Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership and organization culture on organizational citizenship behaviour with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The number of respondents in this study are 172 lectures in Politeknik Negeri Lhokseumawe. Data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling by using AMOS software. The results of this study found that directly, transformational leadership and organization culture have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement, then organization culture and employee engagement also have positive and significant effects on organizational citizenship behaviour, but transformational leadership has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behaviour. The mediation effect test results proved that employee engagement mediates the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behaviour partially (patial mediation), but employee engagement cannot mediate the effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behaviour.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload and adaptability on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank Lhokseumawe Area. The data in this research used primary data in the form of a questionnaire which was prepared according to the research variable measurement indicators and distributed to 168 employees of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Lhokseumawe Area with a sampling technique carried out in the first stage, stratified random sampling, then carried out using a simple random sampling technique on the respondents in this study, employees of PT. Indonesian Sharia Bank Lhokseumawe Area. The data analysis method used is structural analysis (SEM) and processed with the moment of structural analysis (Amos) program, namely a multivariate analysis technique which is a combination of factor analysis and regression analysis which aims to test the relationship between variables in a model , both that are between indicators and constructs, or relationships between constructs. The research results found that there was an influence of workload and adaptability on job satisfaction and workload and adaptability also had an influence on employee performance, then there was an influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. Furthermore, the results of this research show that job satisfaction moderates the influence of workload and adaptability on employee performance.

Abstract

This research examines the mediating role of employee engagement on the influence of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance at the BPJS Health Partners Hospital, Langsa City. The sample in this study were employees at the Langsa City Regional Hospital, Cut Meutia Hospital and Cut Nyak Dhien Hospital, Langsa City, Aceh Province, totaling 172 people. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using a data analysis method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was operationalized with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) tool. The research results show that talent management and knowledge management have a significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. And employee engagement has a direct effect on employee performance. Then, in testing the indirect effect of employee engagement, it was found to act as a partial mediating variable in the relationship between the influence of talent management and knowledge management on employee performance. It is hoped that the results of this research will be important information for organizational leaders and managers in making policies related to developing employee performance at Langsa City Regional Hospital, Cut Meutia Hospital and Cut Nyak Dhien Hospital, Langsa City, Aceh Province.
