The pawning of agricultural land is basically a transaction regarding land that is used as an object in collateral for debt between the land owner or the mortgagee and the pawn recipient with the aim of obtaining capital by not selling the land that is used as the object in the mortgage of the agricultural land, so the mortgage on agricultural land has the right redeem to get agricultural land that has been mortgaged to the recipient of the pawned agricultural land. The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the pawn agreement in Pilohayanga Village, Telaga District, Goronntalo Regency and the legal consequences of the pawn agreement on agricultural land after the pawn period ended based on Perpu no.56 of 1960 and the obstacles in implementing the pawn agreement on agricultural land in Pilohayanga Village, Telaga District, Gorontalo Regency The research conducted was empirical normative legal research with a sociological juridical approach taken from primary data by conducting interviews and secondary data by processing data from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials. This happens because the people in Pilohayanga Village, who are generally village people, more often use customary law or verbal agreements in implementing agricultural land mortgage agreements because they are considered more efficient and easier to implement. So that the role of the government and the community is needed so that land pawn regulations can be effectively applied, especially in Pilohayanga Village.

Customary land/ulayat land is a large area of land that is jointly owned by a clan or tribe. Protected forest is a forest whose existence is protected because it is useful in maintaining the ecosystem. The designation of a forest area to become a protected forest is based on the function of the forest as a provider of clean water reserves, erosion control, habitat for flora and fauna, and other functions. There are still many conflicts between indigenous peoples and the government and many have not been resolved, so that indigenous peoples are not free to cultivate their land. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the legal remedies for disputes over ownership status of customary land to become protected forest in Batudaa sub-district. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of the research are that the efforts made to settle this land dispute are with the community getting an SKT from the government.

Crimes are not only committed by adults, but many crimes are also committed by children. Criminal acts in Indonesia have been regulated in law, both those committed by adults and crimes committed by children. One of the crimes committed by children is the crime of theft. Criminal acts of theft are increasingly being committed by children, often accompanied by aggravating circumstances to make the action easier. Children often look for shortcuts to get an item by stealing and then get money from the sale. The purpose of this research is to find out the factors behind children committing the crime of motorcycle theft, to find out the modus operandi of children in committing the crime of motorcycle theft many times in the city of Gorontalo, to find out the efforts of the police in carrying out countermeasures against the perpetrators of the crime of theft. motorcycle many times by children. The research conducted was normative legal research with a sociological juridical approach taken from primary data by conducting interviews and secondary data by processing data from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. Based on the results of the study it is understood that the chronology of the incident of the crime of motorcycle theft committed by the case study child at the Gorontalo City Police was due to factors that resulted in the child committing the crime of motorcycle theft in the case including environmental factors, economic factors, and factors of lack of supervision from parents , Modus Operandi is a mode of self-desire and there is an element of adult solicitation. Police efforts in dealing with perpetrators of the crime of motorcycle theft by children are in the form of preventive and repressive efforts.

Eventually, the public authority and society give sufficient consideration to legitimate security for buyers to shield them from misfortunes brought about by deals advancement stunts. Today, a variety of sales strategies are utilized to achieve sales goals or place a priority on increasing profits and market share, sometimes without employing an efficient sales strategy. Free giveaways, deals and sweepstakes determined to stand out to the item or business being run are instances of business entertainers' exercises, including searching for alluringly showed items at reasonable costs, handling and exercises that are beguiling purchasers. Customers suffer a lot from these and other activities. The creators of this event attempted to suggest a number of things, including: What legal measures are being taken to safeguard consumers from business actors' violations of prize promotions? Next, who is accountable for the theft of product-included promotional giveaways? The methods of normative legal research are used in this study. Subjective strategies are utilized to look at the gathered information, which are then portrayed. (1) This study concludes that government oversight and consumer protection agencies provide consumer rights violations with consumer legal protection in the form of goods sales promotion activities. Sanctions include civil law, criminal law, and sanctions if negative promotions harm customers. 2) The obligation of business actors to compensate consumers for losses resulting from product theft of promotional gifts. The following are some suggestions regarding the findings of the research: 1) Consumers, actors, consumer groups, and governments must collaborate in order for UUPK to be properly implemented in accordance with the objectives. 2) It is anticipated that prize-based promotional transactions will be more cautious for customers. 3) It is suggested that actors in business use promotions with prizes to get customers.

Peralihan atau pemindahan hak adalah suatu perbuatan hukum yang bertujuan memindahkan hak dari suatu pihak ke pihak lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis mekanisme/proses peralihan hak atas tanah dalam bentuk jual beli, serta kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dari masyarakat pada proses peralihak hak atas tanah dalam bentuk jual beli di kantor Pertanahan Bolaang Mongondow Timur. Adapun Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil Penelitian, peneliti berpendapat bahwa dalam Mekanisme Peralihan Hak Atas Tanah Dalam bentuk Jual Beli masih banyak mengalami kendala-kendala yang di hadapi kantor pertanahan Bolaang Mongondow Timur, Dan kurangnya kesadaran Hukum dari masyarakat itu sendiri mengenai betapa pentingnya proses mengalihan haknya dalam bentuk jual beli agar mendapatkan kepastian Hukum, sehingga masih banyaknya jual beli dibawah tangan, dikarenakan masyarakat berekonomi rendah dan kurang paham Akan Hukum dan betapa pentingnya Peralihan hak tersebut.

Abstract Divorce is the end point of a marriage that is unable to achieve the noble goal of family happiness as expected by every married couple. The phenomenon of divorce due to increasing economic factors has recently intrigued the author to conduct research on divorce due to economic factors at the Religious Court of Gorontalo City in 2021. The purpose of this study is to explore and find out data about the basic concept of divorce, to find out what factors are happening at the Religious Courts of Gorontalo City in 2021, and to find out the description of divorce due to economic factors and the impact of these factors on divorce in Gorontalo City in 2021 2021. This research uses a normative approach because it highlights the number of divorces due to certain factors. While the method uses a descriptive method because it uses a description to describe the data presented. The results of this study indicate that divorce is the breaking of the marriage bond for certain reasons in accordance with religious rules and marriage laws. There are 13 factors that cause divorce in Indramayu Regency, namely unhealthy polygamy, moral crisis, jealousy, forced marriage, economy, no responsibility, underage marriage, persecution, being punished, biological defects, politics, third party interference. , and there is no harmony. Of the many factors, it turns out that economic factors dominate the divorce rate in Gorontalo City in 2021. In 2021 there were 5550 cases of divorce with 13 factors causing divorce, including divorce due to economic factors as many as 4905 cases or around 88.38%, the remaining 11 .62% for factors other than economics. The percentage of divorces due to economic factors shows the magnitude of the economic influence on household integrity. Therefore, family income (economic) which is a very important matter for husbands and wives to pay attention to, turns out to have a huge impact on the occurrence of divorce in Gorontalo City in 2021.
