Abstract

The EXCLUSIVE learning model design as learning program on the theme of nature and around us has never been used by teacher whom leading to character education at the curriculum 2013. To understand the concept of integration of integrated, has developed a learning devices in the form of teacher`s book supplement and student`s book supplement so that the student`s learning process becomes easier, effective, and exciting with applying the scientific approach. The development of teacher`s book supplement and student`s book supplement was started with need analysis and identification of source, identification of product specification will be developed, and then the development of product was in the form of teacher`s book supplement and student`s book supplement. The result of test of the effectiveness of learning devices has been developed showed effective as a learning devices The result of field test, in class VII F SMPN 12 Bandar Lampung showed that the percentage of student`s learning outcome by 87 % complete KKMDesain pembelajaran model EXCLUSIVE sebagai program pembelajaran pada tema “alam dan sekitar kita” belum pernah digunakan oleh guru yang mengarah pendidikan karakter pada kurikulum 2013 ini.

Abstract

This paper discusses the development of e-learning media in the form of MOOCs (Massive Open Online Course) available on the Moodle website. This research was conducted to determine whether the development of interactive multimedia in the form of Moodle-based MOOCs is appropriate for use in teaching and learning activities of static electricity in high school. The method used in this study is the Research and Development (RD) research method using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire on the feasibility of learning media. The questionnaire instrument was given to media experts and material experts. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative and qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The aspects discussed are the development of learning media in the form of MOOCs, the level of media feasibility and the level of feasibility of the material presented. The results of this study indicate that e-learning media in the form of Moodle-based MOOCs are suitable for use in learning and are able to increase teacher creativity and can be used for distance learning and can train students to learn independently. Keywords: Interactive multimedia, MOOCs, e-Learning, Moodle, Learning physicsDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpf.v10.n1.202206

Abstract

Art provides a unique lens through which to explore scientific phenomena, allowing students to visualize complex ideas and express their understanding in imaginative ways. Moreover, the combination of STEM and art, which we call STEAM, encourages holistic learning experiences. This study aims to develop STEAM-based electronic modules for physics learning, focusing on the Vibrations and Waves concept, and to assess the feasibility and attractiveness of this developed electronic module. This research follows a research and development (R&D) approach, employing a 3D development model (Define, Design, and Develop). The study was conducted at MTsN 1 Bandar Lampung, involving eighth-grade students as research participants. The research object was a STEAM-based electronic module on Vibrations and Waves material. Validation results were obtained from both media and subject matter experts, with both categories indicating a very high level of validation, signifying that the electronic module successfully meets the criteria for development based on media and subject matter. Furthermore, the results from development trials involving teachers and students indicated that the electronic module was highly attractive. Consequently, this study concludes that the developed electronic module is highly feasible as teaching material and is very attractive to use by teachers and students. Keywords: Electronic module, Vibration and waves, Development, STEAMDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpf.v11.n2.202303

Abstract

This research examines the creation of augmented reality-based educational media for physics that incorporates Islamic principles, primarily aimed at teaching atomic structure. The study sought to ascertain the appropriateness of augmented reality (AR) media in improving students' comprehension of atomic structure while simultaneously imparting Islamic precepts. This study utilizes the Research and Development (R&D) methodology, consistent with the ADDIE paradigm (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Data was acquired by administering a questionnaire to specialists in media, materials, and Islamic religion to assess the viability of the learning medium. The questionnaire addressed three primary aspects: media design, content relevance, and the incorporation of Islamic principles. This research employs descriptive quantitative and qualitative analysis approaches. The study concentrated on evaluating the development of AR media, its practicality, and the congruence of the content with Islamic beliefs. The findings of this study demonstrate that the AR-based learning medium is exceptionally appropriate for physics instruction. The media validation achieved a score of 86%, the material validation received 88%, and the integration of Islamic principles attained 85%, indicating the medium's efficacy and suitability. This augmented reality educational medium facilitates the cognitive and ethical maturation of students, underscoring its advantages for attaining both scholarly superiority and moral advancement. Keywords: Augmented reality, Islamic values, atomic structure, learning media, ADDIE modelDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpf.v12.n2.202406

Abstract

Physics is widely regarded as one of the most challenging subjects for students due to its abstract concepts and unengaging teaching methods, often resulting in low motivation and poor achievement. To address these challenges, this study systematically examines the impact of Augmented Reality (AR) on enhancing student motivation and learning outcomes in physics education, analyzing 20 articles published between 2019 and 2024 through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) protocol. The findings reveal AR's significant potential to transform physics education by visualizing abstract concepts and creating interactive, engaging learning experiences, addressing limitations in traditional methods. However, barriers such as high device costs, limited infrastructure in underdeveloped areas, inadequate teacher expertise, and a lack of diverse AR content hinder its widespread adoption. Long-term research is recommended to evaluate the sustained impact of AR on learning outcomes and motivation across different educational levels and contexts. By addressing these challenges, AR has the potential to become a transformative tool, making physics education more inclusive, engaging, and impactful while fostering a deeper understanding of complex concepts and improving student motivation and achievement. Keywords: Augmented reality, learning motivation, learning outcomes, physics learning, systematic review.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpf.v12.n2.202405
