Abstract

This research highlights the key role of leadership and adaptation strategies in organizations when facing rapid change. The literature study method is used to collect and analyze relevant literature. The results confirm that the right leadership style plays a major role in overcoming ongoing changes. Leader adaptation strategies are also key in adaptive leadership to rapid change. Strategic leadership, adaptive human resources, and intuition strengthen adaptation strategies. This helps organizations adapt and achieve competitive advantage. This research provides leaders and managers with guidance in dealing with complex organizational change. In conclusion, adaptive leadership style and adaptation strategies are the main assets for keeping an organization relevant and efficient in a dynamic business era

Abstract

This research aims to identify the relevance of Neuromanagement, motivation, and organizational performance, along with the role of motivation as an intervening variable. The research method used is literature study, which involves collecting and analyzing data from various literature sources that are relevant to the research topic, such as articles, proceedings, books and so on. The research results show that Neuromanagement has significant relevance in increasing individual motivation in the work environment. Neuromanagement can influence motivation by increasing an individual's self-awareness and improving decision-making abilities. High motivation, in turn, acts as an intervening variable that links Neuromanagement and organizational performance. This research provides insight into the importance of understanding Neuromanagement in increasing organizational motivation and performance and proposes further research directions to explore this relationship in a more comprehensive and applicable manner

Abstract

This research explores the leadership paradoxes that arise when managing organizational change along with leaders' efforts in dealing with these paradoxes. This research uses a library study method, by analyzing various relevant literature sources from books, journal articles and other scientific sources. The results of this research reveal that there are four main challenges identified as paradoxes, namely resistance to change, uncertainty and complexity, risk and leader communication. In overcoming this paradox, this research shows that Kurt Lewin's model provides relevant guidance for leaders in facing the challenges of organizational change. This research provides practical and theoretical contributions to the development of effective leadership in facing the challenges of ongoing change

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out recruitment in obtaining superior human resources in CV Barokah Jaya. Qualitative research with descriptive methods. In a good recruitment process, sources said that it plays an important role in obtaining superior human resources for the workforce, this is proven by a match between the competencies possessed by prospective employees both before and after being accepted for work. Recruitment at CV Barokah Jaya has developed to be more structured and systematic, using guidelines such as required position formation, position qualifications, and recruitment methods. CV Barokah Jaya really pays attention to the competency of prospective employees, in an effort to develop the company

Abstract

The significance of human resources in determining a company's success renders them a pivotal component in the everyday operations of the organization. Furthermore, the status of this entity is unaffected by external factors, including advanced technological advancements, so rendering it immune to prohibition. This may be attributed to the primary goals of enhancing regulatory frameworks, optimizing decision-making processes, and promoting policy facilitation. The primary objective of this study is to investigate and evaluate the impact of servant leadership and ethical leadership on organizational transformation within the context of Travel An-Namira Madura. All individuals included in this study were employed by the same business. The present study employs a quantitative methodology, using questionnaires sent to a sample of 52 individuals employed in the workforce. The data was processed using the IBM SPSS 25.0 software. The study results indicate that the implementation of servant leadership has a positive influence on the effectiveness of organizational transformation

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership on Change Management in Regional Government Organizations, and to find out how much influence Transformational Leadership has on Change Management in Regional Government Organizations. This research is often discussed, but has not specifically discussed the relationship between the two, especially within local government. The results of the research are that Transformational Leadership has a significant and positive influence on Change Management in Regional Government Organizations and the magnitude of the influence of the transformational leadership variable on change management is 52.9%, of which the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research

Abstract

Era global saat ini mengakibatkan berbagai perubahan yang mendorong suatu perusahaan untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang mampu bersaing dengan perkembangan zaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang diterapkan oleh Rumah Makan Ayam Goreng Nelongso Bangkalan. Melalui pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini merinci saran-saran strategis guna meningkatkan kinerja SDM ditengah dinamika globalisasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu manajer dan staff karyawan. Untuk menguji keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan SDM era global sangat penting karna dapat menaikkan produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan serta dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan lain dalam menghadapi era global
