Abstract

Banyak wanita diharuskan menentukan pilihan kontrasepsi karena kesulitan, tidak hanya karena terbatasnya jumlah metode yang tersedia tetapi juga karena metode-metode tertentu mungkin tidak dapat diterima sehubungan dengan kebijakan nasional KB, kesehatan individual dan seksualitas wanita atau biaya untuk memperoleh kontrasepsi. Ada beberapa kemungkinan kurang berhasilnya program KB antaranya dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pengetahuan ibu dan faktor pendukung lainnya. Untuk mempunyai sikap yang positif tentang KB diperlukan pengetahuan yang baik, demikian sebaliknya bila pengetahuan kontrasepsi suntik kurang maka kepatuhan menjalani program KB berkurang. Mengetahui gambaran pemakaian dan kepatuhan jadwal penyuntikan ulang kontrasepsi suntik di Desa Jatiroto Kecamatan Buayan Kabupaten Kebumen Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 akseptor kb suntik yang diambil menggunakan teknik total  sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwaMayoritas responden patuh dalam jadwal penyuntikan ulang kontrasepsi suntik (80%). Mayoritas responden merupakan pengguna KB Suntik 3 Bulanan (52.0%). Mayoritas responden menggunakan KB suntik dengan alasan alat kontasepsi efektif (72.0%). Mayoritas responden mengalami keluhan nyeri payudara ringan (23.0%). Mayoritas responden dengan lama penggunaan KB suntik selama 6 bulan (49.0%).  Kata Kunci :pemakaian, kepatuhan, jadwal penyuntikan ulang,  kontrasepsi suntik

Abstract

JPKM – theCommunity Health – Care Insurance is a health care financing program have beenorganized by the Government of Purbalingga since 2010. Some factors affects thepublic interest to participate in the JPKM program. The purpose of the researchis to find out the most dominant factor affecting the public interest to be aparticipant of the JPKM program on the village of Kalitinggar kidul, Padamara,Purbalingga, Central Java in the year of 2010.          The analytic method with cross sectional approach was used as theresearch method. The simple random technique was used to take the samples of144 respondents. The chi square andthe logisticregressionwas used toanalyze the data. The result of the chisquare test showed that the χ2value of the knowledge factor = 0,211 (p=0646); the χ2  value of thefamily income = 3,928 (p=192); the factor of the work social interaction factor= 19,057 (p=0,000); the χ2value of the public attitude = 1,623 (p=0,203); the χ2 value of the quality factor to the service of thePublic Health Center =   7,467 (p=0,058);theχ2 value of the qualityfactor to the Regional General Hospital = 3,360 (p=0,329). So it is got from theresult of the JPKM program is the factors affecting the public interest to theparticipation of the JPKM program is the work social interaction factor.  The conclusionof this research was a  relationshipbetween the work social  interaction  factor and the public interest to beparticipants of the JPKM program on the village of Kalitinggar kidul. The mostdominant factor affecting the public interest to be participants of the JPKMprogram is the work social interaction as well. Keywords: JPKM, participants, public interest, the dominant factor

Abstract

The phenomena of violence especially child abuse is now widespread. This can give impact on child development in the future. Some people in certain communities view that it is reasonable action to educate children so that they often do violence on their children and they tend to be less aware of the bad impacts.The purpose of this study was to determine the mother's experiences of violence on children in Kalibeber Village Mojotengah Wonosobo. The research was conducted March to May 2012. The design of this study is a qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. The data were collected by the researcher who served as the interviewer. The results were analyzed in a way to organize and sort the data into patterns, categories and the basic outline of the unit.The results showed that mothers’ experience of violence in children was an action they gave to their children as they thought that their children had been doing bad things or naughty and disobey. Mothers did the forms of violence which they thought the actions were accepted such as as hitting, pinching, and yelling or scolding a child. By doing so, mothers thought that they would find their children more quiet and mischievous.In the effort to make children more discipline, mother does not have to use force or abusive ways. Mothers are expected to be more patient in educating their children. It is suggested to do more researches on the same object using a quantitative research design entitled factors that influence child abuse, so that there will be more respondents that can be researched.Keywords      : mothers’ experience,Violence in children, child abuse
