Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan ditemukannya permasalahan terkait fasilitas wisata serta minat berkunjung wisatawan di Pantai Carolina Kota Padang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gambaran/kondisi fasilitas wisata di Pantai Carolina. mengetahui bagaimana gambaran minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan di Pantai Carolina, dan mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan di Pantai Carolina. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal, dilaksanakan menggunakan sumber yang bersifat primer. Populasi dari penelitian ini diambil dari pengunjung Pantai Carolina, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 85 pengunjung, yang diambil menggunakan teknik non-probabilitas sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Kuesioner disusun menurut skala likert yang telah divalidasi dan teruji reliabilitasnya. Alat yang dipakai sebagai bantuan untuk pengolahan data yaitu menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan perhitungan Tingkat Capaian Responden pada variabel fasilitas wisata tergolong dalam kategori cukup baik dengan rata-rata 71,7% dan variabel minat berkunjung kembali tergolong dalam kategori cukup baik dengan rata-rata 71,25. Berdasarkan hasil output regresi linier sederhana pada nilai konstanta sebesar 1,531 dan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,256 dengan nilai Thitung sebesar 11,864 dan nilai Ttabel sebesar 1,992 dengan signifikan 0,000<0,05, yang menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif fasilitas wisata terhadap minat berkunjung kembali. Adapun nilai R Square sebesar 0,629, yang menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pengaruh Fasilitas Wisata (X) terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali (Y) adalah sebesar 62,9% sedangkan 37,1% Minat Berkunjung Kembali wisatawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

This research was motivated by several problematic facts found in tourist attractions and tourist facilities at Despan Beach, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency. Tourist attractions at Despan Beach are not yet varied. Facilities at Despan Beach are also inadequate, such as public toilet facilities, parking lots, rubbish bins, road access is not representative. Lack of supporting facilities such as photo spots in the Despan Beach area, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The general research purpose is to analyze tourist attractions and tourist facilities at Despan Beach, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency based on indicators of natural attraction, built attraction, cultural attraction and accessibility, accommodation, amenities, attractions, activities, information & tourist guides, security and health, cleanliness, supporting facilities and a comfortable environment. This research type included in descriptive through qualitative data. The technique for informant selection used was purposive sampling. The research informants were the Mandailing Natal Regency Tourism Office, the Despan Beach Management, the people who sell around Despan Beach and Despan Beach Visitors. The techniques for data collection are observation, documentation and interviews. The techniques for data analysis used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.                 Based on the research results, researchers found several analyzes of tourist attractions at Despan Beach, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency, namely: 1). Natural Attraction at the front beach in the shape of natural scenery in the shape of a beach 2). Built Attraction is not yet available at Despan Beach 3).Cultural Attraction is not yet available at Despan Beach. Researchers also found several analyzes of tourist facilities at Despan Beach, Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency 1). Accessibility at the front beach is currently at an adequate level as shown from the access road to the beach 2). Accommodation at Despan Beach is easily accessible to visitors where there is a mess/lodging only 100 meters from Beach 3). The amenities available in this beach area are quite good and adequate, namely in the form of a café which is area right on the edge of the beach 4). The attractions at Despan Beach are not yet varied, visitors can only see natural tourist attractions in the form of beautiful beach views 5) Activities that can be done at Despan Beach are currently very limited, namely only trying various types of food around the beach 6). Information & tour guides at Despan Beach are not yet available 7). Security and health at Despan Beach are very good and well maintained 8). Cleanliness at Despan Beach has not been maintained properly, there is still a lot of rubbish scattered along the beach 9). The special supporting facilities at Despan Beach are in good condition where there is an ATM which is around 700 m from the beach. 10) The comfortable environment at Despan Beach is quite well established, seen from the existing accessibility provisions and there are lodging places close by.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempelajari bagaimana harga berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian kamar menggunakan platform e-commerce RedDoorz di RedDoorz Syariah near Jam Gadang Bukittinggi 2. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode survei dan bersifat kausal asosiatif (sebab dan akibat). Sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu melibatkan 100 responden.  Kuesioner pada penelitian ini dibuat menggunakan skala likert yang berfungsi sebagai alat penelitian. Uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas digunakan dalam uji instrumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga merupakan factor penting terhadap keputusan pembelian tamu. Pada hasil analisis menunjukkan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian kamar. Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan perhitungan statistik menunjukkan bahwa harga kamar pada platform e-commerce RedDoorz dapat dikategorikan baik dengan rata-rata nilai tingkat capaian responden (TCR) sebesar 82,5%, sedangkan pada keputusan pembelian kamar juga dikategorikan baik dengan rata-rata nilai tingkat capaian responden (TCR) sebesar 80,82%.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to examine the impact of service quality on guest loyalty at Daima Hotel Padang. Guest loyalty is an important factor in maintaining and increasing the number of visits, especially in the hospitality industry which is highly dependent on customer satisfaction. However, the data shows that less than optimal service quality can have an impact on decreasing guest loyalty at this hotel. Data for this study is gathered quantitatively using dispersed questionnaires to 303 hotel guests as respondents. Statistical tests were used for data analysis, including normality, linearity, homogeneity, and simple regression tests with a significance level of 0.05. The study's findings show that visitor loyalty is significantly impacted by service quality, with a positive contribution to increasing loyalty. with a positive contribution to increasing loyalty. This implies that the better the quality of the services offered by the hotel, the higher the level of guest loyalty. This research is anticipated to offer practical recommendations for Daima Hotel Padang management in improving more effective service strategies to build and maintain guest loyalty.
