Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital adequacy ratio, return on assets, non performing financing, operating expenses to operating revenues, financing to deposit ratio, third party fund, nisbah, and number of office to the market share of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Population in this study are quarterly financial statements of Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units in Indonesia registered in BEI for the period December 2013 to 2016. The sampling technique in this study was conducted by purposive sampling method, so that 12 banks were obtained as research samples. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS statistics. The influence of BUS does not affect the financial health of BUS, leverage does not negatively affect the financial health of BUS, the size of the company does not have a positive effect on the financial health of BUS, the size of the board of directors has no effect on the financial health of BUS. Abstract

The development of the banking sector has grown Rapidly and dominate the Indonesian economy. The activities of the banking sector is very determine the progress of a state in the economy . Conventional banking system has in common with the Islamic banking system in terms of for- profit and community service in the financial business However , both have differences in terms of remuneration given system to its customers . To avoid the operation of the system of interest, born of Islamic banking in accordance with Islamic principles, namely the Cooperative Financial Services Sharia or often called BMT. BMT stands Baitul Maal wat Tamwil or Integrated Center for Independent Business. Baituttamwil, rather activity is to develop productive ventures and investment in improving the quality of economic activities of small entrepreneurs with, among others, to encourage the activities of saving and supporting economic activity (www.tamzis.com), and one of them is BMT TAMZIS in Wonosobo. The whole hypothesis in this study that states that the reference group, religiosity, and the promotion of knowledge has a positive influence on the interest of saving can be accepted. By hypothesis there is only one significant variable is knowledge, because of the relatively dominant significance and has the largest percentage of the interest savings in the amount of 19.3%. While variable reference group, religiosity and promotion does not contribute significantly to the variance in the interest of saving members BMT TAMZIS Baituttanwil. Results of regression testing showed koefien knowledge has the largest and has the smallest probability value of the variable variable knowledge lainnya.Dipengaruhi by 32.8%, and the remaining 67.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, digital marketing strategies are crucial for the sustainability and competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study focuses on the implementation of digital marketing strategies for promoting MSME honey products from Wana Apis in Wonotirto Village, Temanggung Regency. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that utilizing social media, websites, SEO optimization, email marketing, and collaborations with influencers significantly enhance product visibility and sales. Additionally, mentoring MSME actors in product branding, such as logo design and packaging renewal, strengthens product identity in the digital marketplace. By adopting the right strategies, MSME Wana Apis Honey has the potential to compete in an increasingly competitive market and achieve sustainable business growth.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (KPM) is an implementation of the university’s tridharma, aiming to enhance religious literacy in society through educational and interactive activities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of religious programs in improving Islamic understanding within the community. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The fidings indicate that activites such as one day one juz, morning assemblies with Asmaul Husna recitation, Festival Anak Sholeh, anand Ngaji Literasi positively impact religious literacy development. These activities not only enhance Islamic comprehension but also strengthen social relationship within the community. Through a participatory approach, KPM students have successfully created a more angaging and accessible religious learning environment. In conclusion, this program is effective in fostering religious literacy and is expected to be sustainable with active community involvement.
