Abstract

This study aims to analyze the non-aeronautical business strategy of PT Angkasa Pura I at Syamsudin Noor Airport in Banjarmasin obtained from the identification of internal factor conditions (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) and find the formulation of a non-aeronautical business strategy at PT Angkasa Pura I Airport Syamsudin Noor Banjarmasin. Identification of internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) was obtained by researchers from the results of in-depth interviews with credible and experienced informants. Apart from that, external analysis was also obtained from PESTLE analysis on the non-aeronautical business environment. The research results from the identification and analysis of internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) were processed with the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) matrix and the External Factor Evaluation (EFE) matrix. The formulation of the results of the IFE and EFE matrices is obtained from the results of the SWOT matrix. Finally, after processing the data through these matrices, we found a way to find out the right business strategy for the non-aeronautical business of PT Angkasa Pura I Syamsudin Noor Airport in Banjarmasin with the SPACE Strategy which interprets the company's position to be in the Cartesian coordinate quadrant. Abstract

The millennial generation tends to feel more comfortable at work if companies do not apply additional working hours that exceed the time they are supposed to work in a day. Applying flexibility at work can have a positive impact on mental health because employee stress levels can be reduced (Lewis & Humbert, 2010). In Indonesia, the application of a flexible working arrangement system is widely used by large companies, one of which is PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Telkom Indonesia has a definition of Flexible Working Arrangement or FWA, which is how employees work according to the needs and type of work being done. The purpose of enacting the Flexible Working Arrangement (FWA) regulations is to increase employee engagement and productivity, provide space for employees to achieve a work life balance, and strengthen employer branding so that they are able to attract and retain the best potentials needed by the company. The results of the study prove that Flexible Working Arrangements have been properly implemented at Telkom Regional VI Kalimantan, and are running effectively by fulfilling the following elements: Understanding FWA Principles, Supporting Facilities (internet access, online meeting channel, and others), Company Regulations, Commitments and Responsibilities (sharing information, knowledge, etc.), Having the same work goals that lead to agreements, Good Communication Ethics, Jobs that are able to be carried out online and do not require physical meeting

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of Teman Indobara's Hauling Management System (SMH) within the framework of Community Development and Empowerment (PPM) at PT XYZ. This research uses a qualitative approach with a research focus on identifying and analyzing factors that affect the effectiveness and efficiency of Teman Indobara's SMH in 3 components, namely related to production achievement, fuel consumption, and coal cargo loss at PT XYZ. The research data was collected through the process of interviews, surveys, observations, documentation studies of primary and secondary data of PT XYZ, and analyzed using the Creswell (2014) model. The results showed that after the use of SMH Teman Indobara, there was an increase in the quality of supervision from the operational, safety, and security aspects of coal coal hauling process from the mine ROM area to the port. In addition, it also has a positive impact on the community around the mine within the framework of PT XYZ's PPM in the real economy sector. So that with the implementation of SMH from 2021 to 2023, it can be seen that there is an increase in coal hauling achievements by 62%, fuel ratio efficiency of 0.004 liters per ton per kilometer, and can be known earlier the indications of coal cargo loss (theft). The coal hauling achievement provides benefits for BUMDES hauling partners for increasing revenue of 109%.

Abstract

Abstract: The research method used is a qualitative approach, which allows the researcher to gain an in-depth understanding of the safety culture and the dynamics of change in the mining operational environment. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews and document analysis. The key informants in this study were internal company sources, including the Operation Director, Head of Mining Engineering, and Technical Service Division Head. The research findings show that by using the ADKAR approach (Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, Reinforcement) in change management, PT ABC can improve their safety maturity level. Data analysis was conducted through theorybased thematic analysis, which helps maintain consistency between the theoretical framework of ADKAR and the data analysis performed. The study also provides practical recommendations that can be applied by the company to enhance their safety practices and change management. The research found that at PT ABC, safety awareness is high at the managerial level but not uniform across the organization, with the desire to change hindered by perceived workload. Safety knowledge exists, but implementation is weak, and reinforcement through rewards is inconsistent. The proposed strategies include raising awareness, providing incentives for change, practical training, intensive guidance, and continuous reinforcement
