Abstract

Self-efficacy is the belief that a person has to do his or her job well. Learning outcomes are the overall abilities obtained after carrying out the learning process at school and are expressed in the form of numbers or test scores. The purpose of the study was to determine the significant effect of selfefficacy on learning outcomes of aqidah morals of fourth grade students at MIT Al-Madinah Balong Ponorogo. MIT Al-Madinah Balong Ponorogo is a madrasa that has been developing since 2012. The learning process of moral aqidah at MIT Al-Madinah has a goal to create a generation that is intelligent, creative, independent and has good morals and science and technology insight. The results showed that the students' self-efficacy results were 64.15% in the medium category and the learning outcomes of aqidah morals were 49.06% in the good category. This research method is quantitative method with ex post facto approach and survey. The population used is all fourth grade students in the 2020/2021 academic year at MIT Al-Madinah Balong Ponorogo totaling 55 students. The sampling technique used is random sampling, which is how to take the entire sample in the population. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, to perform data analysis using SPSS version 17.0 program. Based on the results, it was concluded that there was no significant effect of self-efficacy on learning outcomes of aqidah morals for fourth grade students in the 2020/2021 academic year at MIT Al-Madinah Balong Ponorogo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of extracurricular public speaking activities on the communicative character of class IV-VI students of MI Darul Fikri. This type of research is quantitative research, test analysis, data collection methods using questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The total population of 133 students consists of 7 classrooms. The sample of this research was taken using the formula Slovin, which was obtained as many as 57 of the 133 students. Hypothesis testing includes 2 stages, namely the product-moment correlation test and simple linear regression test using the SPSS 20 application. The results of this study can be concluded that three is a significant effect of extracurricular public speaking activities on the communicative character of class IV-VI students of MI Darul Fikri Bringin Kauman Ponorogo. This is evidenced by the amount of 0.258 or 25.8% while 74.2% is influenced by other factors

Abstract

This study aims to find out the influence of the habit of shaking hands on the discipline of MI children. The object of research is a student of class III, IV V of which 140 children. Meanwhile, for the sampling technique using random sampling. In measuring the research variable, research first test the instrument, the validity test, and the reliability test. Meanwhile, in measuring the effect of both variables using the formula of correlation and simple linear regression using the SPSS 21. Based on the test result the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained a correlation value of 0,390, meanwhile the R square (R) value of 0,390. This means that the percentage of contribution to the effect of shaking hands on increasing children’s discipline has a quite good and significant influence

Abstract

The management of memorization the Qur'an at MI Al-Barokah Purwantoro is an activity carried out by a teacher. Before carrying out learning, the teacher prepares targets or determines memorization first. Al-Qur'an memorization management at MI Al-Barokah purwantoro includes planning and implementation of learning. This research was conducted with the aim to find out the Management of Quran Recitation Learning carried out by each teacher when it will teach memorization of the Qur'an and how the inhibiting factors and supporters. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods and the data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study can be concluded that the Management of Al-Qur'an Memorizing Learning at MI Al-Barokah Purwantoro is an activity carried out by the teacher by using targets or determining memorization of the Qur'an. The learning stage 1. Learning planning which includes: a. extracurricular program, b. rote determination. 2. Implementation of learning which includes: a. learning method, b. deposit system, c. memorization target, d. evaluation. In MI Al-Barokah Purwantoro determining the target of the hafala is one juz, namely juz 'amma, and the memorization process of the Koran by using several methods namely by writing method and also by repetition method, by reading verses then students imitating until memorizing then after memorizing then students are required to deposit the memorization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1.) To identify the planning of learning religious and moral values to form religious and independent characters in RA Integrated Al-Madinah Kec. Balong Kab. Ponorogo, 2.) To identify learning strategies of religious and moral values to form religious and independent characters in RA Integrated Al-Madinah Kec. Balong Kab. Ponorogo, 3.) To identify the evaluation of learning strategies of religious and moral values to form religious and independent characters in RA Integrated Al-Madinah Kec. Balong Kab. Ponorogo. The research method used by the type of field research with the data source is the speakers, seeing the events at the location, and doing documentation, data collection techniques with participant observation, interviews, and documentation. The results in this study are 1.) The teachers make learning plans in the form of semester programs, weekly programs and daily programs. 2.) Learning strategy for the head of RA to make policy by opening role classes and practical life, making report cards and giving examples to students. For teachers in making religious and independent character formation through habituation in learning. For parents to provide assistance to their children. 3.) Evaluation is carried out, namely conducting daily assessments, and making assessment reports and follow-up. One of the findings from the study shows that the involvement or participation of students in learning activities is influenced by the fforts of the teacher, the environment and habituation

Abstract

This study examines the role and about the lack of education in implementing an integrated learning in the attitude of values namely; matter (mutual, cooperative, tolerant, peaceful, and the importance of mutually cherish each other as citizens of Indonesia.  So much happening the case split either internally or fellow adherents of Islam to other faiths or externally, there is even an indication of students embraced the radical leftism. Then the researchers in terms of giving the title of the research "Implementation study Islamic studies perspekstifly Islam rahmatan lil'alamin (IRA): study of the cultivation of the values of Multicultural Education in SMA Negeri 1 Ponorogo. In this study used qualitative approaches to research methodology. The process of data collection done by interviewing teachers of Islamic education, teacher PPkn, and also the head of the school. The material results of the interview will be analyzed and the results of the analysis of the results of the findings gave rise to Islamic Concepts namely Rahmatan Lil'alamin, applied SMAN 1 Ponorogo refers to 2013 in which curriculum contains close to learning that is practiced and live, practise honest behavior, discipline, courtesy, caring (mutual, cooperative, tolerant, peaceful), responsible, respontif, and pro-actively interact effectively in accordance with the development of the children in the neighborhood, family, school, society and nature around the State, nation, region and International Education in the perspective of Islam Rahmatan lil alamin.

Abstract

Manajemen merupakan aspek yang urgen dalam lembaga pendidikan islam. Implementasi manajemen pendidikan Islam secara komprehensif akan mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Islam.Manajemen modern berbasis pesantren diterapkan oleh Pesantren Mahasiswa Al-Manar Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo sejak awal untuk menumbuhkan karakter relegius mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : untuk mengetahui manajemennPesantren MahasiswanAl-Manar UniversitasnMuhammadiyah Ponorogon dalam membentuk karakter religius mahasiswa, implementasi manajemen dalam membentuk karakter religius mahasiswa, faktor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen Pesantren dalam membentuk karakter religius mahasiswa.Hasil dari penelitian ini disimpulkan sebagai berikut : (1) Manajemen Pesantren Al-Manar melnggunakan manajemen modern dan manajemen berbasis penanaman nilai-nilaiIslam; (2) Implementasi manajemen dalam membentuk karakter religius dilakukan dengan melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan yang sudah terencana menggunakan pola clan/ kekeluargaan dengan cara pendekatan secara langsung dan pola terintegral. Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan pembinaan; (3) Faktor pendukung manajemen Pesantren Mahasiswa Al-Manar membentuk karakter religius mahasiswa diantaranya adalah kebijakan kampus, SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) yang cukup, adanya dukungan dari semua pihak, kegiatan mahasiswa terkontrol selama tinggal di pesantren, dan sistematika materi yang mendukung. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah sarana yang belum cukup atau kurang, dan waktu yang pendek.

Abstract

Menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan budaya religius di sekolah berarti mengembangkan nilai-nilai religius di sekolah sebagai pijakan nilai, semangat, sikap, dan perilaku bagi para aktor sekolah, guru dan tenaga kependidikan lainnya, orang tua murid, dan peserta didik itu sendiri. Pelaksanaan budaya religius di sekolah mempunyai landasan kokoh yang normatif religius maupun konstitusional sehingga tidak ada alasan bagi sekolah untuk mengelak dari usaha tersebut. Oleh karena itu, penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang diwujudkan dalam membangun budaya religius di berbagai jenjang pendidikan, patut untuk dilaksanakan. Kepala Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sailul Ulum Pagotan telah memiliki berbagai strategi dalam menumbuhakan budaya religius, sehingga madrasah memiliki banyak budaya religius. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam menumbuhkan budaya religius di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sailul Ulum, Pagotan Kabupaten Madiun. Dan mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat strategi Kepala Sekolah dalam menumbuhkan budaya religius. Kajian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan berbagai strategi kepala sekolah dalam menumbuhkan budaya religius meliputi strategi pembiasaan, strategi keteladanan, strategi kemitraan.
