Abstract

The purposive of this study to determine the influence of third-party funds and capital adequacy ratio to profitabilitas at Bank Riau Kepri Batam city. The data usedin this research is secondary data such as monthly financial statement Bank Riau Kepri Batam city for a periodof five years from 2012 to 2016. The sample used probability sampling method in which all of the population has a chance to be a sample of 60 observations. The method of analys in this study using multiplelinier regression. The result showed that the partial of third-party funds and significant effect on profitabilitas of 0,000 and capital adequacy ratio significant on profitabilitas of 0,013. Simultaneously, third-party funds and capital adequacy ratio significantly positif on profitabilitas. Rated R Square of 81,0%. this shows the value of variabel third-party funds and capital adequacy ratio are able to explain the profitabilitas amounted to 81,0%.

Abstract

Matahari Department Store is a retail company in Indonesia which is the owner of a department store chain. The Sun became one of the most famous shopping malls in Indonesia provides convenience for the public to shop all needs. this research aims to know the influence of product quality and customer satisfaction towards the promotion of PT Matahari Department Store Keprimall. The samples on this research as much as 100 respondents using the technique of sampling accidental sampling. As for the variables used the quality of the products (X 1), promotion (X 2) as free and customer satisfaction variable (Y) as a variable. Technique of data analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression method. The results of this study showed that the quality of the products, the promotion of a positive effect towards customer satisfaction in PT Matahari Department Store.

Abstract

More modern market make it easy for consumers for fulfil his life needs. Swalayan is a form of modern market that are much in demand by consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and place on purchasing decisions. Where independent variables are price and place, influence purchasing decisions as the dependent variable. The population used in this study is the consumer of Swalayan Jodoh Center Batam, with a sample of 100 respondents used as consumers of Swalayan Jodoh Center Batam. The sampling method uses purposive sampling methods and data collection techniques using questionnaires. This type of research is quantitative research. Quantitative analysis includes validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, determination coefficient (R2), f test and t test. The data from this study were processed using SPSS version 20.0. The results of this study are price has a negative and not significant influence on purchasing decisions, place has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While simultaneous results, price and place have a significant influence on Swalayan Jodoh Center Batam purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Business developments In the era of globalization, led to the increasingly fierce competition among the competitors. in the face of the company should be able to improve its performance in a move to penetrate the market. In order for the company's targets to be realized, competent human resources are needed in increasing the company's performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique for this research is non probability sampling with quantitative analysis methods. The sample used in this study were 259 respondents from PT Jovan Technologies in Batam City and the data were collected through questionnaires. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and the help of SPSS version 25 software. The results of the t test show that compensation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that compensation, work discipline and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

Smartphones today are a mandatory requirement for everyone. Because it becomes a necessity, there is a lot of demand and supply in the community, because there are many enthusiasts there are also many manufacturers of competition in the world of communication tools. This research is a descriptive quantitative study to determine whether the brand image, product quality, word of mouth, on the purchasing decision of Samsung in Batam city. The population in this study are consumers who buy Samsung. The sample used is purposive sampling with lemeshow formula which has 100 respondents and is processed with SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science). The partial test results show that the brand image variable is not significant to the purchase decision, while the product quality and word of mouth variables are significant to the purchase decision. And the results of simultaneous testing of Brand Image, Product Quality, Word Of Mout have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to know the influence and analyze the quality product and promotion on house purchase decisions at Golden City Residence Batam City.This research has three variables which consisting of two variables independent which quality product as variable X1,promotion as X2 and it consist of one variable dependent which purchases decision as variable Y.This research data analysis method using quantitative data analysis, and using descriptive research, primary data collection tools using a questionnaire which was distributed to customer PT Alam Jaya Sentosa of this research is 118 people. . In this research, researchers used probability sampling techniques which included saturated samples, The data is processed using SPSS version 24. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis equation are Y = 13,147 + 0,227.X1 + 0,422.X2. Based on the results of the determination test, 37.7% are explained by variables product quality and promotion, the rest was explained by other variables not discussed in this study. The result showed that partially the quality product and promotion positive effect and significance of a purchase decision.

Abstract

As we know, the development of the furniture business in Batam City in the early twenty-first century has been developing very rapidly and is still undergoing a process of continuous development. This encourages the emergence of many new types of businesses that can become one of the threats for PT Saf Mitra Abadi. PT Saf Mitra Abadi is a company engaged in the field of furniture that has been established since 2009 in Batam City. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence between promotion, service quality and product quality partially and simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions at PT Saf Mitra Abadi. In this study, the authors used a descriptive quantitative research method using 155 populations. In this study, the authors used the Simple Random Sampling technique in determining the population used. SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25 is a program used by the author to process data obtained from respondents. The results in this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between promotion, service quality and product quality partially and simultaneously on the consumer purchasing decisions of PT Saf Mitra Abadi

Abstract

The needs to develop product shipment services in this modern era where many people open online businesses is needed. The purposes of this studies is finds outs the influenced of service qualities, delivery speed, and facilities at costumer’s satisfaction of Lion Parcel expedition. The variables are Service Quality (X1), Delivery Speed (X2), and Facilities(X3) to Costumer’s Satisfaction(Y). The methods use in this studies are statistical analysis method consisting multiples linears regressions analys i.e. determinationed analys, significant hypothesis testing consisting the T test and F test. The analysis concludes that (1)The services qualities had significants influenced at costumer’s satisfactions because the significances value is 0,023 less than 0,05 and the T value for service quality is 2,315 greater than T table(1,984). (2) The delivery speed has significants influences at costumer’s satisfactions because the significances valued are 0,034 less than 0,05 and the T value for the delivery speed is 2,149 greater than T table (1,984). (3) The facilities has significant influence on costumer’s satisfaction because the significance value is 0,05 and the T value for the facilities is 5,193 greater than T table(1,984). (4) Service quality, delivery speed, and facilities, has significant influence on costumer's satisfaction because the significance value is 0,05 and the F value for costumer’s satisfaction, delivery speed and facilities is 171,810 greater than the F table of 2,70.
