Abstract

The number of entrepreneurs who are expected to become innovative industries in Indonesia only reached 0.24% of Indonesia's total population. College plays an important role in motivating young graduates to become technopreneurship. The number of innovations that arise compared to innovative product innovations is still very minimum every year. The main problem faced by students is that 52.15% of students don’t continue their innovation products because they don’t get funding 13.50% of students don’t continue their innovation products because they don’t know what to do, do, and don't get technical guidance, 11.66% of students want to graduate on time, 10.44% don’t get mentors/coaches who know how to develop and guide students well, 6.75% of students that there is no incubation platform, 5.5% of students do not dare to take the risk to enter the technopreneur world. Researchers then designed a dynamic model of technopreneur incubation and simulated a design model that aims to see how far the model can help innovative products get funding. The simulation was conducted with three scenarios. The result was 17.6% increase when the incubation program was extended, an increase of 27.46% when there was an improvement in infrastructure and 21.47% when mentor capacity was lowered.

Abstract

The workforce has an important role in increasing production at PT. XYZ. The contribution of labor is interpreted into the resulting productivity. Therefore, it is important to know what variables can affect labor productivity. in this study using work discipline variables to see its effect on employee productivity. The results obtained that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, which is 66.70%. and 33.30% possibility of being influenced by other variables not included in this case.

Abstract

Strategy is a series of actions that are formulated to achieve long-term goals by involving resources to achieve competitive advantage. Strategy formulation  to develop the business must be adjusted to the wishes of consumers to achieve competitive advantage. Business strategy focuses on growth and profitability by providing a framework for functional and operational strategies in terms of which products should be developed, how they should be priced and distributed, as well as which market segments should be targeted. The strategy formulation is determined in three steps consisting of: input step, matching step and decision-making step. The input step focuses for analyzing Company’s Internal and External Factor. The matching step focuses for determining strategies based on Company’s Internal and External Factor by using  SWOT, SPACE and BCG Matrix.  Decision step focuses for determining the best strategy using the Quantitave Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). This paper aims to review several studies that use formulation strategy methods in making the best decisions for companies. Without being based on a formulation strategy, it is very difficult for companies in making the best decisions to achieve competitive advantage

Abstract

PT XYZ is one of the companies in the snack food industry that focuses on processing biscuits. There is still waste in the production process, such as waiting and transportation, which adds time to the production process and makes it longer. To reduce waste and improve business efficiency, this research uses lean methodology and value stream mapping to ensure the biscuit processing production process runs smoothly. The results of the research that has been done, there is a decrease in non-value-added time by 13.27 minutes from 22.77 minutes, a total lead time of 68.32 minutes from 77.82 minutes, and process cycle efficiency increased by 75.29% from 66.10%. This shows that implementing lean methods using value stream mapping can improve the company's efficiency and productivity.
