Abstract

The right to have an education can not be discriminated among children. It is particulary for them who have a problem with the law as the child prisoners. One of The Child Correction Institutions is Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) Klas II A Salemba. As a Child Correction Institutions, LAPAS Klas II A Salemba with the aim of establishing PKBM LAPAS Klas II A Salemba fulfillment of child rights to education. This is in line with the vision and mission of LAPAS Klas II A Salemba is to nurture and educate prisoners and inmates in order to restore the relations with the community by providing a stock of knowledge and skills can be expected to function in a reasonable and able to participate in development. In the implementation of Educational for juvenile, LAPAS Klas II A Salemba use management functions in education, there are (1). Educational Planning. (2). Education Organizing. (3). Education Controlling. All management functions are used by LAPAS Klas II A Salemba for the management of correctional education for juvenile to run well.

Abstract

The purposes of this research is to know the effect mind mapping technique and vocabulary mastery on students’writing skill. Also how the implementation mind mapping technique on students’writing skill. Students need vocabulary mastery to arrange the sentences for getting a good paragraph and mind mapping technique is one of the technique that use to treat students for getting writing well. This research use experiments method. There were 40 students chosen at random from fourth grade semester English Education at STKIP Kusuma Negara Jakarta.Collecting data use test writing skill. Research of instrument has tested and tried by the validity and reliability test used the SPSS (Statistic Program Social Science). Data analyzed by using kolmogorv Smirov, know data was normality.The text analysis is to test the data homogeneity  by using Levenu’s test, to see if the population was derived from homogeneous population. The result of this research concluded  that 1) Using Mind Mapping Technique has significant effect on student’s writing skill. Result  F for mind mapping (A) Fo=290.285 and sig.= 0.000<0.05, then the conclusion is that there is significant effect between mind mapping technique  (X1) on student’s writing skills. 2). Vocabulary mastery gave the significant effect to the student’s writing skill. Result research F for vocabulary mastery (B) Fo=91.401 and sig.= 0.000<0.05. It has shown that there is significant effect vocabulary mastery (X2) on student’s writing skills. 3) There is significant effect interaction between mind mapping and vocabulary mastery on student’s writing skill. Result of this research F from mind mapping (A) and vocabulary (B) Fo=5.274 and sig.=0.028<0.05. Using mind mapping technique in learning give effect in students’writing skill. Students who have rich vocabulary mastery can get good writing English.Keywords: Podcasts, Promote, Speaking, Online Learning

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kelas II Jakarta. Penelitian ini mengambil lokus di LPKA Kelas II Jakarta. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk menggali informasi-informasi terkait dengan kondisi, permasalahan dan kejadian dari penyelenggaraan pendidikan sehingga dapat menghasilkan gambaran bagaimana manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di LPKA Kelas II Jakarta. Dukungan data diperoleh melalui 6 (enam) sumber data yaitu dokumen arsip, rekaman arsip, wawancara, pengamatan langsung, dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) perencanaan sarana dan prasarana dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan. (2) pengadaan sarana dan prasarana dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan bersumber pada dana pemerintah, sumbangan masyarakat, kerjasama dengan sudin setempat dengan memperhatikan kualitas dan fungsi. (3) pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan dilakukan oleh petugas piket harian, pendidik dan anak didik (narapidana anak).

Abstract

This article aims to provide an overview of how academic supervision is carried out as an effort to foster the professional competence of early childhood education teachers (PAUD). The success of a quality learning process relies heavily on the role of the teacher as an element of the teaching staff without the exception of PAUD teachers. PAUD teachers are required to have the ability or competence in carrying out their profession as professional teachers. The competencies in question include pedagogic competence, personality competence, professional competence and social competence. Academic supervision activities are used as the most appropriate approach in conducting coaching efforts to assist PAUD teachers in developing their professional competencies. The function of academic supervision activities is a tool to effectively manage PAUD learning. In academic supervision activities, the Principal acts as a supervisor who continuously provides guidance in the form of observations, assessments, directives, guidance and assistance to PAUD teachers. Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana supervisi akademik dilakukan sebagai upaya pembinaan kompetensi profesional guru pendidikan anak usia dini(PAUD).Keberhasilan proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas sangat bergantung pada peran guru sebagai unsur tenaga pendidik tanpa terkecuali bagi guru PAUD.Guru PAUD dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan atau kompetensi dalam menjalankan profesinya sebagai guru yang profesional.Kompetensi yang dimaksud meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi social.Kegiatan supervisi akademik digunakan sebagai suatu pendekatan yang paling tepat dalam melakukan upaya pembinaan untuk membantu guru PAUD dalam mengembangkan kompetensi profesionalnya.Fungsi dari kegiatan supervisi akademik ini sebagai alat untuk mengelola pembelajaran di PAUD secara efektif.Pada kegiatan supervisi akademik, Kepala sekolah bertindak sebagai supervisor yang secara berkelanjutan memberikan pembinaan berupa pengamatan, penilaian, arahan, bimbingan dan bantuan kepada guru PAUD. Abstract

Learnsocial merupakan sejenis platform yang berfungsi sebagai media dalam pembelajaran yang membantu dosen ataupun guru dalam menyampaikan materi. Materi yang  telah disampaikan dikelas dapat diulas kembali oleh mahasiswa dengan menggunakan platform learnsocial. Mahasiswa dapat mempelajari materi yang telah diberikan dosen dimana saja, karena platform learnsocial dapat diakses menggunakan handphone, laptop atau komputer. Dalam keadaan offline mahasiswa tetap dapat mengakses materi yang telah didownload tetapi untuk mendengarkan native speaker dibutuhkan jaringan internet yang baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada mahasiswa semester dua Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris STKIP Kusuma Negara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Classroom Action Research atau penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Pada siklus pertama didapatkan hasil 45% mahasiswa yang sudah tuntas dalam pembelajaran  kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan  rata-rata nilai mahasiswa sebesar 71,3. Pada siklus kedua didapatkan hasil 90% mahasiswa dengan kemampuan berbicara dengan rata-rata nilai sebesar 88,5 yang artinya 90% mahasiswa tuntas dapat menggunakan platform learnsocial dalam kemampuan berbicara. Platform learnsocial mudah digunakan mahasiswa dan dosen. Platform tersebut dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam berbicara bahasa Inggris. Hal tersebut terbukti dengan ketuntasan dalam kemampuan berbicara pada siklus I dan siklus II. Platform learnsocial efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran selain ramah lingkungan juga mudah digunakan.

Abstract

This article aims to provide an overview of learning management after the Covid – 19 pandemic at STKIP Kusuma Negara- Jakarta. This research took the locus at STKIP Kusuma Negara- Jakarta. The research used is qualitative research with the case study method which aims to explore information related to the conditions and problems of learning management to provide an overview of how learning is managed post-pandemic Covid – 19 at STKIP Kusuma Negara- Jakarta. Data support is obtained through data sources, namely observation (direct observation), interviews and documentation. The study results show that: (1) post – Covid – 19 learning planning at STKIP Kusuma Negara- Jakarta is carried out with learning plans and lecture contracts. (2) Implementing post-pandemic Covid – 19 learning at STKIP Kusuma Negara- Jakarta takes place online and offline by applying blended learning and hybrid learning methods. (3) post-pandemic Covid – 19 learning supervision at STKIP Kusuma Negara- Jakarta is carried out by monitoring learning processes, learning assessment and outcomes.

Abstract

This article aims to evaluate the implementation of learning during the Covid - 19 pandemic which was organized by the Jakarta Class II Child Special Development Institute (LPKA). This research takes the locus in LPKA Class II Jakarta. The research method uses library research (literature study) in the form of journal articles and scientific articles. Data analysis techniques used a qualitative approach, namely in the form of data reduction, data presentation and data verification (conclusion drawing). The findings and results of the research show that: (1) the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at LPKA Class II Jakarta was carried out using the Blended Learning method, namely face-to-face (offline) and online teaching and learning activities, namely 1 session followed by 5 fostered children. take turns while adhering to health protocols. (2) the implementation of the exam is carried out online (online) using the Google meet application. (3) learning supervision during the Covid – 19 pandemic at LPKA Class II Jakarta was carried out by monitoring processes, assessments and learning outcomes.
