Abstract

The objective of this research was to describe and to analyze the inhibiting factors of enrichment program implemention on social subject at SMKN 2 Bandar Lampung.This research used qualitative descriptive method with the number of population were 8 respondents. The data collecting techniques that used were questionnaire, interview,  and document. On the other hand, the data analysis that used was interval and percentage formula. Based on the data, it showed that: (1) The factor of teachers’ competence in understanding the enrichment are two respondents or  25 % included in fairly good understanding category. (2)The factor of teacher’s competence in giving enrichment program to 5 respondents or 62.5 % included in poor understanding category, (3) The factor of teacher’s competence in developing are information technology and communication, were 5 respondents or 62.5 % included in fair understanding category, (4) In timing factor,  there were 4 respondents or 50 % included in less effective category.Tujuan penelitian untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis faktor-faktor penghambat pelaksanaan program pengayaan pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMK Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jumlah populasi 8 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan rumus interval dan presentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Faktor kemampuan guru memahami program pengayaan sebanyak 2 responden atau 25% masuk dalam kategori cukup memahami, (2) faktor kemampuan guru memberikan kegiatan pengayaan sebanyak 5 responden atau 62,5% masuk  dalam kategori kurang mampu, (3) faktor kemampuan guru mengembangkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebanyak 5 responden atau 62,5 % masuk dalam kategori sedang, (4) faktor waktu sebanyak 4 responden atau 50% masuk ke dalam kategori kurang efektif. Kata kunci : faktor penghambat, pelaksanaan program pengayaan, program pengayaan

Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe the extent of the Oversight Council Against Implementation Regulation No. 6 Year 2013 on the Implementation of Education in District Pringsewu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research subjects a member of Commission IV DPRD Pringsewu, Department of Education and the Principal along with the School Committee. Data collection technique used interview, observation and documentation guidelines while using test data analysis of credibility with extra time and triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the oversight function of Parliament on the Implementation of Regulation Number 6 of 2013 concerning the provision of education in the District Pringsewu Mainly Commission IV to supervise directly and indirectly, is shown with some of the research that I have done and shown with some suggestion that there is oversight Commission IV DPRD Pringsewu related to supervision of the Education Implementation both directly and indirectly.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan sejauh mana Peran Fungsi Pengawasan DPRD Terhadap Implementasi Perda Nomor 6 Tahun 2013 Tentang Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan Di Kabupaten Pringsewu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian anggota Komisi IV DPRD Kabupaten Pringsewu,  Dinas Pendidikan dan Kepala Sekolah beserta Komite Sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan pedoman dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dengan perpanjangan waktu dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fungsi pengawasan DPRD terhadap Implementasi Perda Nomor 6 Tahun 2013 tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan di  Kabupaten Pringsewu Terutama Komisi IV melakukan pengawasan secara langsung dan tidak langsung, ditunjukkan dengan beberapa hasil penelitian yang saya  lakukan dan ditunjukan dengan beberapa pendapat yang menyatakan bahwa ada pengawasan dari Komisi IV DPRD Kabupaten Pringsewu terkait pengawasan terhadap Penyelenggaraan Pendidikan baik secara langsung dan tidak langsung.Kata kunci: fungsi pengawasan DPRD, peraturan daerah Nomor 6  Tahun 2013

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to explain the effectiveness of subjects supervision implementation by supervision of school in pedagogical competence improvement in SMP Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. The method  in this research  used  descriptive method with quantitative approach. The sample in this researh consisted of 50 people . Data analysis was using Chi Square and data collection technique was using the questionnaire. The results showed that the subjects supervision implementation by supervision of school in pedagogical competence improvement of teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung have already effectived. This showed that supervison of school has already done their job well in subjects supervision implementation of pedagogical competence improvement teachers in SMP Negeri 2 Bandar LampungTujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan efektivitas pelaksanaan supervisi mata pelajaran oleh pengawas sekolah dalam perbaikan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMP Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini 50 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Chi Kuadrat dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi mata pelajaran oleh pengawas sekolah dalam perbaikan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMP Negeri 2 Bandar Lampung sudah efektif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pengawas sekolah sudah melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik dalam pelaksanakan supervisi mata pelajaran dalam perbaikan kompetensi pedagogik.Kata kunci: kompetensi pedagogik, pengawas sekolah, supervisi

Abstract

This research is to find out the role of Pancasila and civic education teachers in implementing Pancasila student profiles at junior high schools in State 4 Metro. The research method used in this research is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The research subjects were 8th-grade students of junior high schools in State 4 Metro. The sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents. Data collection techniques using the main techniques, namely questionnaires and tests as well as supporting techniques, namely interviews. Analysis of the research data is using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of the regression analysis which shows a significance value smaller than probability or 0.000 <0.05 and the percentage of influence is 55.1%, the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The results obtained indicate that there is a role for Pancasila and civic education teachers in implementing the Pancasila student profileKeywords: PPKn Teachers, Pancasila Student Profiles

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and know the teachers understanding against four pillars of nationality concept in civics lesson based on 2013 curriculum in SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung year 2014. This research uses descriptive method. This research population are all teachers of Civics lesson at SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. The result of this research shows: teachers understanding against four pillars of nationality concept (X), with indicators of teacher’s ability to explain the concept, teacher's ability to actualize the concept, teacher’s ability to classify the concepts into value and comprehension test with indicator (Y) Pancasila, UUD 1945, NKRI, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika that included in the category of understanding as much as 2 respondents or 50% of the 4 respondents.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman guru terhadap konsep empat pilar kebangsaan dalam mata pelajaran PPKN pada kurikulum 2013 di SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru PPKN SMP Negeri 1 Bandar Lampung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pemahaman guru terhadap konsep empat pilar kebangsaan (X), dengan indikatornya kemampuan guru menjelaskan konsep, kemampuan guru memfaktualisasikan konsep, kemampuan mengklarifikasikan konsep menjadi nilai, serta test pemahaman dengan indikator (Y) Pancasila, UUD 1945, NKRI, Bhineka Tunggal Ika, yaitu termasuk dalam ketegori memahami sebanyak 2 responden atau 50% dari 4 responden.Kata kunci     : empat pilar kebangsaan, guru, pemahaman
