Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang optimalisasi tata kelola teknologi informasi yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan penilaian awal dari penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi bedasarkan COBIT 5 dengan kondisi pelaksanaan yang sedang berjalan untuk meningkatkan nilai dari tata kelola teknologi informasi pada STT Pagar Alam. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi,wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil pengelolaan data yang disesuaikan dengan domain COBIT 5 akan dijadikan nilai antar domain. Hasil perhitungan maturity level dari 8 responden pada proses hasil nilai maturity level tata kelola teknologi informasi yang saat ini menunjukan bahwa 9 domain mengarah pada level 2 (Repeatable) yaitu EDM04, APO01, APO04, APO07, BAI04, BAI10, DSS01, DSS03 dan MEA01. Hasil nilai maturity level saat ini menunjukan bahwa 2 domain mengarah pada level 3 (Defined) yaitu APO03 dan BAI09. Secara umum strategi perbaikan tata kelola teknologi informasi di Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Pagar Alam maka proses dan kegiatan harus ditetapkan dan didokumentasikan, distandarisasikan dan diintegrasikan bersama.

Abstract

Technology development and application of tools, machines, materials and processes that help humans solve the problem. With the development of this technology to encourage people to bring new ideas to simplify all activities of daily living. Controlling the house lights for example. To control house lights manually can take a lot of time in operation. With advances in technology can be built a lighting control system using android smartphone. Type mobile phone (cell phone) smartphone category are much in demand by the public for kecanggihanya. Most smartphones have operating systems based on Android. Android is an operating system for Linux-based mobile devices that includes an operating system, middleware and applications. System development method used is prototype with stages Collecting and analyzing needs, build prototyping, evaluation protoptyping, build systems, test systems, evaluation systems, use the system. To create the application using APP MIT Inventor with type parallel circuit connected with bluetooth and Relay to regulate the flow of electrical current is greater as needed by using a control system with a small electrical current into the device arduino Uno type.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a letter management application at the City of Pagar Alam Health Office in order to assist in managing data on incoming and outgoing mails which have become more organized by utilizing existing technology. The process of recording letters that have been running so far is still using conventional methods, namely by recording incoming and outgoing letters from the ledger and then storing sheets of letter paper as archival documents. Making this letter management application using PHP programming and MySQLi database and using the Codeigniter framework and also the system development method used is the waterfall method, namely by developing analysis, design, coding, and testing. System testing is carried out using the blackbox testing method by asking users questions or responses that are approved and in accordance with expectations. The results of this study consist of a management application letter at the City of Pagar Alam Health Office that can help and manage incoming and outgoing letters more effectively and efficiently.Keywords: Application, Management, Letter, Waterfall, and Codeigniter

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to create a Web-based Tourism Information System. In conveying about tourism, promotion is still carried out through the mass media of television, newspapers, banners and baleho. The impact is that tourists still find it difficult to determine the planning of a tour in the city of Pagar Alam. The system development method used is the Web Engineering method with five stages of Customer Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Deployment. Therefore, the researcher will create a web-based tourism information system in order to make it easier for tourists to find information such as tourist attraction data, hotel data and restaurant data as well as places that are connected to the google map. With the existence of a web-based information system can help spread promotions to tourists widely to increase tourist visits to the City of Pagar Alam.Keywords: Information Systems, Tourism and Web Engineering
