Abstract

Students' interest in learning increases students' enthusiasm and activeness in the learning process. However, in the field, learning to be a student is quite challenging. The aim of this research is to improve video-based interactive multimedia learning to improve student experiences in elementary schools. The research method used is R & D, with the aim of creating video-based interactive multimedia for elementary school students and determining the quality of interactive multimedia based on media, material and technical requirements. Based on the research results, the media has a score of 82.9% in the good category and 89.5% in the very good category. Choosing small groups has an 82% chance of success, while choosing large groups has an 80% chance of success. The teacher evaluation results have a chance of success of 92.6%. The chance of success is 82%, while choosing a large group has an 80% chance of success. Learning research finds that students learn better with tests, with scores found to be 0.61 for satisfaction and 0.69 for interest.  Furthermore, exams improve all aspects of student learning by 0.64, especially in the current category. As a result, creating video-based interactive multimedia can improve students' learning experiences

Abstract

To drive active OSIS activities, national educational leadership is needed, namely leadership that requires a stable system, adequate funding, professional human resources and has the following requirements or characteristics: Devotion to God Almighty, high intelligence, have a strong physique, broad knowledge, self-confidence, can be a member of a group, fair and wise, firm and take the initiative, have the capacity to make decisions, have emotional stability, be physically and spiritually healthy. Based on the conditions that must be met to become an OSIS leader or administrator, it turns out that it is not easy, apart from having the will, ability and knowledge, apart from that you also have to be able to manage your time as well as possible so that lessons are not disturbed and go through several selections. OSIS as the only student organization in the school, is a means of organizational training and a forum for activities for students at school, so it can be concluded that the progress and development of school activities is very dependent on the OSIS work program, leadership attitudes and basic knowledge regarding good organizational management and activities. OSIS administrators who are guided by OSIS supervisors. Seeing this important role and position, the OSIS needs to be managed as well as possible. Organizations in general can be interpreted as providing a structure or arrangement, namely in arranging/placing people in a cooperative group, with the aim of placing relationships between people in terms of their respective obligations, rights and responsibilities, determining the structure, relationship of duties and responsibilities. It is intended to organize an activity to lead to a common goal. Discipline is an action carried out in accordance with applicable regulations or doing something in accordance with applicable norms. Learning outcomes are sentences consisting of two words, namely, "results" and "learning" which have different meanings. This research was carried out at SMPIT Widya Cendikia Serang. Abstract

This research aims to analyze: First, the level of implementation of the jigsaw type cooperative learning method; student learning activity before and after applying the jigsaw type cooperative method. This research was conducted at SMP N 10 Serang City, specifically in class VIII B. This research used the classroom action research (PTK) method, which is one of the efforts that teachers can make to improve the quality of teachers' roles and responsibilities, especially in managing learning. What focuses on the learning process is known as Classroom Action Research. The sample in this study was 38 students in class VIII B. The research procedures or steps carried out are divided into activity cycles which refer to the Kemmis and Kaggart model, where each cycle consists of planning (Plan), Implementation (Action), Observation (Observation), and Reflection (Reflection), these four activities take place simultaneously and the sequence can be modified. The research instruments used observation sheets, questionnaires, and skills/psychomotor assessment tests
