Abstract

Background: Nosocomial infection is a cross-infection in nurses or patients during hospital treatment. One of the factors that can prevent nosocomial infections is health workers' compliance in carrying out 6 (six) hand washing steps. This literature review aims to determine the relationship between the compliance of health workers washing hands and the incidence of nosocomial infections in hospitals. Methods: The method used in this article is a literature review using the PRISMA Approach. Journal databases from Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar in the  2019-2023 time frame. Keywords "Handwashing," "Five Moments," and "Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIS)" from the identification results based on inclusion criteria and eligibility review obtained ten articles for review. Results: The literature review study found that adherence to five moments of hand washing significantly affected the prevention of nosocomial infections. Conclusion: It is expected that all health personnel who provide health services to patients with complete self-awareness are disciplined to carry out five moments of hand washing.

Abstract

Background: Strokes are A disease caused narrowing of the vessels blood to the brain, which can obstruct Genre blood and also oxygen to the brain, and also can stop. Objective from the literature review This is For now influence motor imagery (MI) intervention and therapy holding a rubber ball to rehabilitation and improvement strength motor skills in stroke patients .Methods: Article methodology This is a literature review that searched the following databases: Science Direct, PubMed, and Google Scholar for articles published between 2019 and 2024 that dealt with the following topics: motor imagery (MI), therapy involving a rubber ball, rehabilitation after a stroke, motor strength, and stroke.   Results: From the results of identification based on inclusion criteria and review of eligibility, 10 articles were obtained for review . Studies literature review obtained results that There is influence motor imagery (MI) intervention and therapy holding a rubber ball to rehabilitation and improvement strength motor skills in stroke patients . Conclusion: The Motor Imagery (MI) Intervention and Rubber Ball Grafting Therapy may be recommended for patients who have muscle strength problems in stroke patients in rehabilitation centers.

Abstract

Background: Many types of stress psychology at hand on the patient before the operation Because every operation has different stressors, such as: Anxiety, fear or worries about the perception of the patient's operation. One of the intervention For lower anxiety and increased quality Sleep preoperative patients is with give spiritual support (audio visual) in the form of murotal Qur'an for religious patients Islam and singing spiritual for religious patients Christian . Objective from this literature review is For know exists the influence of spiritual support on level anxiety and quality Sleep preoperative patients . Methods: Method used in article This that is PRISMA Approach-literature review with using a journal database from science direct , pubmed , and google scholar in range time 2019-2023 with the keywords spiritual support , anxiety and quality Sleep . Results: From the identification results based on inclusion criteria and eligibility review, ten articles were obtained for review. Studies literature review obtained results that There is influence significant anxiety and quality sleep in patients who get spiritual support with those who don't get spiritual support. Conclusion: Spiritual Support may be recommended in the preoperative process in the hospital to reduce anxiety

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a disease that can cause anxiety for sufferers, this is because the disease is the main factor in the occurrence of other diseases such as stroke, this must be treated immediately by doing a combination of non-pharmacological and pharmacological treatment to reduce symptoms and complications that may occur. The purpose  of this literature review is to determine the effectiveness of warm water foot soak therapy and the administration of rose aroma therapy on reducing blood pressure and anxiety in hypertensive patients Methods: The method used PRISMA Approach for this article is literature review using a journal database  from Google Scholar in the period of  2018-2023 with search keywords namely "soak the feet of warm water of hypertensive patients", and "aroma therapy rose with anxiety" to find relevant articles found as many as 3,250 articles from Google Scholar). Results: Articles were selected according to the criteria and obtained the results of 10 articles that were ready to be reviewed. The results of this study showed that it was proven effective in soaking warm water feet and giving rose aroma therapy to reduce blood pressure and anxiety in hypertensive patients. Conclusion: The conclusion of the 10 articles reviewed, showed that thefire of soaking the feet of warm water and giving rose aroma therapy showed a positive response in lowering blood pressure and anxiety
