Abstract

Perubahan lahan memiliki dampak yang cukup luas bagi lingkungan baik secara fisik maupun sosial. Metode konvensional yang digunakan selama ini memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mengumpulkan data penggunaan lahan serta membutuhkan sumber daya yang cukup besar dalam pelaksanaannya. Aplikasi analisa perubahan penggunaan lahan merupakan suatu perangkat lunak pengolah data citra satelit Landsat untuk memudahkan dan mempercepat analisa perubahan penggunaan lahan, khususnya di Provinsi Bali. Perancangan aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan pemrogram berbasis desktop dengan data input berupa data citra satelit Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS. Penggunaan lahan diklasifikasikan secara terbimbing dengan metode Quadratic Discriminant Analysis (QDA) yang terbagi menjadi lima kelas, yaitu forest, scrub and grassland, barren land, building, dan nonclassified. Kata kunci: Penggunaan Lahan, Bali, Penginderaan Jauh, Landsat, QDA.

Abstract

Bukaloka is an application from Bali which is engaged in tourism regarding e-vouchers. The e-voucher service provided by Bukaloka allows users to easily buy and exchange e-vouchers without the need to print vouchers. The Bukaloka Marketplace application is not yet available for the mobile platform, so it does not facilitate access for mobile users. User Experience design is needed to facilitate application development, as well as user acceptance. The User Experience design method used is Five Planes so that the basic foundation that produces a prototype with a high fidelity level can be tested to resemble the final application. Testing the prototype using the User Acceptance Test Method with a Likert's Summated Rating. The result is that the Marketplace prototype gets a score of 815 which falls into the very good category range.

Abstract

The IT governance audit aims to determine the level of importance (maturity level) of a company or government agency. IT governance audit is essential because if governance is not implemented correctly, the harmony between IT is beneficial to support business processes, and standard procedures will not be achieved. One of the agencies that require the implementation of good IT governance is Office X in Badung Regency. Office X in Badung Regency has a function in developing ICT infrastructure through application development, public service content, and ICT networks to improve public services. Conditions that occur in the field are frequent errors caused by internal and external parties that negatively impact the data management of Office X. The audit process begins with observations in the agency environment related to activity data and implementation, then mapping with business goals according to COBIT 5, followed by mapping business goals with IT Goals to obtain IT processes. The obtained IT processes are then selected to obtain critical IT processes according to the Executive Office. The audit results show that four IT processes need to be given recommendations for improvement, namely MEA 01, EDM 01, APO 07, DSS02.

Abstract

Increasing tourist arrivals in Bali should be followed by the preparation of the supporting factors of tourism. One of taurism support in Bali is spreading out tourist attraction in all Bali’s regency.Wide diployment and many tourist attraction cause less equalization on maintenance and promotion. The idea of Geographic Information System Applications Tourist Visits obtained byless inequality in the development of tourism in Bali. Application design utilize Google Maps asmaps provider. In this application is also equipped with features forecasting tourist visits.Forecasting is done by using least square method by processing number of tourist visitshistory. Result of application design is a application which can give information in text andimage of tourist attraction in entire Bali’s regency shown by infoWindow in each marker on map.Forecasting feature in geographical mapping application tourist visit be used for forecast number of visits coming.

Abstract

Tingkat usability dapat mempengaruhi kemudahan penggunaan suatu aplikasi termasuk aplikasi mobile, sehingga penting untuk dilakukanya evaluasi. Aplikasi Simalu merupakan sebuah aplikasi lokal Bali yang bergerak dalam bidang kebersihan lingkungan. Simalu tergolong aplikasi baru karena dirilis pada awal bulan Januari tahun 2018 dan belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi usability sebelumnya. Evaluasi usability dilakukan untuk meningkatkan User Experience pengguna, sehingga aplikasi dapat diterima dan digunakan lebih mudah oleh pengguna. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi yaitu usability testing dengan teknik Retrospective Think Aloud dan Performance Measurement. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah aplikasi Simalu memiliki kualitas yang belum dapat dikatakan efektif, efisien dan memenuhi kepuasan pengguna, sehingga perbaikan desain juga dilakukan agar aplikasi lebih baik lagi untuk memenuhi harapan pengguna. Kata kunci: Aplikasi Simalu, Evaluasi Usability, User Experience, Usability Testing, Retrospective Think Aloud, Performance Measurement.

Abstract

DKI Jakarta merupakan daerah yang terkenal dengan bencana banjir pada musim hujan setiap tahun. Salah satu informasi mendasar yang dibutuhkan terkait bencana banjir adalah daerah tergenang banjir. Informasi genangan banjir digunakan untuk melakukan pemetaan dan perhitungan luas genangan, sehingga dapat diketahui daerah yang memiliki potensi banjir. Perhitungan informasi genangan banjir menjadi ide dasar dibentuknya penginderaan jauh pemrosesan data satelit Landsat 8 untuk deteksi genangan. Landsat 8 dimanfaatkan sebagai parameter utama dalam melakukan identifikasi genangan pada penelitian ini. Metode GSWIR (Green-Short Wave Infrared) diaplikasikan pada citra Landsat 8 menggunakan Band 3 (Green) dan Band 6 (SWIR). Metode GSWIR merupakan filter edge detection yang digunakan untuk memisahkan antara air dan non air. Hasil perhitungan metode GSWIR menunjukkan obyek permukaan mempunyai respon spektral dan luas yang bervariasi saat banjir (tergenang air) dan tidak banjir (tidak tergenang air). Metode GSWIR yang diaplikasikan membuktikan metode ini dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi genangan dengan memisahkan antara air (genangan) dan non air (tidak tergenang air) dikarenakan Band Green memiliki kegunaan untuk memperbesar nilai reflektan dari air, dan badan air memiliki daya serap lebih kuat pada band SWIR. Abstract

Pandemic circumstances caused approximately 37.000 small and medium-sized enterprises or also known as (MSMEs) faced a decline. Employing technology can assist these businesses in marketing and selling their products beyond local boundaries, extending their reach to the national level. User Interface and User Experience market application for Balinese custom products as well as providing services related to Balinese custom. The Balinese Traditional Products marketplace application can provide products related to Balinese customs such as Hindu religious infrastructure, Balinese snacks, taru premana event organizer services, traditional massage services and others. The user interface and user experience designed using the Design Thinking method which produces a high fidelity prototype that can be tested like the final application. User experience development can be done as well as possible because development focuses on user needs. Through prototype testing using the usability testing method, the test results using System Usability Scale method get a score of 88.375. Based on these scores the designed prototype is included in the acceptable category in the acceptance rating, category B in the class scale and in the adjective ranking is included in the very good category.

Abstract

KirimAja is a mobile-based goods delivery service application that is useful for helping people to send goods easily. This application has several features for sending goods, such as the Sameday Service, Nextday Service, Regular Service, Check Rates, and Check Receipts features. Usability problems in the KirimAja application were found based on observations and responses found in the "Google Play Store" and "App Store", namely in an unattractive appearance and display of error messages that were not well understood, therefore a usability evaluation and improvement of the user interface design are needed help the user when using the application. Evaluation and improvement of the user interface design in the KirimAja application uses the User Centered Design approach and the Heuristic Evaluation method, while testing user satisfaction with the KirimAja application uses the System Usability Scale method. The design improvements made resulted in increased results, namely by using the Heuristic Evaluation method to get scores on the H5 Error Prevention and H9 Help Users Recognize, Diagnoze, and Recover from Errors aspects from 2 to 0, while using the System Usability Scale method experienced an increase in the grade scale from D to A.

Abstract

Appearance is the main thing for women. An attractive appearance makes a person more confident. This shows that the demand for personal beautification services is still high, and is a promising beauty business opportunity. Apart from daily grooming, salon and cosmetology businesses are also in high demand at certain events such as graduations, weddings and dance events. In the pandemic era, most people are reluctant to leave the house to get treatment, they want something practical that can be ordered online. Based on this, a solution was created in the form of an online application so that people can order make-up and body care at home. In this application there will be three users, namely salon admin, customer and therapist staff. The test results using the black box method which were tested by 15 salon customers produced a percentage of 87.96%, which means the application is very suitable for development. The test results with usability testing show that the satisfaction indicator is the highest indicator.

Abstract

The design of the Electronic-Based Government System Architecture to develop basic framework related to integration between SPBE Architecture domains, such as Business Processes, Services, Applications, Data and Information, Infrastructure, and Security. The results showed the SPBE mapping produces 17 business processes, 44 services, 112 applications, 123 data and information. SPBE infrastructure mapping has several divisions, such as computing facilities, platforms, and system integration. SPBE security mapping has several parts, such as technical standards and security procedures, SPBE security implementation, and SPBE security feasibility. The SWOT analysis concludes the strengths are business processes, services, and SPBE applications are sufficient to support the performance of government administration services and public services. The incomplete data used to complete the infrastructure and security domains of SPBE is a weakness, opportunity, and threat. The opportunity is can provide a clear direction in the implementation of SPBE has the opportunity to increase the SPBE index value.
