Abstract

Ramayana Bali Mall is a retail company located on Jln. Diponegoro No. 103 West Denpasar. Being in this era of sophisticated technology has made many people take the initiative to do retail business both online and offline. This shows that there is very tight competition. Therefore, Ramayana Bali Mall improves employee performance, one aspect of which is good service and providing comfortable facilities to customers. In this research, the researcher used a survey method and collected data using a questionnaire and made it in the form of a statement. The research subjects in this study were Ramayana Bali Mall customers who visited the shop directly. The author's aim in conducting this research is to find out how employees perform and their influence on customer satisfaction at Ramayana Bali Mall. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the influence of employee performance has a very positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This shows that the better the performance of Ramayana Bali Mall employees, the more customer satisfaction will increase.

Abstract

PT. Ramayana Bali mall is a retail company         engaged in the department store which has many branches in Indonesia. In addition to department stores that sell clothing products such as clothes,  Ramayana also has a supermarket or supermarket that sells daily food neds this study aims to mall complies with financial accounting standards. The type of research used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses interviews and documentation of the parties responsible for recording consignment accounting.  Based on the application of consignment accounting based on financial accounting standards, it can be concluded that PT. Ramayana Bali Mall hos not fully implemented consignment sales recording repots based on financial accounting standards in the income statement. We recommend that you record the sales of the consignment based of financial accounting standards, namely recording with a separate method to make it easier to calculate the profit obtained from the sale of the consigment

Abstract

Desa Kesiman sebagai salah satu wilayah di Kota Denpasar memulai melakukan terobosan dengan dikembangkannya seni kerajinan tenun endek dengan motif unik sebagai trand mark Kota Denpasar. Di dalam perjalanannya, seni tenun endek di Desa Kesiman mengalami pasang surut terutama sekali terhadap masalah kurangnya tenaga kerja penenun yang memadai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasar, masih minimnya pengetahuan tentang teknik tenun yang baik dan benar termasuk didalamnya adalah teknik pewarnaan, serta belum tersosialisainya seni kerajinan tenun endek diluar kelompok. Didasarkan atas pertimbangan tersebut, maka upaya strategis melalui kegiatan PKM dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi pemecahannya. Optimalisasi produk endek sebagai langkah penguatan budaya yang memiliki multiplier effect ke berbagai aspek kehidupan baik aspek sosial, aspek budaya, maupun aspek ekonomi. Optimalisasi produk tenun tentunya tidak lepas dari berbagai permasalahan yang ada, salah satunya ialah masalah pemasaran. Penerapan strategi marketing mix diharapkan mampu menjadi problem solver atas permasalahan yang ada. Dalam pengabdian ini menggunakan Metodologi Asset Based Community-driven Development yakni sebuah pendekatan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai upaya yang sangat menekankan pada kemandirian masyarakat dan terbangunnya suatu tatanan serta pengakuan atas potensi aset yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat itu sendiri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa optimalisasi produk endek khas Kota Denpasar melalui metode marketing mix
