Abstract

The objectives of this research are: To identify and analyze the process of investigating child suspects in drug crimes. To find out and analyze the obstacles in the process of investigating child suspects in drug crimes and their solutions. This study uses a sociological juridical approach, with descriptive analytical research specifications. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained through library research and primary data. The results of this study on process of investigating child suspects in drug crime includes: a) Detention period for children is only valid for a maximum of 7 (seven) days and can be extended by the public prosecutor for a maximum of 8 (eight) days. b) Investigations against perpetrators of child crime are carried out by child investigators. c) In conducting an investigation, the investigator is obliged to ask for consideration from the Correctional Center (BAPAS). Barriers: a) The duration of research from the Correctional Institution (BAPAS). b) The unavailability of special investigators for children due to limited Human Resources (HR). The solution: a) To increase the ability of investigators to carry out investigations so that they are able to resolve cases during the period of time the child is detained according to the rules, namely 7 (days) of work and can extend detention by 8 (eight) working days b) Increasing the working relationship with BAPAS so that research and research results on children can be completed immediately. So that the results of the research can be completed immediately before the investigator hands over the child and evidence to the Public Prosecutor (JPU).

Abstract

Based on the study it can be concluded that the implementation of and development of application performance appraisal of civil servants is an assessment of the performance is done at the time of the achievement of targets Employee Work is done in a measured by comparing the actual work with the target set by the organization for each employee, so as to achievement of specified targets at the end of the year. Assessment of Civil Servants implementation work in the Regional Office of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of Central Java is done through evaluation methods.Barriers that occur in the Regional Office Law and Human Rights Ministry of Central Java in providing performance benefits as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights No. 22 of 2014 of which the form has not been found job analysis conducted by management office, employees are not willing / able to develop competency yourself , absence of a good methodology in identifying a job, the boss's behavior is supposed to give an example / role model in encouraging and competencies of subordinates, each employer is aware of the importance of creativity, initiative and a sense of each employee into good consideration in determining the types of work. Efforts are being made by increasing the strong desire of every employee in order to work in accordance with the assessments and improving the competence of oneself, in charging SKP by each employee be done routinely every day to get the direct supervision by the employer concerned, giving performance benefits granted optimally to each employee to the maximum, and the determination of the best boss by the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Central Java, so the boss can be an example, determine the class position, and provide the maximum performance benefits in accordance with the capabilities of each employee. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation process of adoptions that occurred in the Religious Court of Semarang, and what is the reason for the judge to give authority to the prospective adoptive parents. In answer to this problem the authors conducted a sociological juridical research, namely by conducting direct research and find data related to this study directly in the field, and also based on legislation regarding adoption. This is to obtain primary data and secondary data, using data collection techniques are observation, interview, and literature study. The data obtained in the analysis using qualitative analytical methods and presented descriptively.Based on the results of research that has been done in the Religious Court of Semarang, we can conclude that 1) the implementation of the adoption of the Religious Court of Semarang is done by people who are Moslem. Filing the petition has been set by the Religious Court of Semarang through 3 stages and was previously submitted to the Department of Social Welfare. 2) Determination of adoption set based on consideration of the judge with reference to the legislation and personal data information provided by the applicant.Keywords: Implementation; Adoption; Religious Court.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze licensing arrangements that seek to be integrated electronically (Online Single Submission-OSS) in legislation, the application of OSS in Pekalongan City, and to know and analyze the constraints of OSS implementation in Pekalongan City and its solutions. This study uses a sociological juridical approach with descriptive analysis research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Furthermore, based on the results of the study it can be concluded: that 1) Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 On Electronically Integrated Business Licensing seeks to regulate all licenses in Indonesia, but in practice the implementation can only reach a portion of licensing in Indonesia; 2) The issuance of PP 24/2018 does not regulate the transition period of its enactment, the OSS system is not ready, the NSPK has passed the stipulation 15 (fifteen) days since the issuance of the PP, the OSS system has not used Digital Signature, and the weak aspects of supervision, and inefficiency in obtaining permits.Keywords: OSS; Integrated Business Licensing; PP; NSPK.

Abstract

The regional government through the Health Department became the backbone of the implementation of the national strategic program, including JKN-KIS program. In various legislations such a role that includes licensing, facilitator, as well as giving recommendations and the availability of health facilities and the organization of health services for the implementation of the Health Insurance program. This study aims to determine the Role of Health Department of Blora Regency in the Implementation of BPJS Based On Act No. 40 of 2004 on National Social Security System to improve health services to the society and the obstacles that arise and solutions. The method used is the juridical sociological, descriptive analytical research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data, so that the method of collecting data through field studies and literature. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. As the blade is used the analysis of role theory and the theory of legal certainty. The results showed that the Role of Health Department of Blora Regency in the Implementation of BPJS Based On Act No. 40 of 2004 on National Social Security System to improve service to the public is as regulators, implementers and donors. The obstacles that arise in the implementation of BPJS in Blora is the increased fees but then disconnected MA which no increasing fees, any health facilities which can not service BPJS members because still not accredited the solution is that facilities apply a new accreditation to KARS, the role of Health Department in the implementation of BPJS not maximum so the solution is make a new regulation for empowerment the role of Health Department as regulator.Keywords: Health Department; BPJS;  National Social Security System; Health Services.

Abstract

One of the most important things in Act No. 6 of 2014 on Villages is the existence of special rules contained therein which contain regarding village funds. Research will answer the problem formulation that is how the implementation of village funds in the form of implementation of development in the Kadiwono Village, Bulu District, Rembang Regency. The method of approach in this research uses the sociological juridical method with the research specifications descriptively analysis. The data used for this study are primary and secondary data taken from field observation, interviews, and literature study methods. Based on the research concluded in 2019, Kadiwono Village, Bulu District, Rembang Regency obtained Village Revenues totaling Rp 1,500,432,113 consisting of village funds, tax revenue-sharing, retribution sharing, village fund allocation, provincial financial assistance, district financial assistance, and the remaining 2018 budget (SILPA). In village expenditure, Kadiwono Village divides 4 areas in village expenditure through the allocation of village funds, namely (1) the field of village governance, (2) development, (3) community development, (4) and community empowerment.Keywords: Village Funds; Development; Public Welfare.
