Abstract

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini pertumbuhan kendaraan semakin meningkat, ini menyebabkan harus di pertimbangkan penyediaan dan pengaturan fasilitas parkir. Umumnya di wilayah kampus kebutuhan terhadap ruang parkir cukup besar mengingat kebanyakan para mahasiswa, dosen, dan karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kapasitas dan kebutuhan ruang parkir di Unila, khususnya di FEB, FISIP, FH. Dari hasil analisis, FEB yaitu kebutuhan parkir sebesar 67 petak parkir untuk kendaraan mobil dan 343 petak parkir untuk kendaraan motor, dengan durasi parkir rata-rata 175 menit kendaraan mobil dan 109 menit kendaraan motor, dengan indeks parkir 103% kendaraan mobil dan 114% kendaraan motor. FISIP yaitu kebutuhan parkir sebesar 72 petak parkir untuk kendaraan mobil dan 293 petak parkir untuk kendaraan sepeda motor, dengan durasi parkir rata-rata 163 menit kendaraan mobil dan 124 menit kendaraan motor, dengan indeks parkir 156% kendaraan mobil dan 187% kendaraan motor. FH yaitu kebutuhan parkir sebesar 76 petak parkir untuk kendaraan mobil dan 153 petak parkir untuk kendaraan sepeda motor, dengan durasi parkir rata-rata 149 menit kendaraan mobil dan 145 menit kendaraan motor, dengan indeks parkir di atas 146% kendaraan mobil dan 96% kendaraan motor.

Abstract

 The purposes of this study were to analyze the factors causing of the traffic accident using correlation analysis with SPSS program and  analyze the relationship between the characteristics of accidents and road safety facilities such as road signs, road markings, and lighting lights the road of Tarahan. The secondary data were obtained from the Ditlantas Polda Lampung in the form of accident data per month from 2014-2018. Then from National Road Planning and Supervision were obtained form of geometric data for the Tarahan Road in 2019. The results showed that there were still inadeguate road safety facilities on the Tarahan road, such as lighting, road markings and rescue path. In terms of the geometric conditions of the Tarahan Road it has a maximum slope exceeding the Bina Marga standard of 10,83%, it affects traffic accidents. The characteristics of accidents based on the factors that cause the accidents were vechicle factors (46,7%) with the result of correlation analysis of ,943* significance ,016. The types of accidents were are single accidents (35,5%) with the result of correlation analysis of ,934* significance ,020. Keywords: Accident Characteristics, Correlation, Road Safety Facilities

Abstract

Jammed occurs due to the road infrastructure services level which is smaller than traffic movement needs that available. And the road which potentially to congest is ZA Pagar Alam street. So the government had made a solution to decrease the traffic jam by built an underpass on ZA Pagar Alam street. Furthermore, considering the need for underpass construction aims to reduce jam that occurs, so the writer bring out a research topic that is analyzing traffic flow after the underpass was built and comparing with the traffic flow before the underpass was built. The analysis of this road section performance using the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines method.It is known that the degree of saturation has decreased from 2013 by 1.00. It became 0.655 in 2016 and still dropped in 2019 to 0.63. But, from 2016 to 2019 the decrease was not significant. The speed in 2016 was 42.1 km / hour, and in 2019 was 41 km / hour. From the speed data, the results are not appropriate to RSNI T-14 2004 whereas the speed standard for urban roads should be 50-80 km / hour. So, it can be concluded from the comparison research of before and after the underpass was built, the construction of underpass on the section of ZA Pagar Alam street is not effective to decrease traffic jam.Keywords: Road Section, Degree of Saturation, Underpass

Abstract

A traffic accident is an accident on the road that is unintentional. One of them is Jendral Sudirman Street, a location where traffic accidents often occur because this road has a high traffic volume in Metro City. This research uses a qualitative method that is descriptive and tends to use analysis. The data collection is done by direct observation and measurement at the research location and obtained through existing data sources.Based on the analysis of data that has been done the number of accidents that occurred on Jendral Sudirman Street, namely 71 incidents from 2014-2018 of 465 incidents of accident in Metro City. Based on the characteristics of accidents most causes of accidents is due to human factors, the type of vehicle that has the most accidents is two-wheeled vehicles, the dominant type of accident is front-back accidents, the time of accidents that often occurs is the time interval 06.00-12.00 .Keywords: Traffic Accident, Characteristics of Accidents, Jendral Sudirman, Metro City

Abstract

Hambatan  kelancaran  lalulintas  jaringan  jalan  perkotaan  memiliki  dampak  pada  kesejahteraanumum  masyarakat.  Besarnya  arus  lalu  lintas  di  daerah  persimpangan  pada  jam  sibuk  (sore)mengakibatkan  kemacetan  panjang  dan  meningkatkan  kejenuhan  pada  pengguna  lalu  lintas.Sehingga  diperlukan  analisis  lalulintas  antara  persimpangan  untuk  mengetahui  kinerjapersimpangan  tersebut.Penelitian  ini  menggunakan  metode  Manual  Kapasitas  Jalan  Indonesiauntuk  mengevaluasi  dan  menganalisis  kinerja  persimpangan.  Lokasi  penelitian  ini  adalahpersimpangan  Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl. M. Husni Thamrin dan Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl.Raden  Saleh,  Bandar  Lampung  karena  persimpangan  tersebut  menunjukan  kemacetan  danpotensi/resiko  penurunan  tingkat  layanan  jalan.  Hasil  yang  didapatkan  pada  persimpangan  Jl.WolterMonginsidi – Jl. M. Husni Thamrin memiliki nilai kapasitas (C) 2363 smp/jam dan perilakulalu lintas derajat kejenuhan (DS) 0,8834, tundaan simpang (D) 15,08 det/smp dan peluang antrian(QP) 31,23-53,10% dan persimpangan Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl. Raden Saleh memiliki C = 2484smp/jam,  DS  =  0,8151,  D  =  13,55  det/smp  dan  QP  =  26,76-53,10%.  Tinggat  pelayanan  dipersimpangan Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl. M. Husni Thamrindan Jl. Wolter Monginsidi – Jl. RadenSaleh pada hari – hari sibuk dikategorikan pada tingkat E. Kata kunci : Volume kendaraan, Kecepatan rata rata dan Waktu paling sibuk

Abstract

Umumnya kerusakan pada perkerasan jalan disebabkan tanah dasar pada perkerasan jalan memiliki daya dukung tanah yang buruk, hal ini dikarenakan sifat tanah yang berpotensi mengalami pengembangan tanah akibat dari faktor cuaca dan lingkungan. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukannya perkuatan pada tanah tersebut, salah satunya menggunakan materialpasir. Pada penelitian ini sampel tanah yang digunakan berasal dari Ruas Jalan R.A.Basyid, Kecamatan Jati Agung, Lampung Selatan pada STA 3+100 dan variasi pasir yang digunakan yaitu 0, 5, 10, & 15 % dari berat tanah. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah pengujian CBR dari efek pegembangan tanah, lalu berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut, dilakukan perhitungan tebal perkerasan dengan metode analisa komponen SKBI 2.3.26.1987. Tanah pada penelitian ini termasuk kelompok A-7 atau jenis tanah yang buruk. Nilai aktivitas tanah pada setiap penambahan pasir 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% berturut-turut yaitu 0,5920; 0,4612; 0,2961; dan 0,2177. Nilai aktivitas tanah menurun seiring dengan menurunnya fraksi lempung.Hubungan nilai aktivitas tanah dan sifat-sifat fisik tanah terganggu (disturbed) pada tiap persentase penambahan pasir dengan kadar 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% memengaruhi tebal perkerasan jalan yang direncanakan. Dan Hasil perhitungan tebal perkerasan yang paling efisien didapatkan pada sampel tanah dengan persentase +15% pasir dan nilai aktivitas tanah yang rendah yaitu 0,2177.

Abstract

The subgrade is a very important role in road construction because it is the beginning of determining the quality and capacity of the soil bearing capacity. One way to strengthen the soil is by soil compaction because it can reduce the amount of unwanted soil subsidence and to rearrange the soil grain structure, so that it becomes denser so that the soil will be denser.This study used grained soil, the type of silty sand from Muara Dua Village, Ulu Belu District, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province. The method used is standard compaction and laboratory CBR to determine the impact of the pressure value using a modified press device. The burden used in this research is 3 MPa, 6 MPa, 9 MPa, 12 MPa, and 15 MPa.In the modified press tool test, the values obtained were 12.1 MPa and Laboratory CBR for 3 MPa pressure was 2.7%, 6 MPa pressure was 3%, 9 MPa pressure was 7.8%, 12 MPa pressure was 12.3%, and pressure 15 Mpa of 15.9%. So it can be concluded from the impact of the pressure value using a modified press tool is that the greater the pressure value, the CBR value will increase.Keywords: Standar Proctor, CBR Laboratory, Modification Press Tool.

Abstract

Pangeran Antasari road is an urban road with 2-ways 4-lanes type (using median). In this median was found U-turn facility near of Ganesha Operation. Based on preliminary observations at the study location (Pangeran Antasari Road), it was seen there vehicles that could’t make a smooth U-Turn movement and other vehicles that were obstructed when passing through this facility, especially during peak hours when traffic volume was high.The objevtives of this study is to know the effect of U-Turn on delays in Pangeran Antasari road, which is near of Ganesha Operation. The method used is Gap Acceptance. It was to determine the value of vehicle travel time that is affected by U-Turn movement vehicles, namely the gap time and follow-up time.Based on the data analysis carried out at the U-Turn near of Ganesha Operation, it can be concluded that the effect of delay is due to the average time of gap accepted and follow-up time. The average time value of gap accepted was 3.64 seconds and 4.35 seconds in the morning and 9.59 seconds and 8.78 seconds in the afternoon. The average follow-up time of the vehicle is 12.72 seconds to 18.2 seconds in the morning and 14.01 seconds to 17.87 seconds in the afternoon.

Abstract

The value of travel time is the amount of money a person can spend to save a unit of travel time. Loss of travel time is a form of losses in terms of cost and time experienced by road users. This research is conducted at Kartini Street, Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this study is to obtain the value of travel time for car and motorbike users using the linear regression method processed with SPSS. The dependent variable is the cost per length of trip. The independent variables are the lengths, the costs, and the distance of the trip, as well as the socio-economic data of the respondents, namely gender, age, occupation and income. Based on the results of the processing, it is found that the independent variables that have a significant effect on the value of travel time at the research location are age, income, travel time and travel costs. By distributing the mode value of the survey data into the regression equation, the value of travel time on Kartini street for private car drivers is Rp. 25,452.24 / hour and for motorbike riders is Rp. 14,527.26 / hour. Keywords: travel time value, private vehicle, linear regression

Abstract

Congestion problems are common in transportation, congestion can be caused by several things. The construction of the flyover is expected to be able to overcome congestion in the long term. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the flyover construction on the Teuku Umar - ZA Pagar Alam road. This research was conducted during busy hours on Monday at the Teuku Umar road, ZA Pagar Alam and the nearest intersection.. From the results of calculations and analysis, it can be seen that the construction of an elevated bridge has no significant impact on the decomposition of the congestion problem in the Kedaton area and its surroundings, this can be seen from the level of service on all roads in the study area with a value of V / C Ratio <0.75. Meanwhile, the average degree of saturation obtained from the analysis of intersections with signal and no signal> 0.75. Construction of a flyover which illustrates that it will unravel traffic jams, in fact the performance of the flyover and the main road underneath has not increased. This needs to be addressed immediately considering the current traffic flow in Kedaton and its surroundings is already saturated. Therefore, the growth of vehicles is on time, and public transportation facilities need to be improved. So that people begin to switch to public transportation in order to reduce the incidence of congestion on these roads. Keywords : Road Performance, Degree of Saturation, Level of Road Service
