Abstract

Maternal and infant mortality rate is the most important part related to the age of life literacy of Indonesian population. Data from Health Department of Garut District shows that childbirth rate by traditional birth attendants (TBAs) in public health center of Sukakarya only 28% in 2012. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships between the level of knowledge, economic status, service delivery by traditional birth attendants and the selection of delivery assistance by TBAs. The method was used analytical research with cross sectional design. The participants were pregnant mothers who recorded in the data of maternal deliveries target. The data was collected by interview from 45 pregnant mothers. The results showed that the majority of pregnant mothers (64.0%) had a good perception level of service delivery by TBAs (P= 0.521). The most pregnant mothers (92.9%) who have a poor level of knowledge and low level of socioeconomic (75.9%) chose to deliver by assistance of traditional birth attendants (P = 0.004; P= 0.003, respectively). This study suggested that primary healthcare professionals are expected to increase pregnant mothers’ knowledge in term of selecting birth attendance assistance by promote health education, thus can support them to choose delivery at healthcare professionals.

Abstract

The factors affecting diarrhea are factors of bacterial, viral, and parasitic infections, Alabsorbsi, food, psychological, environmental conditions. In the developing country per year the average child has diarrhea 3-4 times the incident. The host factor is a nutrient condition, mother's foster pattern, hygiene behaviour. Nutritional intake depends on the social process that mothers do. Family interactions especially mothers and children are called parenting patterns. PEnelitianaims to find the relationship of foster care and nutritional Status of toddlers with the incidence OF diarrhea in the room Nusa Indah under the Dr. Slamet Garut hospital. Researchs methods used descriptive correlational, sample count of 62 respondents, data retrieval carried out with questionnaires. The results of the study of most of the mother's foster pattern is ineffective and most of the nutritional status of the toddler patient skinny category in the space Nusa Indah under the Dr. Slamet Garut hospital. Conclusion between the mother's foster pattern there is a connection with the incidence of diarrhea and among the nutritional status of children there is a relationship with diarrhea incidence rate in Nusa Indah AREA under the hospital Dr. Slamet Garut hospital. It is recommended to provide health education to the patient family about the foster pattern and the nutrition treatment in children to avoid diarrhea

Abstract

Corona virus can infect the human airway, so it can cause small to severe obstacles even causing death. Medical rules or health health rules are maintenance instructions before going to the hospital getting approval by the head of health EMS (Emergency Medical Service) in the area of residence, which is utilized in considering emergency stuasi on the ground by outlining the permitted and appropriate medical care that can be provided by emergency medical service personnel to patients experiencing medical emergencies. . This study has a direction that is to understand the level of public obedience about health rules during covid 19 outbreak with journal review methods. This study is reviewed through a google scholar database, to find journals that conform to predetermined exclusion inclusion standards. From the study of 3 articles found that the obedience of the community 46.2% during emigrants is quite good and 53.8% do not obey the health rules due to age, gender & education factors.
