Quality employees rely on employee management. Career development is one of the employee management strategies. To get an effective career development will require procedural fairness in determining career development activities so that employees get job satisfaction.The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of procedural justice on job satisfaction. And the role of career development as an intervening variable in the effect of procedural justice on job satisfaction. Samples from this study were all employees in the HR department, amounting to 34 people. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of the alternative method of Structural Equation Model of Partial Least Square.The results of the study explained that procedural fairness positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Procedural fairness positive and significant impact on career development. Career development and a significant positive influence job satisfaction. Career development mediates the effect of procedural justice on job satisfaction.
