Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe how the process of assisting the management of tourism villages in Pandean Village, the development of natural tourism potential that exists after the program is carried out and what factors influence the process in it. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed several stages of assistance, namely (1) Planning through action shows, socialization, filtering and deliberation, (2) Implementation through field sharing, understanding SOPs, training, mock studies, exhibitions and family talks, (3) Monitoring and evaluation through, partner independence, and joint meetings. The mentoring activities carried out succeeded in developing the potential of natural tourism which was initially in a damaged condition and had no value to become the main attraction for Pandean Village. Furthermore, the supporting factors of the mentoring activities are the strong cooperation and cohesiveness between Pokdarwis as the mentoring team and the Pandean community as the target group. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors of mentoring activities are negative opinions from outsiders aimed at the existence of the program and miscommunication between managers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the role of the Bismar Al Mustaqim LKSA orphanage in developing foster children's interpersonal intelligence, what are the inhibiting factors for caregivers in developing foster children's interpersonal intelligence, and what efforts are being made to overcome the inhibiting factors of caregivers in developing children's interpersonal intelligence foster. The approach taken in this study is a qualitative method. Data sources are caregiver coordinators, male caregivers, female caregivers, mentors, foster children. The data collection techniques applied were participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of caregivers in developing foster children's interpersonal intelligence is to become a figure of (a) a substitute parent or authority in implementing parenting, guiding, providing affection and motivation, (b) as a teacher or authority in providing education and guidance for foster children in developing their interpersonal intelligence, and as (c) a facilitator, or authorized to facilitate foster children in supporting the process of developing their interpersonal intelligence. Inhibiting factors in the development of interpersonal intelligence in foster children consist of internal factors or factors originating from oneself (parental burnout, low self-efficacy, and age) and external factors (previous parenting style, child's character, and the surrounding environment).

Abstract

This research aims to describe the assistance to MSMEs by BUMDes Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu to increase entrepreneurial capacity. Indicators of accompanying roles are facilitative roles, learning roles, representational roles and technical roles, while indicators of increasing capacity in entrepreneurship include technological dimensions, labor dimensions, technological dimensions. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this research are the Head of BUMDes Edu Wisata and six MSME actors. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of reduction, data alignment and drawing conclusions. Then data validity was carried out to increase the degree of trust in the data obtained in the field by triangulating the sources. The results of the research show that BUMDes carry out four roles, namely 1) facilitative role 2) learning role 3) representational role and 4) technical role. Through the assistance provided by BUMDes Edu Wisata Lontar Sewu to MSME actors, various entrepreneurial capacity improvements can be identified, namely 1) Dimensions workforce, 2) Technological dimension.

Abstract

Mentoring is an activity carried out by someone for the people around them to become better people. Mentoring can also be said to be a transfer of knowledge carried out by a mentor to people who need assistance. The assistance provided in this Home industry is related to the management of smoked fish production, which requires good management. Smoked fish management carried out in the smoked fish Home industry is (1) planning, (2) implementation and (3) evaluation. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research location is in Palang Village, Tuban Regency. Data collected used in-depth interview techniques, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis in this research involves data reduction, data display and verification and conclusions. After this stage, the data is tested for validity using credibility, dependability, confirmability and transferability. The results of the research show (1) the process of assisting the management of the smoked fish Home industry uses management which includes planning, implementation and evaluation so that the mentoring process runs well, (2) the obstacles that exist in the process of assisting the management of smoked fish are the existence of natural factors that can hinder production process.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to describe, (1) the role of the pokdarwis Argowayang as a community learning space, and (2) the purpose of the learning space in the pokdarwis Argowayang is to form awareness in the Galengdowo village community through socialization and education as a form of community empowerment. This research method is descriptive qualitative. To obtain data regarding learning spaces and community empowerment in the Argowayang pokdarwis, researchers collected data using participatory observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that Pokdarwis Argowayang have a role as an organization that accommodates the learning process and empowers the community through socialization and discussion to form knowledge, skills and community awareness in realizing the elements of Sapta Pesona in Galengdowo village to make Galengdowo village a tourist village. Thus, it can be concluded that Pokdarwis Argowayang can be used as a learning space for community empowerment which is able to increase community awareness and mobilize the community actively and participatively in the development of the tourism sector as a form of community empowerment.

Abstract

The fridayApplication of the syllable method, which is a lesson that has been implemented since 2019 in the National Junior High School Equivalency Gudo Jombang Package B Inclusion Class Equality Program. The application of this method is an effort to overcome basic literacy in learning residents. The aim of this research is to describe and determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for Syllable Method learning as an effort to overcome basic literacy in the National Junior High School Equivalency Gudo Jombang Package B Inclusion Class Equality Program. The method used is descriptive qualitative, through data collection techniques of participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. This research uses data analysis in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research show that the syllable method learning planning is carried out in an educational and effective manner. There are 5 basic literacies which are applied in reading and writing, numeracy, science, digital and financial literacy. There are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the syllable method of learning. The supporting factor is supporting infrastructure. There is interest among students in the basic literacy learning process, while the inhibiting factor is that there are students whose learning process is slow so they need intensive guidance to

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) To find out and describe students' motivation in participating in the package C equality education program at SKB Gudo, (2) To describe the factors that influence students in participating in the package C equality education program at SKB Gudo Jombang. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis carried out was data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity is carried out by credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results obtained in this research are: (1) The motivation for students to take package C at SKB Gudo Jombang is the role of parents, the role of tutors, and the role of the social environment. (2) Factors that influence the motivation of residents to take part in the equivalent education package C SKB Gudo Jombang are the self-awareness of people studying from different backgrounds, namely economic factors, dropping out of school, bullying or bullying and the desire to take part in equal education. Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation stages and the driving and inhibiting factors for empowerment through alternative fertilizer production carried out by Gapoktan in empowering farmer groups. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were facilitators, Gapoktan members and farmer groups. Data collection techniques were carried out using interview techniques, participant observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using 4 steps, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity is carried out with credibility, dependability, confirmability and transferability. Source triangulation and member checking are techniques used to check credibility in this research.The results of this research show that the role of Gapoktan Muji Makmur in empowering farmer groups through the production of alternative fertilizers in this implementation stage increases the independence of the residents of Bronjong Village which is influenced by the driving and supporting factors for empowerment.

Abstract

The policies set by the government during the COVID-19 pandemic greatly affected early childhood education. The government's policy of requiring children to study from home resulted in a decrease in children's learning motivation. The right learning strategy to be implemented during a pandemic is an integrated learning strategy. Integrated learning activities from the whole involve the child's experience directly, with this the child will be more motivated to learn and be able to know the skills and potential they have. This study aims to describe the implementation and results of an integrated learning strategy in increasing learning motivation during the pandemic. This research uses qualitative research methods and descriptive research types. The research was conducted on 4 teachers who teach at SPS/RA Bintang. The research data were collected using semi-structured interviews, observation, and documentation methods which were carried out offline by visiting the SPS/RA Bintang institution directly. In this study, the data analysis technique used the theory of (Sugiyono, 2011) namely data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion drawing. This study produces evidence that using an integrated learning strategy can increase children's learning motivation. Educators at SPS/RA Bintang have also made it clear that educators are also aware that children's learning motivation is very important in the learning process. Therefore, educators use integrated learning strategies as a solution to the problems they face during learning during the pandemic.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the application of the sorogan method in the process of reading the yellowclassicalassessment process of reading the yellowclassical books at Al Fathimiyyah Bahrul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. Tambak Beras Jombang.. The approach used in the research is descriptive qualitative. The research was conducted using data collection techniques through the process of interviews, observation and documentation. Researchers used data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and finally conclusion drawing and verification. The result of this research is that the sorogan method provides a comprehensive and effective approach in learning assessment. The application of the sorogan method in the process of assessing the yellowclassical books at Al Fathimiyyah Islamic Boarding School by means of educators conducting observations and interviews with students through the sorogan method. At Al Fathimiyyah Islamic Boarding School, there are two types of assessments used to measure students' understanding of the material that has been taught. The two types of assessment are written exams and oral exams using the sorogan method. sorogan creates a learning environment that encourages students to be active, critical, and reflective of the material being studied. The assessment of grade promotion using the sorogan method is carried out by requiring students to attend sorogan according to a certain schedule and in front of educators who have been determined for each class. educators assess students' performance based on several criteria, such as: accuracy of reading, understanding of material, ability to explain, and ability to think critically.
