Abstract

Reksa Bumi. Pengelolaan kualitas air meliputi penggantian atau pengukuran air, penyiponan, pemberian probiotik. Pengelolaan kualitas air sudah baik. Hasilnya adalah DO (3.0-4.5 ppm), salinitas (23-28 ppt), alkalinitas (90-136 ppm), TOM (97.5 – 186.3 ppm), NH4 (0.1 – 7 mg/l), NO2 (0.1 – 20 ppm), TVC (4,4x103 – 2,4x104CFU). This research was conducted to determine the effect of water quality test results on the health of vanamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vanamei) at CV. Reksa Bumi. The management of water quality includes changing or measuring water, siphoning, application of probiotics. Managements of water quality are good. The results are DO (3.0-4.5 ppm), salinity (23-28 ppt), alkalinity (90-136 ppm), TOM (97.5 – 186.3 ppm), NH4 (0.1 – 7 mg/l), NO2 (0.1 – 20 ppm), TVC (4.4x103 – 2.4x104). The result study was taken of the yields in 1 cycle of shrimp farming from 2 ponds (E5 pond and E7 pond). The E5 pond in DOC 67, had shrimp harvest (4,175.50 kg), size 57, SR 48.25% and E7 pond in DOC 78, had shrimp harvest (4,254 kg), size 87, SR 93%. Shrimp health monitoring includes checking for hepatopancreas and necrosis. The wrinkle examination of hepatopancreas was not good with a percentage of 45% -70%, while the results of necrosis in the hepatopancreas organs, gills, tail, swimming legs was found mild necrosis from E7 pond at DOC 72. It was becaused by pathogenic agent. The pathogenics agent was causing WFD (White Feces Disease) and IMNV (Invectious Myonecrosis Virus) so that the shrimp hepatopancreas was damaged. Shrimp growth monitoring includes ADG and ABW in shrimp. The E5 pond had ADG final values (0.46 grams/day) and ABW (15.47 grams), while the E7 pond had ADG final values (0.05 grams/day) and ABW (10.82 grams).
