Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon mahasiswa calon guru PJOK terhadap perkuliahan daring. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner respon mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan dalam jaringan (daring). Sampel penelitian sebanyak 124 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah desriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa respon mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan daring ternyata kurang efektif. Mayoritas mahasiswa mengalami kendala yang berarti selama perkuliahan dilaksanakan sehingga membuat mahasiswa kesulitan untuk menyerap dan memahami materi perkuliahan. Mahasiswa menginginkan metode belajar yang lebih kreatif atau perkuliahan dilaksanakan secara luring jika kondisi memungkinkan. Perkuliahan bisa dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kombinasi (daring-luring) dan pendekatan kreatif untuk Prodi Penjaskesrek yang bisa mendorong mahasiswa dan dosen untuk bisa memanfaatkan lingkungan sebagai bahan belajar yang mendukung perkuliahan daring.

Abstract

Sports tourism is a promising business in the future, especially in Indonesia after the COVID-19 pandemic. The concept of sports tourism is to carry out tourism activities by exercising, where sports are believed to be a means to maintain and even increase the immunity of the human body. The concept of sports tourism will be beneficial for both physical and spiritual aspects. Sports tourism is one type of special interest tourism. Currently, sports tourism has become a trend, and the government's attention to increasing the country's foreign exchange is echoed by the government the theme of the National Sports Day (Haornas 2020) in sports science, sports tourism, and the sports industry. Reflecting on this, it is appropriate for the Indonesian sports academy to continue to innovate through research, one of which is in the field of sports tourism. This research is development research in the second stage which has the target of producing a module that can be used in the implementation of tourism sports activities in the village of Panji Anom, Buleleng Regency. The method used is a modified ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Development-Implementation-Evaluation) model development concept. The results of the study indicate that the draft module that has been compiled has been tested by experts and is declared to be used with revision

Abstract

One of the elements of physical condition needed by volleyball players, especially the Volleyball Team of the Faculty of Sports and Health Undiksha is flexibility. This study aims to determine the effect of the combined plyometric split jump and short sprint training on the flexibility of the Faculty of Sports and Health Undiksha volleyball team. This research is quasi-experimental. The number of samples used was 40 people who were taken with a simple random technique. The data analysis technique used inferential statistics with hypothesis testing using paired T-test at a significance level of ?=0,05, assisted by SPSS.25. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant effect between "The Combination of Plyometric Split Jump and Short Sprint Training toward Flexibility in the Volleyball Team of the Faculty of Sports and Health". Based on these results, it is advisable to recommend to volleyball coaches that in improving the physical condition of athletes, they will choose a training method that is on the elements of the physical condition that will be improved.

Abstract

Leg muscle explosive power is a real form of physical condition that contributes to the accuracy of shooting at a soccer goal. The purpose of this study is to try to relate the explosive power of the leg muscles to the accuracy of shooting soccer. This study uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlation. 25 soccer players as research subjects. The research instrument used a vertical limb muscle explosive power test and a soccer shooting accuracy test. Data analysis using Pearson product-moment. The results showed that explosive power contributed significantly to the accuracy of shooting soccer. But shooting soccer also requires contributions from other factors such as basic physical conditions which are always needed in every sports skill and psychological factors.
