Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja secara simultan posifif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor daerah kabupaten polewali mandar. Jenis penelitian mengunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner. Dengan jumlah yang sampel 76 responden. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan olah data SPSS untuk membuktikan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini telah dibuktikan pada variable Gaya kepemimpinan (XI) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Motivasi kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, Motivasi kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan dan Motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor daerah kabupaten polewali mandar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction factors both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the office of PT Permata Finance Indonesia Makassar Branch, and to determine which job satisfaction factors have a greater influence on employee performance. The independent variable in this study is the job satisfaction factor which consists of the work itself, colleagues, rewards, and supervision, and the dependent variable is employee performance. The sample in this study were 31 respondents. This research is a quantitative study and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the data processing tool IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that 1) The job satisfaction factor which consists of the work variable itself does not have a significant effect on employee performance, while the other three factors which consist of co-worker variables, rewards and supervision have a significant effect on employee performance. 2) Simultaneously the four independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance. 3) Reward is a factor of job satisfaction that has a greater influence on employee performance at the PT Permata Finance Indonesia Makassar Branch office.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan pada Sub Sektor Farmasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022. Indikator yang digunakan untuk mengukur Struktur Modal adalah Debt to Assets Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio, sedangkan Profitabilitas menggunakan rasio Net Profit Margin. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 10 perusahaan Sub Sektor Farmasi yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara variabel Struktur Modal dengan indikator DAR maupun DER terhadap Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan NPM. Uji t menghasilkan nilai thitung DAR sebesar -4,348 dan nilai thitung DER sebesar -4,169 serta nilai ttabel 2,011 dengan masing-masing nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000. Secara simultan Struktur Modal yang diukur dengan DAR dan DER memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap NPM, ditunjukkan oleh nilai Fhitung 57,712 dan Ftabel 4,04 serta nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational behavior on functional performance in financial management, human resources, and marketing. Organizational behavior encompasses aspects such as motivation, leadership, communication, and job satisfaction that can affect functional performance in various management fields. The research method used is literature study and descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that organizational behavior has a significant influence on functional performance in financial management, human resources, and marketing. The implications of this research emphasize the importance for organizations to pay attention to and enhance organizational behavior in order to achieve optimal functional performance.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to analyze the human resource empowerment strategies used by PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk and their impact on work productivity. Data was collected through interviews with company management, employees, and industry experts competent in this field. This research employs a qualitative approach and utilizes data collection techniques such as observation and literature study. The results of the study indicate that PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk has implemented various effective human resource empowerment strategies. Telkom has implemented several programs aimed at improving work productivity. These include providing career development opportunities, employee training and development, rewards and incentives for employees, as well as conducting performance appraisals. The implementation of these human resource empowerment strategies has had a positive impact on work productivity at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk. The research concludes that effective human resource empowerment strategies can help improve company work productivity. The findings of this study can provide insights and recommendations for other companies seeking to enhance work productivity through human resource empowerment.
