Abstract

Learning Physical education, sport and health (PJOK - Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan) material in big ball games, especially soccer, has several basic techniques that can be mastered such as passing and dribbling. However, students who are new to basic techniques in soccer will certainly experience difficulties. Therefore an appropriate approach is needed, one of which is a tactical approach. This approach emphasizes the activeness of students movements during the learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of applying a tactical approach to improving the learning outcomes of passing and dribbling in soccer. The application of a tactical learning approach using basic soccer skills in the game of soccer can be used in training students basic such as passing and dribbling skills, by researching through simple literature studies using literature from various journal article sources found from international and national journal sites, after finding articles journals that include and match the inclusion criteria with the researcher's research, then a matrix is made which includes the name and year of the researcher, the research results, and the important results that the researcher can use. After that, the results of the literature study will be analyzed by the researcher. The conclusion that can be obtained is that the use of tactical learning approaches in soccer skills can support physical education learning to be more effective and the application of tactical learning approaches in soccer games can affect the passing and dribbling skills of students.

Abstract

The ability to solve problems (Problem Solving) on students is often a crucial thing in learning, to re-hone the ability of Problem Solving should a teacher must be clever in using the appropriate learning models and media. The application of the cooperative learning model is a model that emphasizes student-centered learning, the cooperative learning model will place students in situations that they have to work together to think critically in any given problem. Physical education certainly will not be separated from the material to be taught, futsal game learning material is one of thematerial that is quite systematic in supporting cooperative learning model in making learning for making effective. The application of cooperative learning model in futsal game learning can be used to lead to systematic problem situations to see the problem solving ability (Problem Solving) by researching through literature studies from journal sources found from international and national journal sites, after finding journals that are cover and relevant with the author's research, then a matrix is made which includes the name and year of the author, the results of the study, and important results that can be used by the author. After that, the results of the literature study will be analyzed by the author and adjusted to the indicators that exist in the ability of Problem Solving

Abstract

Introduction: Physical activity is an activity that is usually maintained in standard conditions before the Covid-19 pandemic. Currently, students are mostly staying at home without doing physical activity. How is their physical fitness hold and increase their immunity? Is there a relationship between physical activity and fitness?. Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship between physical activity during the covid-19 pandemic and students' level of physical fitness at SMA Negeri 1 Majalaya. Methods:The method used in this research is quantitative with a correlation research design. The population used in this study were students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Majalaya totaling 304 students with a sample of 30 students of class X IPA 1 taken using the purposive sampling technique. The research instruments used were the Physical Activity Questionnaire during COVID-19 and the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia/TKJI). This hypothesis test uses Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis to determine the positive correlation between physical activity during COVID-19 and physical fitness levels. Results:Of 30 students of SMAN 1 Majalaya (100%), there is one student (3.3%) in the very good category, one student (3.3%) in the good class, 13 students (43.3%) in the good category. Medium type. 13 students (43.3%) were poor, and two (6.7%) were in the inferior class.  Conclusions: The results showed a relationship between physical activity during the COVID-19 pandemic and the level of physical fitness of students in class X IPA 1 SMAN 1 Majalaya in the 2020/2021 academic year, where a high level of physical fitness indicated good physical activity of students.

Abstract

Introduction: Researchers implement self-regulated learning in teaching physical education online and offline to increase student learning motivation. Purpose: To test the effect of offline and online self- regulated learning, as well as test how the differences in the effect of offline self-regulated learning and online self-regulated learning have on student learning motivation. Methods: This research is a quantitative study using the experimental method. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample of 72 students in class XII MIPA 1 and XII MIPA 5. Using instruments developed based on aspects of learning motivation Hamzah B, Uno 2009, namely 8 indicators of learning motivation including concentration, curiosity, enthusiasm, independence, readiness, enthusiasm or encouragement, never giving up, and self-confidence. Results: data collection techniques were carried out 2 times, namely by pre-test and post-test.based on the Paired Sample t test on the implementation of self-regulated learning offline with a test level of 0.05, a p-value of 0.873 is obtained so that H0 is accepted, test level Paired Sample t Test on the implementation of online self-regulated learningof 0.05 obtained a p-value of 0.007 so that it rejects H0. Test whether there are differences in the effect of offline self-regulated learning and online self-regulated learning z-count is -1.066, the results of the analysis of the Mann-Whitney u test or Sig (2-tailed) are 0.266 probability value 0.05, so H0 is accepted.Based on confidence intervals with a 95% confidence level and a sample size of 72. Conclusions: 1). The implementation of self-regulated learning in offline physical education teaching did not change or there was no increase in the pretest- posttest results, which means that there was no increase in learning motivation. 2). The implementation of self-regulated learning in online physical education has experienced or there has been an increase in pretest-posttest results so that it can be interpreted as experiencing an increase in learning motivation. 3). comparison of differences in learning motivation between online and offline through the implementation of self-regulated learning is said to be the same
