Abstract

This study aims to design a Accounting Information System for Credit TOPI Sales that has not been computerized in the Karawang regency cap warehouse, to be computerized. Hat warehouse is a business that sells hat, which handles cash and credit sales. But the sales recording system still uses the recording in the ledger. The method used is interviews and observations, this research was conducted at the hat warehouse, which is located in Wncimekar, Kota Baru, Karawang District of Karawang. The results of research on the design of Accounting Information Systems for Sales of Hats on Credit, which can help in the process of selling hats. to be more effective and efficient in the process. So far, the company uses a manual system by recording all data and transactions in one book, so that it can cause data loss. With the proposed system of accounting information system design, the sale of hats on credit is expected to help companies manage data and transactions. The results to be achieved are the Accounting Information System for Credit Sales Hats consisting of, Data Collection System on Data of Goods, Data on Credit Packages, Customer Data, Credit Sales Transactions, Installment Transactions and Reports.

Abstract

This research is intended to know the influence of quality tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy and sales person competence either partially or simultaneously to the consumers' satisfaction and to know the more dominant at PT. RCTI. The theory used in this research is marketing management theory related to the service quality. It uses descriptive quantitative and case study using survey. This is also explanatory. The technique of data collection is interview, distributing the questionnary to the sample for 42 respondents and documentation study. To test the hyphotesis, it uses multiple regression by using t-test and F-test and the variable which significantly has a dominant influence on the reliability. With the value of determination coefficient (R Square) 64,4%, it means that the independent variable may describe the dependent variable, while the remaining 35,6% is explained by the other independent variables which are not included in the this study model. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Brand Awareness on Repurchase Intention and Brand Extensibility through the Quality Perception. The research was carried out in different places to get the respondent. By reason of these places facilitate researchers to find respondents. Population and sample this research is the user's Lifebuoy, which amounts to 150 respondents. Analytical techniques used to analyze the influence of variables on Brand Awareness and Brand Extensibility through the Quality Perception Repurchase Intention is to use the SEM (Structural Equation Model). The analysis shew that there was a significant positive effect on Brand awareness toward Brand extensibility and Repurchase Intention through Quality Perceptions. The conclusion of this study is that consumers have brand awareness Lifebuoy positive effect on Quality Perception. This suggests that the higher level of brand awareness in the minds of consumers will increase as well.
