This research aims to know the effect of using interactive multimedia towards concepts mastery and critical thinking skill of students on the material of temperature ang heat. This research is an experimental research that uses pretest-posttest control design. The sample of this research is grade XA and XB students of SMAN 1 Alas in the academic year 2013/2014 that determined by cluster random sampling technique. The instruments that used to collect the data are test sheets of mastering concepts is developed based on indicator of temperature and heat learning material on the sub topic of expansion, heat transfer and black principle. Meanwhile, the test of critical thinking skill is developed based on the indicator of argument analysis shows that mean score of concepts mastery of experimental group is 61% and control group is 54%. The result of t-test of concepts mastery and critical thinking skill shows that experimental group is significantly higher that control group. It means that the use of interactive multimedia has an effect towards concepts mastery and critical thinking skill of students on the material of temperature and heat.

The purposes of this research is to improve learning outcomes of students at SMPN 8 Mataram. This is a classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycles include planning, implementation, observation, evaluation and reflection. Implementation of guided discovery learning model made 5 phases: introduction, orientation of students on the issue, conducting, presenting and evaluating results. In the first cycle, obtained an average student learning outcomes at 74.82, while in the second cycle of 81.75. Classical mastery learning in the first cycle of 64.7% and in the second cycle of 86%. Activities of students and teachers that are in the active category. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of guided discovery learning models with science process skills approach is proven to increase physics learning outcomes of students at SMPN 8 Mataram.

This ââ¬Ånon-equivalent control group designââ¬Â quasi experimental research was purposed to identify the effect of generative-based learning model using virtual laboratory media towards the studentsââ¬â¢ concept mastery and creativity in physics. The population of this research is all 173 students of X grade in SMK Negeri 7 Mataram. The X grade students of Teknik Komputer Jaringan A (TKJ-A) department was determined as the experimental group and the X grade students of Teknik Komputer Jaringan B (TKJ-B) department was the control group. The way of collecting data for the concept mastery was done by using multiple choice test. The result revealed that the mean score of the post-test for the concept mastery was 43 for the experimental group with the highest score 56. Meanwhile the mean score of the control group was 36 with the highest score 52. The research hypothesis was tested using t-test pooled variances. The result showed that the value of ttab is higher than tarith the value is 3,42 > 2,00 for the concept mastery. As the conclusion, this research showed that there was an effect towards the experimental group studentsââ¬â¢ concept mastery and creativity in physics which was treated using generative-based learning model using virtual laboratory media.

Physics is contain a lot of abstract concept.this thing arise studentââ¬â¢s difficulty in learning physics individually. This difficulty can be solved by educatorsàwith using the method of cooperative learning on teaching their pupil. Beside of that, on teaching abstract concept can be helped by using virtual media. Because of that, this research is aim to test the effect of cooperative learning with virtual media toward the studentââ¬â¢s conceptual understanding in physics on static fluid matter. Pre-test and post-test was gived to experiment and control class. The instrument of the test is conceptual test which consist of six cognitive aspect. The result show that the cooperative learning with virtual media increased studentââ¬â¢s conceptual understanding in static fluid and significantly increased at sub-matter Archimedes law and fluid pressure. This result also showed the increase of studentââ¬â¢s cognitive abilty on experiment class, but one of cognitive aspect C6 (create), control class more better than experiment class.

Learning physics should be able to provide an understanding physics of abstract concepts. One of the efforts being made to improve the learning of Physics is to use appropriate learning model. This study aims to improve the studentââ¬â¢s conceptual understanding by using project based learning model with virtual media for X Grade student at SMAN 2 Mataram Years 2015/2016. This study was conducted using a type of quasi-experimental research, untreated control group design with pretest and posttest on Optic. Hypothesis test results that the model used to give effect to theàstudentââ¬â¢s conceptual understanding, was shown to increase student conceptual understanding was higher in the experimental class compared with the control class. N-gain test results stating that the conceptual understanding has increased in each sub material. The results of the analysis conceptual understanding score on every aspect of cognitive increased.ÃÂ

This research aims to investigate the influence of direct instruction model with virtual laboratory media toward student creativity in physics using "pretest-posttest control group design". The creativity data collected by essay type test shows that pre-test average grade of experimental class is 41 and control class is 36, while post-test average grade of experimental class is 74 and control class is 69. Based on data analysis, creativity of male student in physics is higher than female student. The average grade of male student is 72 while female student is 70. The result of hypothesis testing using polled variance t-test with significance level of 5 % is tcalculation=> ttable = 1,99601 or, in other words, the calculated t value is greater than the value given in the table. It can be concluded that direct instruction model with virtual laboratory media influences high school student creativity in physics.

This study aims to determine the effect model of inquiry aided virtual laboratory to physical concept comprehension of students MA DI Putri Nurul Hakim Kediri the academic year 2015/2016. Experimental research design using "pre-test-post-test control group design". The population in this study were all students of class X MA DI Putri Nurul Hakim Kediri totaling 5 classes, while samples were students of class X.1 as an eksperiment class majoring in X.2 as a control class. The data collection concept comprehension using techniques shaped test multiple choice. The research hypotheses were tested by t-test polled variance variance with significance level of 5% that is a hypothesis which does not indicate a specific direction. The results showed that physical concept comprehension ability of students learning with virtual media-aided model of inquiry higher than those not using the model inquiry-aided virtual laboratory.

This research is a quasi-experimental aims to identify the effect of problem-based learning model using virtual simulation media towards the studentsââ¬â¢ concept mastery and creativity in physics. The design of this research used of non-equivalent control group design, while the sampling technique used purposive sampling. The population of this research is all students of grade X SMAN 2 Mataram, while the sampling are the students of grade X-3 as the experimental group and the students of grade X-4 as control group. The data obtained in this research isàdata mastery of concept and creativity. The research hypothesis was tested using t-test polled variances. The test result showed that the N-gain mastery of concepts has increased in each sub material and the highest increase in the sub matter theory of electromagnetic waves. Values of N-gain experimental group in the high category (71%) and control group in the medium category (53%). T-test showed that the model is applied to significant influence on improving studentsââ¬â¢ mastery of concepts and creativity, higher in the experimental group compared with the control group. Increased figural creativity higher than verbal creativity in both classes

This study aims to determine the effect model of Problem Based Learning (PBL) aided virtual media to the mastery of the concepts of physics students SMK 1 Lingsar Academic Year 2015/2016. This study is a quasi-experimental design with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The study population all students of class X SMK 1 Lingsar and research sample class X-1 and X MM MM-3 were selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis using polled variance t test. The results showed that the model PBL-aided virtual media influence on students' mastery of concepts of physics. Judging from the average value, penguasaam concepts of physics experimental class is higher than the control class. N-gain first test showed that an increase in the value of the mastery of the concept of the experimental class to the theory and calculation.ÃÂ N-gain second Test results show that the experimental group was higher than the control class in each sub material unless the material collision

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control grup design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MIA MAN 2 Praya. Sampel penelitian diperoleh siswa kelas X MIA-1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas X MIA-2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan uji-t polled varians dengan taraf signifikan 5%, dan diperoleh hasil thitung =2,54ÃÂ dan ttabel = 2,02. Oleh karena thitung >ttabel, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model direct instruction berbantuan simulasi virtual berpengaruh terhadap penguasaan konsep fisika siswa
