<![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using a descriptive research design and methods to describe the quality of life of elderly people with rheumatoid arthritis. Sampling in research using purposive sampling technique. Determining the number of samples in this study using the Slovin formula. The results of the research and discussion that the researchers conducted showed that 1) The majority of respondents with RA at the Karangrayung 2 Health Center were aged 46-55 years, were female, had elementary school education, and the majority worked as farmers. 2) The majority of respondents have a good quality of life. Keywords: Quality of Life, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Elderly. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup pada penderita rheumatoid arthritis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif dan metode untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup lansia penderita rheumatoid arthritis. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang peneliti lakukan menunjukkan bahwa 1) Mayoritas Responden penderita RA di puskesmas Karangrayung 2 adalah berusia 46-55 tahun,berjenis kelamin perempuan,berpendidikan SD,dan mayoritas bekerja sebagai petani. 2) Mayoritas Responden memiliki kualitas hidup baik.
