Abstract

Mutu sekolah adalah tingkat keunggulan suatu sekolah dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang diharapkan dengan melibatkan penilaian terhadap komponen utama yaitu masukan, proses, keluaran dan hasil pendidikan. Motivasi kerja guru dan budaya sekolah merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu sekolah. Motivasi kerja guru adalah dorongan semangat guru untuk merencanakan, melaksanakan, mengevaluasi kegiatan pembelajaran, dan pembimbingan siswa di sekolah. Budaya sekolah adalah sekumpulan nilai, norma, tradisi dan kebiasaan yang dipraktikkan dalam perjalanan panjang suatu sekolah. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah? (2) apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah? (3) apakah ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara motivasi kerja guru dan budaya sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja guru terhadap mutu sekolah, (2) menganalisis pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap mutu sekolah, (3) menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja guru dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap mutu sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru dari 12 (dua belas) SMP Negeri di Wilayah Sukorejo Kabupaten Kendal yang berjumlah 224 guru dan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling sebanyak 144 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) motivasi kerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu sekolah sebesar 33,5% dengan persamaan regresinya Ŷ = 59,613 + 0,459 X1., (2) budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu sekolah sebesar 22,6% dengan persamaan regresinya Ŷ = 51,209 + 0,481 X2., (3) motivasi kerja guru dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya sekolah sebesar 36,6% dengan persamaan regresi ganda Ŷ = 42,220 + 0,362 X1+ 0,217 X2 sisanya 63,4% mutu sekolah dipengaruhi oleh selain kedua variabel tersebut. Saran dari hasil penelitian pada (1) Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan untuk memberikan motivasi dan pendampingan kepada guru agar memiliki semangat yang tinggi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, dan memberikan penguatan terhadap guru akan pentingnya motivasi tinggi dalam memberikan layanan pendidikan; (2) Kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan budaya positif sekolah, dan memastikan siswa merasa nyaman di sekolah sebagai bentuk kepuasan terhadap mutu sekolah; dan (3) Guru untuk meningkatkan motivasi diri, meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar, dan mendukung upaya pengembangan budaya sekolah.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism can be seen from the way the teacher manages the learning process from the planning, implementation and evaluation stages of learning. The aim of this research is to: 1) determine the magnitude of the influence of academic supervision on teacher professionalism, 2) determine the magnitude of the influence of teacher work motivation on teacher professionalism, and 3) determine the magnitude of the influence of academic supervision and teacher work motivation together on teacher professionalism. The research approach used is quantitative. This type of research uses associative research. The population of this study was 230 teachers and the research sample was 146 teachers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive data analysis, prerequisite tests which include normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, linearity tests and hypothesis tests including simple and multiple linear regression. The research results show that: (1) the correlation between academic supervision and teacher professionalism is 0.876. The influence of academic supervision on teacher professionalism is 76.8%, (2) The correlation between teacher work motivation and teacher professionalism is 0.956. The influence of teacher work motivation on teacher professionalism is 92.1%, (3) The correlation between academic supervision and teacher work motivation on teacher professionalism is 0.960. The influence of academic supervision and teacher work motivation on teacher professionalism is 0.921 or 92.1%. The conclusions of this research are 1) the influence of academic supervision on teacher professionalism is 76.8%. 2) the influence of teacher work motivation on teacher professionalism is 92.1%. 3) the influence of academic supervision and teacher work motivation on teacher professionalism is 92.1%. The author suggests that school principals provide guidance and direction to teachers, especially so that they can improve and develop learning, then teachers can also take part in training and seminars in order to increase competence, which in turn can increase teacher professionalism.

Abstract

Based on government policy regarding the driving school program, only 5 schools have implemented the program in Temanggung district. This prompted this research to be carried out at SMP Negeri 1 Tlogomulyo as one of the implementers of the 1st generation driving school program. The unique advantage of SMP Negeri 1 Tlogomulyo Temanggung is the enthusiasm of all school members in implementing every new policy, even though the school is in a sub-district area. With good communication by the school principal, he is able to convince the school community to take part in becoming agents of change in achieving educational goals. The aim of this research is to describe communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure in the implementation of driving school policies. Data collection through observation, interviews and documentation studies as supporting data. The data analysis process goes through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions/verification. To check the validity of the data, researchers used the triangulation method. The results of the research show that SMP Negeri 1 Tlogomulyo has actually implemented the policy and how to implement the policy of the driving school program within the independent learning framework which has been running for 3 years at SMP Negeri 1 Tlogomulyo Temanggung through five interventions: (a) Consultative and asymmetric assistance (b) Strengthening human resources (c) Learning with a new paradigm (d) Based planning, (e) Digitalization of schools.

Abstract

Pedagogical competency problems that are often encountered are teachers who are considered unable to manage learning optimally, design and implement learning, evaluate learning outcomes, and develop students' potential as well as difficulties in using learning technology. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between academic supervision and teacher pedagogical competence. The research approach used is quantitative research and uses descriptive analysis methods The sample for this research was 89 teachers selected by proportional random sampling at each school. Validity, reliability and regression requirements tests, single regression and multiple regression tests using the SPSS for Windows version 23 program. The results of the anova test of academic supervision on pedagogical competence obtained a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.05. Meanwhile, the Fcount value of 95.297 is greater than the Ftable value at a confidence level of 0.05, namely a value of 3.95 or 95.297 > 3.95. Based on these results, the hypothesis which states that there is a correlation between academic supervision and the pedagogical competence of kindergarten teachers in Bergas District, Semarang Regency is accepted. . The findings from research on academic supervision have a positive correlation and have a significant effect on teacher pedagogical competence, amounting to 52.3%, the remainder is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The background to this research problem is related to the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMA Negeri Sub Rayon Barat Batang Regency who are not good at understanding students in depth, designing learning, implementing learning, designing and carrying out learning evaluations, developing students' potential. The transformational leadership of school principals and the use of the independent teaching platform (PMM) have not been able to optimally improve teachers' pedagogic competence. Based on the explanation above, research was carried out on the influence of the principal's transformational leadership and the use of PMM on the pedagogic competence of teachers at the West Batang Sub Rayon State High School, Batang Regency.This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teachers' pedagogical competence, (2) the influence of the use of PMM on teachers' pedagogical competence, (3) the simultaneous influence of the principal's transformational leadership and the use of PMM on teachers' pedagogic competence.Population of 196 people, sample of 130 people. The instrument test used is the validity and reliability test. Test the classical assumptions/prerequisites using the normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis uses regression test, F test and t test.Based on the research results, it can be concluded as follows: (1) the principal's transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the pedagogic competence of teachers at Batang Sub Rayon State High School as proven by a Sig value of 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount 10.828 > ttable 1.979. The magnitude of the influence is 66.7%; (2) the use of the independent teaching platform (PMM) has a positive and significant effect on the pedagogic competence of teachers at West Batang Sub Rayon State High School as proven by the Sig value of 0.005 < 0.05 and tcount 7.738 > ttable 1.979. The magnitude of the influence is 51.9%; (3) the principal's transformational leadership and the use of PMM simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher pedagogic competence as proven by the Fcount value of 47.033 > Ftable 3.070 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The magnitude of the influence is 62.6%.The suggestions put forward by researchers are: (1) for school principals, be able to continue to improve their transformational leadership, especially the inspirational motivation dimension and encourage teachers to utilize PMM; (2) for teachers, they are able to increase their competence, especially developing the potential of students, one of which is by optimizing the use of PMM.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama penelitian ini adalah (1) adakah pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap Digitalisasi Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Paguyangan?, (2) adakah pengaruh positif motivasi kerja guru terhadap Digitalisasi Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Paguyangan?, (3) adakah pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap Digitalisasi Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Paguyangan?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja guru secara parsial maupun bersama- sama (simultan) terhadap Digitalisasi Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Paguyangan?. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah dan seluruh guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Paguyangan sebanyak 403 orang dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 200 orang dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Uji instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data meliputi analisis uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji hipotesis meliputi analisis regresi tunggal, regresi linier berganda yang terdiri uji t, Uji F(ANOVA). Hasil penelitian dan olah data dapat dijabarkan sebagai berikut: (1) Korelasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap digitalisasi pembelajaran di sekolah sebesar 0,974 pada kategori kuat dengan nilai R square 94,8% dengan persamaan regresinya Y = -2.506 + 1.269X1. (2) Korelasi Motivasi kerja guru terhadap digitalisasi pembelajaran di sekolah sebesar 0,339 termasuk kategori rendah dengan nilai R square sebesar 11,5 % dengan persamaan regresinya Ŷ = 61.604 + 0,310 X2. (3) Pengaruh simultan terhadap digitalisasi pembelajaran di sekolah sebesar 0,948 pada kategori sangat kuat dengan nilai R square 94,8% dengan persamaan regresinya Ŷ = -0.561 + 1.275X1 – 0.013X2. Abstract

Low digital literacy and teacher activity when carrying out the teaching and learning process can result in low student learning outcomes. Therefore, the issue of digital literacy and teacher activity in the learning process in schools must be given more attention so that the hope is that schools can provide evidence that teachers' professional competence is running smoothly. The formulation of the research problem is: 1) is there an influence of school teachers' digital literacy on teacher professional competence, 2) is there an influence of learning community activity on teacher professional competence, 3) is there an influence of teacher digital literacy and learning community activity on teacher professional competence.This research approach is quantitative which emphasizes analysis of numerical data (numbers) processed using statistical methods. Place: This research was conducted at an elementary school in Singorojo District, Kendal Regency. This research was carried out from March to Aprli 2024. The research sample used was a population of 113. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire. Data analysis includes descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and hypothesis test.The research results show that (1) there is an influence of digital literacy on teacher professional competence of 72.2%, (2) there is an influence of learning community activity on teacher professional competence of 44.8%, (3) there is an influence of teacher digital literacy and community activity learning together on teacher professional competence was 77.8%.The conclusion is that there is an influence of teacher digital literacy and learning community activity on the professional competence of teachers in elementary schools in Singorojo District, Kendal Regency. Research suggestions so that school principals can support learning community activities and teacher digital literacy.

Abstract

Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah: (1) adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kreativitas guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal?, (2) adakah pengaruh komitmen guru terhadap kreativitas guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal?, (3) adakah pengaruh budaya sekolah sekolah terhadap kreativitas guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal?, (4) adakah pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komitmen guru, dan budaya sekolah terhadap kreativitas guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal? Populasi penelitian ini 258 guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Patean Kabupaten Kendal. Sampel 106 guru diambil secara proporsionale random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data untuk uji validitas, uji reliebilitas, uji persyaratan dan uji hipotesis menggunakan program SPSS for Windows 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh kepemimpnan kepala sekolah terhadap kreativitas guru sebesar 47,6% dengan kontribusi tertinggi dari dimensi memiliki kepribadian yang kuat dan kontribusinya paling rendah adalah pada dimensi memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi. (2) ada pengaruh komitmen guru terhadap kreativitas guru sebesar 47,8% dengan kontribusi tertinggi dari dimensi mengutamakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dan kontribusinya paling rendah adalah pada dimensi memunculkan inspirasi dalam meningkatkan prestasi sekolah. (3) ada pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap kreativitas guru sebesar 38,4% dengan kontribusi tertinggi dari kontribusi adalah dimensi memelihara tradisi dan memberikan dukungan yang nyata dan kontribusinya paling rendah yaitu dimensi menjangkau pengetahuan, penghargaan dan pengakuan (4) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, komitmen guru, dan budaya sekolah, secara bersama-sama terhadap kreativitas guru sebesar 57,3%, dengan kontribusi tertinggi dari variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kontribusi terendah dari variabel budaya sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan agar: (1) guru mengikuti rapat dinas yang diadakan oleh sekolah. (2) kepala sekolah memberikan arahan-arahan kepada guru agar tumbuh kreatifitas untuk kemajuan sekolah. (3) koordinator wilayah kecamatan bidang pendidikan memberikan pembinaan dan arahan kepada kepala sekolah dan guru agar berbagi informasi atau kerjasama dalam berbagai bidang kegiatan sekolah. Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze the Independent Curriculum in MI Taufiqiyah, especially related to P5PPRA, with a focus on planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The research questions include the process of planning, organizing, and implementing the integration of Pancasila and Rahmatan Lil Alamin values, as well as the supervision mechanism of the Independent Curriculum. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, including interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis includes collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show progress in the management of the Independent Curriculum for P5PPRA at MI Taufiqiyah. At the planning stage, intensive socialization is carried out to prepare teachers. At the organizing stage, infrastructure evaluation and improvement of teacher competence through collaboration with the Central Java Religious Education and Training Center were carried out, as well as the formation of a team of facilitators for daily activities and cooperation with the Agriculture Office for the urban farming program. The implementation of P5PPRA as planned involves practical activities, despite facing challenges in knowledge. Supervision shows obstacles in processing and reporting the results of student character assessments, with the need to increase the involvement of the Ministry of Religion of Semarang City. MI Taufiqiyah shows a strong commitment to developing students' character through continuous evaluation and active stakeholder engagement.

Abstract

The formulation of this problem is 1) What is the role of the principal as a manager in increasing teacher competency at PL Bernardus Kindergarten, 2) What is the role of the principal as supervisor in increasing teacher competency at PL Bernardus Kindergarten. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. instrument. The instrument used in this research was an interview with informant principal, deputy principal, representatives of all teachers related to the role of Principal. Data analysis includes interview transcripts, data reduction, analysis, data interpretation and triangulation. Research results 1) The role of the principal as a manager in improving teacher competency at PL Bernardus Kindergarten Semarang. These include a) Planning (in the form of school coordination, planning time for program implementation, mapping teacher needs and problems, planning facilities and budget costs, b) Organizing (in the form of: grouping teachers according to tasks, dividing tasks according to work programs, organizing aspects of facilities equipment, dividing the budget based on needs and dividing the budget based on the principles of justice and transparency, c) Implementation (in the form of activating the school Learning Community, organizing and participating in In House Training (IHT), participating in PAUD Cluster activities, taking part in webinars, and writing scientific papers. and d) Supervision (internal supervision carried out by school principals and supervisors). 2) The role of the principal as a supervisor in increasing teacher competency at PL Bernardus Kindergarten Semarang. These include a) Supervision planning (includes: forming a supervisory team, making a supervision schedule, preparing supervision instruments, identifying problems, carrying out evaluations. b) Implementing supervision (first, pre-observation, then observation through class visits, assessment, providing guidance and direction ), and c) Follow-up (including direct coaching and indirect coaching).
