Abstract

This community service aims to encourage local economic transformation in Parak Village, Selayar Islands through the use of e-commerce as a marketing medium for MSME products. The method of implementing the activity includes socialization, technical training for 8 sessions, and intensive assistance for 3 months to 50 MSME actors with a participatory approach and direct practice. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the capacity of MSME actors in managing online stores independently, expanding market access to the regional level, and an increase in average revenue between 20% to 50%. Training and mentoring have proven to be effective in improving digital literacy and economic empowerment of village communities. However, challenges such as limited internet access and the need for advanced training still need to be addressed to ensure the sustainability of the digital economy transformation. In conclusion, e-commerce is a strategic solution to improve the competitiveness and economic welfare of the people of Parak Village, with recommendations to strengthen the digital ecosystem through cross-sector collaboration.

Abstract

The parenting seminar at Dharma Wanita Kindergarten UNHAS aims to improve parents' understanding and skills in supporting early childhood development. This seminar provides a place or forum for discussion and sharing experiences, introducing effective educational methods, increasing parental involvement in education and parenting, providing information related to the idea of playing together between parents and children, and sharing tips and experiences between students and parents. Through this seminar, it is hoped that parents can create an environment that supports children's growth and development optimally, is more familiar with children's needs and abilities, and is able to better facilitate children's development.

Abstract

A mover teacher is a learning leader who plays an important role in educational transformation in Indonesia. This community service activity aims to improve teacher competence at TK District Mallusetasi in applying the concept of mover teachers through comprehensive training. The method used is participatory training with an andragogy approach which includes interactive lectures, group discussions, teaching practice simulations, and continuous mentoring. The activity was carried out for three months involving 15 teachers from TK Kecamatan Mallusetasi. The instruments used included teacher competency tests, teaching practice observation sheets, and program evaluation questionnaires. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in teacher competence by 78.5% from pre-test to post-test scores. Teachers' ability to design child-centered learning increased from 65.2% to 89.7%. Innovative and collaborative learning practices also experienced substantial improvement. This activity has a positive impact on the quality of learning at TK Kecamatan Mallusetasi and can be a replication model for other similar schools.
