Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Monokem Surya, located in the district. Rengasdengklok Kab. Karawang. Where the researcher wants to know whether there is an influence between reward on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance and the effect of training on employee performance. The dependent variable is employee performance and the independent variables are reward, motivation and training. This research method uses quantitative methods, the data used are premier and secondary data. Primary data obtained by the questionnaire method (questionnaire). The population in this study were employees of PT. Monokem Surya as many as 70 people. The sampling technique used in this research is the total sample is saturated. The data analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, determination test using spss software. The results showed that all independent variables had a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Monokem Surya

Abstract

Human resources (HR) are factors that play an important role in all industrial sectors and business activities. Industrial area as a place to concentrate the activities of the processing industry which is equipped with infrastructure, facilities and other supporting facilities provided and managed by the company. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on job satisfaction with organizational commitment as an intervening variable (a case study of company employees in the MM2100 Industrial Estate). The respondents of this study were 100 company employees in the MM2100 Industrial Estate. The type of data used is quantitative and the data processing technique uses Smart PLS. The results showed that the work discipline variable had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment variable had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work discipline variable had a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment and the work environment variable had a positive and significant influence on commitment. Organization and organizational commitment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

PT. LIXIL Aluminum Indonesia is a manufacturing company engaged in the aluminum sash building sector. This study aims to find out how to increase employee productivity, also to find out how the influence of motivation, discipline and job satisfaction has an impact on employee productivity at PT. LIXIL Aluminum Indonesia. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. While data collection techniques include observation, interviews and distribution of questionnaires. Then the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the research that has been done, it shows that work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT. LIXIL Aluminum Indonesia is proven from the t-count results and the significance value of each variable is more than the specified value. And simultaneously (together) all variables (work motivation, work discipline, and job satisfaction) based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) above it is found that work motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction can affect the work productivity of employees of PT. LIXIL Aluminum Indonesia is 79.6% of which the other 20.4% is influenced by other variables outside the variables in this study, such as work environment factors, access to companies and so on.
