Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Bina Medika is one of Vocational High School in Pharmacy in Palembang. The academic system is primarily about value, so far still conventionally done. Assessment is given by the teacher to the homeroom to be written into student report cards. The problem that often happens is often a mistake in writing student grades. Therefore, it will be made the application of student value in supporting the academic system in the vocational school using PHP-based programming language website. The purpose of the study is to generate value applications so as to reduce the errors of writing value-based websites. Development method used is Prototyping method. Abstract

Palembang typical fabrics have many types. For example, jumputan fabric, Songket cloth and Tajung cloth. So far the marketing of typical Palembang fabrics is still done conventionally, namely with consumers coming to the house of the typical fabric craftsman to buy it. To market the typical fabric of Palembang, the sale of typical fabrics will be made online, so as not only to increase sales, but also to promote typical Palembang fabrics in the international world and also be able to support income for Palembang's fabric craftsmen. This sale can also increase turnover for small and medium businesses in the city of Palembang. Making applications using Web Engineering software development methods. Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Farmasi Bina Medika merupakan salah satu Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan di bidang Farmasi yang ada di kota Palembang. Sistem akademik terutama mengenai nilai, sejauh ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional. Penilaian diberikan oleh guru kepada wali kelas untuk dituliskan ke dalam raport siswa. Masalah yang sering terjadi adalah sering terjadi kesalahan penulisan nilai siswa. Oleh karena itu, akan dibuatkan aplikasi nilai siswa dalam menunjang sistem akademik di SMK Farmasi Bina Medika menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP berbasis website. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menghasilkan aplikasi nilai akademik siswa sehingga dapat mengurangi kesalahan penulisan nilai berbasis website. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah metode Prototyping.

Abstract

Mobile technology is a technology that is growing very rapidly. The use of mobile phones are not a luxury anymore, but the items that are needed in everyday life. Prospective drivers sometimes do not understand the material written exam they will do to get a driver's license. This is what causes the failure in the written exam, a candidate's knowledge because the driver did not understand the details of the traffic rules that have been used. To anticipate this, the authors are interested in creating a training application written exam to get a driver's license by using a mobile device. Software development method used is prototyping methods.

Abstract

Pelabuhan Hospital Palembang is one of the institutions of public health services in Palembang located at Jalan Mayor Memet Sastrawirya No.1, Palembang. The hospital had problems in the data processing that were not computerized especially on patients’ medical records unit in which the data processing were still manually and did not integrate with other data. Thus, it needed an information system of patients’ medical record that could provide convenience for employees in processing the data for patients, doctors, medicines, and so on so it could be integrated well with other data by using a local network. The writer applied the method TCSD (Task Centered System Design) in its construction which were used to identify user and task need. Based on the descriptions above, the writer raised the issue as the research for this thesis. The selected title was "Web Based Integrated Medical Record Information Systems In Pelabuhan Hospital Palembang By Using TCSD (Task Centered System Design)".

Abstract

Correspondence is very important in managing an organization. With correspondence, the administrative process of an organization will be neater making, so that it is expected that all records can be arranged properly. This study aims to provide a computer-based letter management system consisting of the process of managing bid letters, payment letters and contract letters and making report management letters more efficiently and effectively. The system development method used is the Web Engineering. Design tools using UML (Unified Modelling Language)-Based Web Engineering (UWE). This software was built using VB.Net. The benefit of this research is to increase an understanding and insight in the world of work that computer science will facilitate work in a company from any matter, for example, one example letter making and archiving

Abstract

Palembang Bhakti Nusantara High School is one of the High Schools (SMA) that has used information technology in certain activities. Palembang's Bhakti Nusantara High School utilizes technology to facilitate teaching and learning by applying the Online Examination. At present, the exam still conducts tests using paper so that there is a need for further development to help and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of performance carried out in accordance with the business processes that run at the Bhakti Nusantara Palembang High School. This Online Examination is used to facilitate the management of master data needed to support the examination activities and the management of exam master data values. The software development method used is the web engineering method. This Online Examination implementation uses PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript and MySQL Database Management System (DBMS).

Abstract

The school profile is one of the most important things in promoting a school. By displaying a school profile, visitors from a school can see all teaching and learning activities in a school. This is very important considering the school profile is also a promotional medium that can be displayed to others. In developing this school profile, the author is interested in making it use a website using analysis methods and object-oriented design. One of the objects chosen is SMK Istiqlal Palembang, which so far has no school profile using the website, so it is hoped that it can become a promotional media for prospective students who want to enter this school. The programming language used is PHP and the database used is My SQL.

Abstract

Keluhan pelanggan merupakan salah satu indikator, gejala, dan tanda adanya ketidakpuasan atas produk atau layanan perusahaan. Hal ini mengakibatkan banyak pelanggan yang merasa kurang puas karena proses tanggapan dan penanganan keluhan memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Proses yang lama ini disebabkan oleh karena kantor cabang Myrepublic Kota Palembang belum memiliki sistem layanan keluhan pelanggan secara tersendiri, sehingga untuk menangani semua laporan keluhan masih di limpahkan ke Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dengan membangun sebuah aplikasi monitoring yang dapat mengelola penanganan keluhan pelanggan Myrepublic Kota Palembang. Sehingga pelanggan dapat mengajukan laporan keluhan secara langsung tanpa harus melalui kantor pusat Myrepublic Jakarta. Dengan demikian akan memudahkan dan mempercepat waktu proses penanganan keluhan. Selain itu, pelanggan juga dapat melakukan monitoring atau pengawasan untuk kasus perbaikan yang memakan waktu yang lebih dari satu hari. Dengan demikian pelanggan akan merasa nyaman dan betah untuk tetap menggunakan layanan Myrepublic. Sistem yang dibangun dengan menggunakan metode Web Engineering dan bahasa pemrograman PHP, serta menggunakan MySQL sebagai bahasa pemrograman database.
