Abstract

Nawangan Reservoir accommodates flow of water that is useful for irrigation, resulting in sediment carried by the water flow causing dead storage to be filled with sediment, indicating the reservoir's useful life has been exceeded. This studyoaims to calculate the rate ofoerosion and sedimentation, level ofoerosionohazard and land criticality in an effort to increase the usefulilifeiofithe reservoir that has been exceeded. Also propose handling in the Nawangan watershed that is predicted as a way to manage the troubles. The erosion rate became calculatedousingotheoUSLE. The data needed are rainfall for erosivity (R), soil type for erodibility value (K), slope for LS value, and land use for CP coefficient. The result erosion rate before handling is 70.445.74 tons/ha/year, the SDR calculation it is estimated the sediment is 6.298.19 tons/year. Knowing of the erosion rate, the proposed conservation management uses 2 methods, namely the vegetation and mechanical strategy. The calculation after handling obtained erosion rate is 7.547.03 tons/ha/year with a sediment of 674.74 tons/year. TBE analysis results obtained very light 59,20%, mild 15,77%, moderate 5,72%, subtantial 13,41%, very subtantial 5,91%. The estimation results obtained the useful life of the reservoir by 5 years.

Abstract

Watukebo Village is one of the villages located in Wongsorejo District, Banyuwangi Regency with the problem of water crisis. The Bajulmati Reservoir as a reserve water storage container is planned to be a solution to the problem of the water crisis that occurred in Watukebo Village. It is necessary to have facilities and infrastructure to realize this solution by planning a clean water distribution system in Watukebo Village based on hydraulic, water quality, and economic aspects by using WateraCAD V8i Software. The pipeline network is planned to use GI pipes on transmission lines and HDPE and PVC pipes on distribution lines. Referring to the Law of Ministry of Public Work No. 18/PRT/M/2007 analysis results based on hydraulic aspects and water quality are in accordance with existing standard criteria. The results of this planning study are velocity values ranging from 0.1 to 1.56 m/s, headloss gradient values ranging from 0.16 to 14.96 m/km, pressure values ranging from 0.84 to 5.32 atm, and residual chlorine values ranged from 0.3 to 0.4 mg/l. The calculation of the budget plan is done manually by referring to the Law of Ministry of Public Work No. 28/PRT/M/2016. Total Budget Plan (RAB) obtained is Rp 2.965.300.000.Desa Watukebo merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Wongsorejo, Kabupaten Banyuwangi dengan permasalahan krisis air. Waduk Bajulmati sebagai wadah penyimpanan air cadangan direncanakan menjadi solusi dalam menjawab permasalahan krisis air yang terjadi pada Desa Watukebo. Diperlukan adanya sarana dan prasarana untuk merealisasikan solusi tersebut dengan merencanakan sistem distribusi air bersih di Desa Watukebo berdasarkan aspek hidraulik, kualitas air, dan ekonomi dengan menggunakan bantuan Software WateraCAD V8i. Jaringan perpipaan direncanakan menggunakan Pipa GI pada jalur transmisi  dan  pipa HDPE serta PVC pada jalur distribusi. Mengacu pada Permen PUPR No. 18/PRT/M/2007 hasil analisa berdasarkan aspek hidraulik dan kualitas air sudah sesuai dengan standart kriteria yang ada. Hasil studi perencanaan ini yaitu nilai kecepatan berkisar antara 0,1 – 1,56 m/s, nilai headloss gradient berkisar antara 0,16 – 14,96 m/km, nilai tekanan berkisar antara 0,84 – 5,32 atm, dan nilai sisa klorin berkisar antara 0,3 – 0,4 mg/l. Perhitungan rencana biaya anggaran dilakukan secara manual dengan mengacu pada Permen PUPR No 28/PRT/M/2016. Total Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang diperoleh adalah sebesar Rp 2.965.300.000.

Abstract

Menurunnya fungsi sungai dan prasarana sungai berdampak pada berkurangnya fungsi pemenuhan air dan pengendalian daya rusak air. Kegiatan pemeliharaan diperlukan dalam mempertahankan sungai dan prasarana sungai. Studi ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh hasil nilai kinerja dan AKNOP sungai dan prasarana sungai di lokasi penelitian dengan identifikasi dan analisis tingkat kerusakan serta perhitungan biaya AKNOP sesuai dengan yang tertuang dalam Pedoman SE Dirjen SDA No. 5/2016. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa penilaian kinerja Sungai Bajak di Kota Semarang rata-ratanya adalah 55,02% dengan rekomendasi pemeliharaan korektif. Satu ruas sungai bagian kanan dan kiri yang mendapatkan rekomendasi pemeliharaan rehabilitatif yaitu pada ruas km1+800 - km1+900, serta 4 ruas sungai bagian kiri dengan pemeliharaan preventif pada ruas km0+000 - km0+400, dan sisanya dengan rekomendasi pemeliharaan korektif. Penanganan dipriotitaskan terhadap ruas yang mendapatkan rekomendasi pemeliharaan rehabilitatif, lalu preventif, serta korektif.  Total Nilai AKNOP (Angka Kebutuhan Nyata Operasi dan Pemeliharaan) untuk Sungai Bajak di Kota Semarang adalah sebesar Rp. 2.716.600.000,00. The decrease in the function of river and river infrastructure has an impact on reducing the function of fulfilling water and controlling the destructive power of water. Maintenance project is needed in maintaining the river and river infrastructure. The purpose of this study is to obtain the value of performance assessment and AKNOP of river and river infrastructure at the research site by identifying and analyzing the level of damage and calculating the costs of AKNOP in accordance with the SE Guidelines of Dirjen SDA No. 5/2016. The results of this study showed that the average performance of the Bajak River in Semarang City is 55.02% with corrective maintenance recommendations. There is a section on the right and the left side of the Bajak river that receive recommendations for rehabilitative maintenance, namely the km1+800 - km1+900 section, and there are 4 left river sections that receive preventive maintenance recommendations, namely the km0+000 - km0+400 section, while the rests of the river section are recommended with corrective maintenance. Maintenance is prioritized for sections that receive recommendations for rehabilitative, then preventive, and corrective maintenance. The total value of AKNOP for the Bajak River in Semarang City is Rp. 2,716,600,000.00.

Abstract

Brondong District, Lamongan Regency has ten villages with one village has been served by Perum Jasa Tirta 1 for the clean water distribution which is Sedayulawas Village.  In the development plan until 2040, there are additional service areas in 2 other villages, namely Sendangharjo Village and Brengkok Village. In this study, an evaluation of the existing condition was carried out by taking into account the quantity and continuity of water in the existing network. This evaluation is used as a reference for carrying out development planning in 2040 in the future. The design of the clean water network did by WaterCAD V8i Software to simulate and model the clean water metwork hydraulics condition. Cost calculation and economic analysis did manually, referring to SNI 06-4829-2005, the result of the hydraulics analysis have suitable with existing standard criteria, wivh the velocity is about 0,10 – 1,60 m/s headloss gradient ranging from 0,00 – 14,79 m/km, pressure values ranging from 0,50 – 7,79 atm. The budget plan obtained is Rp. 14.933.759.000 and the price for the water is Rp. 4.594,21/m3.Kecamatan Brondong Kabupaten Lamongan memiliki sepuluh desa dengan satu desa telah dilayani oleh Perum Jasa Tirta 1 untuk kebutuhan air bersihnya yaitu Desa Sedayulawas. Dalam rencana pembangunan hingga tahun 2040 terdapat penambahan daerah pelayanan untuk 2 desa lainnya, yaitu Desa Sendangharjo dan Desa Brengkok. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kondisi eksisting dengan memperhatikan kuantitas dan kontinuitas air pada jaringan eksisting. Hal ini digunakan sebagai acuan untuk melaksanakan perencanaan pembangunan pada tahun 2040 di masa yang akan datang. Perencanaan jaringan air bersih menggunakan apliaksi WaterCAD V8i dimana gunanya untuk mensimulasikan juga memodelkan keadaan hidrolika jaringan air bersih. Menghitung biaya dan analisis ekonomi dilakukan secara manual, mengacu pada SNI 06-4829-2005, hasil analisis hidrolika telah sesuai dengan kriteria standar yang ada, dengan velocity berkisar antara 0,10 – 1,60 m/s gradien headloss mulai dari 0,00 – 14,79 m/km, nilai pressure berkisar antara 0,50 – 7,79 atm. Rencana anggaran biaya yang diperoleh sebesar Rp. 14.933.759.000 dan harga airnya Rp. 4.594,21/m3.
