Abstract

Village tourism potential is a resource or asset owned by a village and can be utilised as an attractive tourist attraction. Some aspects that usually become the potential of village tourism consist of: Aspects of nature, culture, history, and human resources that have an important role in how much success the programme will have. The utilisation of communication media technology in the millennial era has been used by the community, especially by people in the village, especially on social media such as Youtube, Instagram, TikTok. The research to be carried out will study the process of how the role of Karang Taruna Desa Lengkong Kulon utilises this media as part of promotion, one of which is through improving the audio-visual aspect using the CapCut application. CapCut is a video editing application available for iOS and Android devices. The method used in the research uses mixed methods with socialisation and training methods, so as to be able to play a key role in increasing the tourism potential in Lengkong Village, namely the tomb area of the national hero Raden Aria Wangsakara, where the figure has a very strong influence on the people of Banten, especially the Tangerang area. In addition to this tourism potential, socialisation and training can find the development of other tourism areas through promotional activities using audio visuals that are attractive and do not require relatively long time and space of professional editors in general.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji berbagai faktor pendorong belanja online dan pengaruhnya terhadap niat perilaku konsumen pengguna e-commerce Shopee di Indonesia dan juga menguji Cash on Delivery (COD) sebagai moderasi untuk meningkatkan niat perilaku konsumen berbelanja online. Pendorong belanja online diidentifikasi berdasarkan model UTAUT2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendorong belanja online memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap cash on delivery (COD) dan niat perilaku konsumen. Sedangkan cash on delivery (COD) memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap niat perilaku konsumen, serta tidak ada pengaruh moderasi yang berarti antara hubungan pendorong belanja online terhadap niat perilaku konsumen melalui cash on delivery (COD) sebagai variabel moderasi.

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) are a category of businesses that operate on a smaller scale compared to large enterprises. Tamansari Village, located in Bogor Regency, is known as an area with a good level of MSME development and is able to compete through the products produced. However, from its development, there are still shortcomings that must be continuously improved and strengthened, especially in the visual of its products. The presence of digital transformation has become an actor of change and has a significant impact on MSME players, one of which encourages them to continue to be creative, especially from the visual aspects of the products produced and used in e-catalogs. The use of e-catalogs has become an important tool for MSMEs to adapt to the digital economy, giving them the tools to compete more effectively and maximize their growth potential. The method used in the research uses a mixed method with socialization and training methods, so that it is expected to be a key role in increasing the level of trust (Brand Awareness), especially in terms of the use of e-catalogs in the marketplace.

Abstract

Digitalization technology has brought significant changes to people's lives. Environmental communication in the current era is present due to the emerging concerns regarding environmental damage and climate change that are increasingly evident worldwide. The Ciliwung watershed, which stretches long and passes through major cities in Indonesia, is, in fact, currently in a condition where its environmental ecosystem is increasingly crowded with piles of garbage, landfills, and wastewater pollution from irresponsible industries. The presence of the Instagram platform as a medium for environmental communication provides a significant opportunity for communities or organizations to continue campaigning on environmental issues, such as the Ciliwung Depok Community (CDC). The research conducted by the researcher aims to analyze and find forms of environmental communication as part of the CDC's efforts to deal with the preservation of river ecosystems through the Instagram platform. The research used a qualitative method with data collection conducted using virtual observation techniques and semi-structured interviews with several influential figures in the community and society. Data analysis in this study uses the Miles and Huberman, an interactive technique; the data will later be validated using source triangulation. The results show that CDC is able to become a community that conveys messages of conservation and education of the Ciliwung River ecosystem to its audience utilizing the Instagram Social Media platform. Communicating using Instagram allows users (CDC) to continue to represent community identity, communicate, collaborate, and interact with users so as to build social ties online. Thus, as a digital communication platform, Instagram is a very important tool in environmental conservation and sustainable development efforts, especially in the Ciliwung River ecosystem.

Abstract

Typically, film companies produce films that are ready for distribution to cinemas. Film work is the result of collective work. Starting from the involvement of producers, directors, screenwriters, cameramen, and editors, to artistic stylists (production team) through pre-production, production, and post-production processes. Although it is not uncommon to find that film works are not single and sterile works of replication or imitation, which refer to patterns and systems - including film production management and its entities - that have been previously established as a cultural industry. For this reason, the author uses the concept of Meme initiated by Richard Dawkins and synthesized with Pierre Bourdieu's sociological concept, namely: (Habitus x Capital) + Domain = Practice, as well as the cultural industry. The cause of film workers imitating previous works is the rationale for researching the film industry, especially in Indonesia. This research aims to prove that the phenomenon of memetics and habitus seneas occurs in the film industry in various countries, both developed and developing countries. To achieve this goal, the method applied in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. Data is obtained from documentation in the form of film works, especially the film Gundala, which involves the production team. The results of the analysis show that there are memetics and habitus of filmmakers in the film industry. This can be found in a number of production houses that carry out the practice, including Jagad BumiLangit, Falcon Pictures, and Screenplay. Almost every film work is imitative. The implications of this imitation can also be found in several cases of imitation of film works; in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Japan, Europe, and America. To cite this article (7th APA style): Hadibroto, J. Abstract

Abstract

Kehadiran media baru menjadikan penggunanya dapat sesuka hati memberikan komentar mereka pada seseorang atau unggahan mengingat mereka tidak harus bertatap muka untuk melakukannya. Hal ini pun menjadikan pelecehan seksual mengambil bentuk baru yakni pelecehan seksual secara virtual atau melalui verbal. Salah satunya seperti kasus pelecehan seksual oleh Elliot Gindi selaku salah satu voice actor pada game online Genshin Impact yang mendatangkan banyak pandangan dari komunitas Game RS salah satunya pengikut base account @babufess pada Twitter. Banyak dari mereka yang berkomunikasi untuk memberikan tanggapan mereka melalui media sosial Twitter tentang pelecehan seksual tersebut. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ialah bagaimana interaktivitas pengikut base Twitter @babufess pada perlakuan pelecehan seksual yang dilakukan oleh Elliot Gindi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui interaktivitas seperti apa yang diberikan pengikut base account @babufess dalam unggahan terkait pelecehan seksual yang dilakukan oleh Elliot Gindi. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma post-positivisme dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun unit analisis adalah teks dari individu yang mengikuti base account @babufess. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu 10 sampel. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan melaksanakan studi dokumentasi secara virtual kepada teks dari pengikut base account @babufess khususnya tanggapan mereka terhadap unggahan yang membahas mengenai pelecehan seksual oleh Elliot Gindi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan studi dokumentasi untuk mendukung keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh interaksi yang terjadi antar pengikut base account @babufess berbentuk user to user interaction dan cenderung menyudutkan pelaku. Temuan lainnya mengungkapkan bahwa pihak resmi dari game online Genshin Impact telah menemukan voice actor baru untuk menggantikan Elliot Gindi yang dapat meminimalisir terjadinya tindakan yang tidak baik di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Popularitas game online, khususnya Valorant, terus meningkat di kalangan anak muda Indonesia dan telah menjadi bagian integral dari budaya hiburan digital. Memahami dinamika komunikasi virtual dalam permainan ini sangat penting, karena efektivitas komunikasi dapat secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja tim dan hasil pertandingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penggunaan fitur komunikasi dalam kerangka Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC) dan untuk memahami peran komunikasi virtual dalam penyusunan strategi di Valorant. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang didasarkan paradigma konstruktivisme dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara sebagai pencarian dan pengumpulan data dan validasi data menggunakan metode keabsahan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi tambahan seperti Discord memainkan peran signifikan dalam strategi tim. Voice chat adalah alat komunikasi utama yang digunakan, meskipun tidak selalu sepenuhnya efektif, sering menghadapi kendala seperti kesalahan komunikasi (misscom) dan gangguan (noise) yang dapat mempengaruhi pemahaman dan koordinasi tim. Kesalahan komunikasi terjadi ketika pesan tidak tersampaikan dengan jelas atau ditafsirkan salah, sementara gangguan dapat berasal dari masalah teknis atau latar belakang yang mengganggu kualitas suara. Meskipun tantangan ini ada, voice chat tetap menjadi alat komunikasi yang utama digunakan walau tidak sepenuhnya efektif dalam menaungi komunikasi virtual untuk mencapai koordinasi yang optimal, setiap anggota tim diberikan ruang bagi setiap anggota tim untuk berkontribusi secara maksimal dan tiap anggota tim memiliki hak yang sama untuk berbicara, memastikan bahwa semua suara didengar dan berperan.
