Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and communication styles on employee performance at the Gajahmada Graha Hotel in Malang. This type of research is the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of the Hotel Gajahmada Graha Malang as many as 56 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sampling technique, which is determining the number of samples from all population members, namely 56 employees. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Leadership style does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) Simultaneously together leadership and communication styles have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Human resource management is part of organizational management that focuses on the elements of human resources. The success of an organization in achieving organizational goals is determined by employee performance. The ability of employees to do the work for which they are responsible is a benchmark for achieving organizational goals. Employees in achieving organizational goals have responsibilities that must be completed by employees who are given the responsibility to complete them. Factors that also affect employee performance are the work environment, compensation and motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment, compensation and motivation. To determine the effect of the work environment on employee performance, to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance and to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Malang Regency. This type of research is quantitative. Then use probability sampling techniques. This study used a sample of 86 respondents taken from employees of the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) of Malang Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the work environment of compensation and motivation has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study to determine the effect of workload, work stress and compensation on employee turnover intention in JawaPos Radar Malang. The population used by researchers is permanent employees of JawaPos Radar Malang, amounting to 40 people with a sample of 40 people with a sampling technique that is saturated sample. Collecting data in the study using a questionnaire which was then analyzed using SPSS 16 analysis tools. The results of the analysis show and workload, work stress and compensation have a significant positive effect on employee turnover intention, workload has a positive effect on employee turnover intention, work stress has a significant positive effect on employee turnover intention, and compensation has a significant negative effect on employee turnover intention.

Abstract

Human resource management is the development of an integrated process in management consisting of planning, organizing, directing and supervising resources within the organization. The success of an organization is a very important factor that is in an organization or company, in this case human resources have an important role both individuals and groups, and human resources is one of the main movers in the smooth running of an organization's activities, back and forth of a organization is determined by human resources. This study uses quantitative with a sample of 100 employees in the Sugar Factory (PG) KebonAgung Malang, East Java. Measurement of variables using a Likert scale with a score scale of 1 to 5. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression statistical techniques. The results of the study together there is a significant influence between the variables of Leadership and Communication on Employee Performance and partially positive and significant leadership support on employee performance. This gives a good picture of leadership which will achieve high levels of performance, while the number of employees with poor leadership will also lower performance. The results showed a positive and significant communication variable on employee performance. This relates to the lack of communication, both horizontal communication and vertical communication will achieve low performance.

Abstract

This study to determine the Effect of Career Development on Employee Productivity through Motivation at PPPPTK in the Automotive and Electronics Sector in Malang. The method in this research is an explanatory research method using quantitative research type. Population in this research is the whole of the employees in PPPPTK in Automotive and Electronics Sector Malang with 96 employees, the type and nature of the population are heterogeneous and limited. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that career development variables affect employee productivity in PPPPTK BOE Malang, career development variables affect motivation in PPPPTK BOE Malang, and motivation as a mediating variable effectively mediates the effect of career development on employee productivity..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa besaran pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kabupaten Malang. Populasi di dalam penelitian ini yaitu 38 pegawai tetap. Sampel ditentukan berdasarkan teknik sampling jenuh dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Temuan dalam penelitian menghasilkan secara simultan kompetensi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki pengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Adapun hasil secara parsial didapatkan kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif segnifikan pada kinerja, motivasi pula memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan trhadap kinerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui apakah pengaruh kecerdasan spititual, kecerdasan emosional dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada para pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 50 responden pegawai. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda serta menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kecerdasan spititual dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP RRI Malangberpengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan.

Budi Karta. Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada para karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan sejumlah 40 responden pegawai PT. Budi Karta. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda serta menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3), Pelatihan dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Budi Karta berpengaruh positif signifikan dan secara parsial Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pelatihan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Budi Karta.

Abstract

This study examines the phenomena that arise in Human Resource Management. This study emphasizes the use of quantitative methods by involving 166 permanent employees in the Office of PERUMDA Tugu Tirta Malang City as research subjects. Proportional Random Sampling is used for sampling with Slovin formula. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to employees. The independent variable consists of succession planning and job training, while the dependent variable is employee performance tested using multiple linear regression analysis. From the hypothesis testing conducted, it was found that succession planning and job training have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Partially succession planning has a significant and positive effect on employee performance, job training has an important and positive impact on employee performance. Suggestions for further researchers other variables outside of this study should be more widely studied that can affect employee performance.

Abstract

Peneliti ini bertujuan agar memahami i peranan kualitas produk, Harga dan Promosi pada keputusan pembelian prodak Garnier di Kota Malang, Metode yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Jenis riset ekspalanatory research dengan sumber data primer. Riset ini memakai kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai ialah angket. Populasi pada riset ini yaitu konsumen Garnier di Kota Malang dengan jumlah sampel 160 reponden. Teknik analisis data dalam riset ini yaitu memakai regresi linear berganda. Temuan riset menunjukan secara bersama-sama kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Garnier oleh konsumen di Kota Malang. Kualitas produk, harga dan promosi berdampak positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Garnier oleh konsumen di Kota Malang.
