Abstract

Gardner explains that intelligence is some of the abilities that a person possesses, which will not all be equal to the abilities others have, because they are of many types, Gardner calls them multiple intelligences. The development of learning strategy is intended to provide an alternative paradigm in order to prepare PAUD/TK/RA teachers who have special skills in early childhood education. Therefore, further research on the effectiveness of early childhood learning strategies based on multiple intelligences was developed to improve the competence of RA teachers. The research method used experiments, involving 116 RA teachers in Pemalang district. Data analysis used statistical analysis of Paired Sample T-Test, which aims to find out the effectiveness of AUD based learning strategy based on multiple intelligence in improving the competence of PAUD/TK/RA teachers. The results showed the significance of paired sample t-test of 0.000 (<0.05) with a t value of 9.555. Thus, the results of the analysis show that statistically, the effectiveness of early childhood learning strategies based on mulitple intelligence in improving the competence of RA teachers is tested. Keywords: Learning Strategy Multiple Intelligence, Teacher Competence

Abstract

Setiap individu dalam masyarakat merupakan potensi yang harus dikembangkan untuk mendukung dan melancarkan kegiatan pembangunan dalam masyarakat tersebut. Manusia sebagai individu, sebagaimana kodratnya memiliki sifat baik maupun buruk.  Sifat-sifat yang kurang baik inilah perlu dibina dan dirubah sehingga melahirkan sifat-sifat yang baik lalu dibina dan dikembangkan. Proses perubahan dan pembinaan tersebut disebut dengan pendidikan. Ayat yang berkaitan dengan  reformasi  pendidikan adalah  QS.  Al-Anfal  : 53  dan  QS.  Ar-Ra’du: 11. Reformasi pendidikan merupakan sebuah keniscayaan yang harus dilakukan untuk merubah suatu keadaan pendidikan ke arah yang lebih baik. Konstruksi reformasi pendidikan terbangun atas 4 aspek fundamental, yaitu: konten pendidikan, pelaku pendidikan, pola pembelajaran, dan arah kebijakan pendidikan.

Abstract

This study reviews implementation of SK Walikota Pekalongan on PAI Model State Public School (Study in SDN Panjang Wetan 02 Pekalongan)", with a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was motivated by the learning process is distinctively its own SDN Panjang Wetan 02 Pekalongan as a model school PAI. The learning process as it was interesting, because it rarely exists in every elementary school state schools. There are four reasons the learning model that is ideal reasons, constitutional, structural, and cultural. Learning practices at SDN Panjang Wetan 02 Pekalongan as the implementation of SK Walikota is: reading the Qur’an /Qiroati starting at 06:30, followed invocation wirdu ash-shabaah, learning of course materials by integrating the values aqidah-  akhlaq, utilizing the first break time for sholat dhuha  for a particular class, sholat berjamaah in congregation, and development / TPQ deepening of PAI in school before returning home, and it all ends with a prayer.
