 70% terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Variabel faktor lingkungan sosial paling berpengaruh dengan korelasi 0,0533 signifikansi 0,000.

Abstract

“Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah viral marketing secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Mixue Ice Cream & Tea di Mixue Kapten Muslim Medan. Apakah Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Mixue Ice Cream & Tea di Mixue Kapten Muslim Medan. Apakah viral marketing dan Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Mixue Ice Cream & Tea di Mixue Kapten Muslim Medan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan program SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji parsial dan uji simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 responden. Pengambilan data primer menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Viral marketing secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Mixue Ice Cream & Tea di Mixue Kapten Muslim Medan, dimana thitung 8,103 > ttabel 1,976 dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Mixue Ice Cream & Tea di Mixue Kapten Muslim Medan, dimana thitung 14,828 > ttabel 1,976 dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Viral marketing dan Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli produk Mixue Ice Cream & Tea di Mixue Kapten Muslim Medan, dimana Fhitung 403,124 > Ftabel 3,06 dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05”.
