Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of the drug addict rehabilitation program in Bengkulu City. This type of qualitative research uses a case study method or approach using observation, interview and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the research are the rehabilitation program at the BNN in the Bengkulu Province Rehabilitation Home. 1) While residents are undergoing rehabilitation with inpatient treatment at the BNN in the Bengkulu Province rehabilitation home, the residents take part in screening, assessment and counseling programs. 2) SOPs carry out program implementation, and SOPs are formed based on the applicable legal basis regarding drug abuse. 3) Carrying out assessment interviews using the 7 domains contained in the ASI form, namely, General, Medical, Economic, Drugs (Substances), Legal (Law), Family, and Psychiatry 3) Resident assessments using SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable , Relevant, Time-bound).

Abstract

This study aims to describe the performance of the Food Security Service in efforts to strengthen food security in North Bengkulu Regency in terms of performance measurement theory according to Dwiyanto, 2008 (Bintang & Widowati, 2017), namely productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. This type of research is qualitative research. The location of this research is the Food Security Service of North Bengkulu Regency. The informant selection technique for this research was informal snowball sampling. Data collection was carried out through author observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was carried out through descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Food Security Service in an effort to strengthen food security in North Bengkulu Regency is carried out by distributing vegetable seeds for the use of yards. The people of North Bengkulu Regency, both individually and through organizations, can submit applications. The success of this effort is supported by productivity factors, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability that are going well. Some of the obstacles in efforts to strengthen food security in North Bengkulu Regency are the lack of a socialization program, geographical constraints, and resource constraints to reach all areas of North Bengkulu Regency.

Abstract

The source of the problem is limited access to health services. The absence of adequate health services, especially in rural areas, can make it difficult to discover and treat malnutrition problems in children early. Children who suffer from Stunting are not only shorter than their peers but are also more susceptible to disease with the type of research applied being descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The aim is to find out the results of the Stunting Prevention Policy in North Bengkulu, especially the Stunting Family Assistance program. The research aspects that will be studied by researchers are: 1) the composition and ideal criteria are by the criteria in the family assistance program guidelines, 2) the work mechanism has been carried out by the family assistance program guidelines, people who are at risk of stunting receive referral services and social assistance from local government. 3) The work steps seen from the family support team work steps are good, they carry out monthly counseling at the posyandu once a month. 4) the division of tasks has been carried out well according to each section.

Abstract

Based on Regional Regulation no. 11 of 2021 Bengkulu City concerning the implementation of a Child Friendly City. KLA is a city with a development system that guarantees the fulfillment of children's rights and special protection for children in a planned, comprehensive and sustainable manner. This research aims to determine the evaluation of the regional regulatory policy process focusing on article 8 Number 3 regarding the fulfillment of family environmental rights and alternative care for children. The research method uses qualitative. The results of the research show that in the evaluation of Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2021 of Bengkulu City concerning Child Friendly Cities regarding Article 8 Number 3 concerning the fulfillment of family environmental rights and alternative care, that the City Government has provided facilities for every fulfillment of child care. It can be concluded that: 1) The city government has fulfilled its provision of facilities, whether in the form of complaints or assistance. 2) There is still a lack of a routine agenda and a lack of comprehensive socialization programs for the community. The suggestion is to improve and develop the program agenda as a whole in the form of comprehensive outreach to the community regarding children's rights in order to seek understanding and public awareness regarding the protection and rights of children.

Abstract

This research aims to design a policy to prevent fishing using trawls in the Bengkulu coastal area. This research uses a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. This research uses Birkland's (2015) theory, which contains five elements, namely, the goals of the policy, the causal model, the tools of the policy, the targets of the policy, and the implementation of the policy. The informants in this research were 7 people consisting of 2 fishermen, 1 person from law enforcement, 2 people from the bureaucracy, 1 person from previous researchers, and 1 person from the organization. The research results are based on the aim of the policy to prevent the use of trawls, which is to preserve the sea and prevent conflicts between traditional fishermen and trawl fishermen. From the causal model, several causes and consequences will arise if the policy is implemented, including impacts on social, economic, and environmental impacts. From the dimension of policy tools, there are several alternative policies as tools that can be produced to prevent the use of trawling, namely in the form of 1. Confiscating fishing gear, 2. Creating a monitoring team from various institutional elements, 3. Providing sanctions and criminal penalties, 4. Providing zone boundaries. Where the use of trawls is prohibited, 5. Conduct patrols every week by changing officers continuously, 6. Conduct outreach about the dangers of using trawls and the importance of marine conservation,

Abstract

Bersinar Village is an effort to stop and deal with drug abuse in a village that is managed independently by the village government and the village community. The focus of this research is to look at the effectiveness of the drug clean village program and reduce the number of drug abuse cases in the villages of Padang Pelasan, Lubuk Gilang, and Lawang Agung. This research aims to gain an understanding and deepen the success of the Shining Village program with the hope of providing recommendations that can increase the effectiveness and sustainability of the Shining Village program. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers in the three villages that I studied, namely Padang Pelasan, Lubuk Gilang, and Lawang Agung villages, it can be said to be effective even though the eight indicators of success in implementing the drug-free village program have not been fully implemented in implementing the drug-free village program. Know from the results of observations, interviews, and also documentation.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate Lebong Regency Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2011 concerning Terminal Retributions. The research results show that the implementation of Lebong Regency Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2011 concerning terminal fees has not run optimally. This can be seen from the lack of human resources and low competence in the field of transportation and terminals, lack of functioning of terminals, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, inadequate socialization of regional regulations, lack of firm control and enforcement carried out by the Transportation Service and UPT terminals to restore terminal functions are equipped with adequate facilities, and collaborate with the police in carrying out control and taking action against violations that occur.

Research Methods Using QualitativeThe results of the study show that the evaluation of Regional Regulation Number 11 of 2021 Bengkulu City concerning Child-Friendly Cities regarding article 8 Number 3 concerning the fulfillment of family environmental rights and alternative care, that the City Government has provided facilities in every fulfillment for childcare. It can be concluded that: 1) The city government in providing facilities has been fulfilled, either in the form of complaints or assistance. 2) There is still a lack of a routine agenda and a lack of comprehensive socialization programs for the community. Suggestion, by improving and developing the program agenda as a whole in the form of comprehensive socialization to the community on children's rights in order to seek understanding, as well as public awareness about child protection and rights.

Abstract
