Abstract

This study aims to determine the principal's instructional leadership style during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted with a qualitative systematic review approach. The meta-synthesis method with a meta-aggregation approach was chosen to answer questions by summarizing various research results related to school leadership in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. The principal's instructional approach is implied by offering the right services to educators in conducting learning, creating new learning ideas that are adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic era, and offering support and a positive impression for all school members.

Abstract

Bonus demografi merupakan keadan yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh suatu pemerintahan untuk merubah suatu program dan sistem ke arah yang lebih baik karena orang yang usia produktif lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan usia yang non produktif. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana system kepemimpinan pemerintahan jika negaranya tersebut sedang berada di era bionus demografi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan metode analisis deskriptif-kualitatif dengan berbasiskan kajian kepustakaan (library research). Penelitian dalam penulisan ini mengemukakan beberapa definisi dan teori-teori yang terdapat dalam sumber rujukan dan pendapat pribadi penulis mengenai kepemimpinan Pemerintahan di Era Bonus Demografi. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa suatu pemerintahan di era bonus demografi dapat mengambil dampak positive dengan Menaikkan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), meningkatkan tabungan masyarakat dan social, Membentuk generasi emas, dan meringankan beban hidup masyarakat.

Abstract

The principal's leadership in leading in limited face-to-face learning situations has guidelines for increasing student learning enthusiasm. To increase students' learning motivation, teachers are also responsible for guiding and increasing students' learning motivation and the role of students' parents is also inseparable from mentoring so that the goals and expectations for generations of students are expected to be achieved. The principal is the person closest to the teacher both in planning and in the learning process and has an important influence on the environmental situation at school. The purpose of this article is to discuss the improvement in student learning with the motivation of the principal during the PTMT (limited face-to-face learning) period today so that students are more enthusiastic, more active, and creative in carrying out learning at school.

Abstract

Women's leadership as school principals in this scientific article aims to describe leadership styles, women, school principals that appear in decision making, building communication and providing motivation. The research method used is qualitative. The results of the research are the leadership of female school principals: (1) The principal gives authority to make decisions to subordinates; (2) Be careful in making decisions and adhere to procedures; (3) Respect, appreciate, be open to input and suggestions from subordinates; (4) Prefers to work in a team; (5) Prioritizing interpersonal relationships and informal communication; (6) awards are given for the development of subordinates; (7) motherhood plays a role in giving warnings and coaching to subordinates as well as being more diplomatic.
