Abstract

The aim of the research is to explain ; first, the basic argument for household muslims to domesticate information and communication technology. Second, the process of domestication of information technology. The third implication of the domestication of technology and information. This study used descriptive qualitative method with phenomenological approach. The goal is to understand the meaning behind the action naturally. The results of this study are: First, Domestication of the information and communication technology rests on reasoning awareness, that leads to understanding the meaning and function of information and communication technology for them (Purposeful actions). Second.The existence of kampoeng cyber as instrument of the process of domestication of information and communication technology. Was apparently able to bring parents and children together in cultural negotiation space. The result is a process of aproriation, objectification, incorporation and conversion which accelerate the domestication of information and communication technology. Third, Moslem family awareness of the positive and negative impact that the process of domestication of information and communication technology influences their religious and social interactions. Therefore, the Cyber Kampoeng developed is used a medium of the construction awareness and values inheritance in the next generation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find a strategy in developing Creative Business Groups in Menteng Village, precisely in the RT 05/RW XII environment and its surroundings. The group's efforts have been to recycle used tires into useful items, for example making flower pots and others, focusing on the environmental theme. Furthermore, mentoring is carried out because the group understands that they have potential in the field of business for the development of their group. They mobilize the community to join together in managing the business and its environment in collaboration with stakeholders (RT). The strategy used is to analyze pentagonal assets and determine asset advantages using the Orid Technique, which is then described in the program strategy analysis table (related to program potential, expectations, and plans). The summary of the agreed program is to strengthen group management and design development efforts for infrastructure development before the business is realized. The Asset Based Community-Driven Development (ABCD) approach is used as the method of this action research, namely community development carried out based on the assets owned, namely human, social, and supportive environmental assets. Community development process with independent participation (self-mobilization) through Appreciative Inquiry. The discovery of data is covered in the FGD process, interviews, observation and documentation, and the evaluation techniques used are before-after and historical plots. Program changes can be analyzed by looking at the development of a more structured group management and realizing the development of a business development plan. So that if the business starts operating, in the future it can have an impact on strengthening the economy, social and environment of the community.

Abstract

This research focuses on several aspects: first, the empowerment strategy of batik craftsmen in Telaga Biru Village, Tanjung Bumi Subdistrict, Bangkalan Regency; second, the outcomes and impacts that have arisen from the empowerment of the batik craftsmen community in that place; third, the relevance of empowering the batik craftsmen community with the da’wah. The research method employed by the researcher is the ABCD method. The results of this research are as follows: First, the strategy employed in empowering the batik craftsmen in that place involves forming and strengthening the batik craftsmen group's institutions, developing their skills, online marketing development, packaging model, and quality enhancement, partner and business network development, and reinforcing local government support for batik craftsmen; Second, the changes and impacts resulting from the empowerment of batik craftsmen include an increased economic status, the further development of batik-making skills, the expansion of marketing models and networks, which significantly contribute to the welfare improvement of the craftsmen; Third, empowering batik craftsmen in that community aligns with the concept of da’wah bil hal, where the objective is to enhance economic quality in pursuit of achieving happiness in this world and the hereafter.
