The purpose of this study was to determine the level of student motivation to learn aerobic exercise through audiovisual media. The method used in this research is experimental research. The total respondents who participated were 89 students of class XI IPA SMAN 1 Rengasdengklok who were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The research design used a pretest-posttest control group design. The instrument used is a research questionnaire (learning motivation and perception of audio-visual media), Cooper test. and aerobic exercise. The results of this study are the average learning motivation of the experimental class increased by 10.98% while the control class only increased by 6.25%. The average perception of audio-visual media in the experimental class increased by 7.03% while the control class only increased by 3.04%. The average Cooper test in the experimental class increased by 11% while the control class only increased by 0.29%. The average result of the experimental class aerobic exercise increased by 6.35% while the control class only increased by 5.21%. The conclusion of this research is that there are differences in learning motivation, perception of audio-visual media, cooper test, and aerobic exercise learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class.

This study aims to determine the level of self- confidence of students in participating in extracurricular pencak silat activities at State Vocational Schools throughout Karawang Regency (study at SMK Negeri 1 Karawang) based on the belief in self-ability, optimism responsibility, objective and rational factors. The subjects in this study were female students who took extracurricular pencak silat. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The method used is a survey, while the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, the questionnaire in this study is in the form of a Likert scale. The results of the study revealed that the level of self- confidence of the pencak silat extracurricular participants in Karawang Regency was stated in the very low category with a percentage of 5%, in the low category with a percentage of 30%, in the medium category with a percentage of 35%, in the high category with a percentage of 18%, in the very high category with a percentage of 13%.

This research aims to find out the skill level of Grade VII students of West Karawang Public Junior High School 5 (SMP Negeri 5 Karawang Barat) for the 2021/2022 academic year in performing floor exercises for forwarding roll movement during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive quantitative research using a cross-sectional survey design. The population in this study was all seventh graders at SMP Negeri 5 Karawang Barat which consisted of 11 classes with 440 students. Sample in this study amounted to 81 students using Simple Random Sampling as a sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a forward roll skill test. As well as data analysis in this study using descriptive statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that the level of forwarding rolling skills in grade VII students at SMP Negeri 5 Karawang Barat, there are 1 student (1%) in the very skilled category, 50 students (62%) in the skilled category, 17 students (21%) in the less skilled category, and 13 students (16%) in the very less skilled category. The highest frequency in the skilled category is 50 students with a percentage of 62%

The purpose of this research is to find out the application of Android-based Android-based Learning Media for Football Passing at SMPN 3 Cikarang Utara. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The method used is a one group pretest-posttest type experiment (single group initial test-end test). The sample using purposive sampling method explains that purposive sampling is a technique to determine samples with certain considerations. In this case, the writer took a sample of class VII.8 which found 40 students at SMPN 3 Cikarang Utara. In this study, it was successful to show the results of the study, it can be seen that the application of android-based learning media for class VII.8 students to basic soccer techniques is in the very good category by 15%, in the good category by 70%, and in the sufficient category by 15%. Based on the results of this study, it can be interpreted that the application of learning media for basic football passing techniques based on Android is mostly in good category. The key to the application of android-based basic passing technique learning media at SMPN 3 Cikarang Utara is good, namely 70%.
