Abstract

Ossa Humerus adalah teknik pemeriksaan radiografi pada tulang lengan atas dengan menggunakan sinar-x. Penelitian ini bertujuan umtuk mengetahui teknik penatalaksanaan pemeriksaan Humerus menggunakan metode Crosstable dengan klinis trauma. Pemeriksaan ini dilakukan di Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Banda Aceh pada bulan Desember 2020 dengan menggunakan metode observasi deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan satu orang pasien dengan klinis Fraktur, satu radiografer, dan satu orang radiolog. Dalam penelitian ini, pemeriksaan Ossa Humerus di Instalasi Radiologi Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Banda Aceh menggunakan dua proyeksi, yaitu : Anterior Posterior (AP) dan Lateral Crosstabel dari kedua gambaran radiografi tersebut, didapatkan informasi diagnostik dengan jelas dan akurat, yaitu pemeriksaan Ossa Humerus pada pasien dengan klinis Fraktur 1/3 proksimal. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap teknik pemeriksaan Ossa Humerus dengan menggunakan proyeki Crosstable dengan kasus trauma didapatkan hasil bahwa proyeksi AP, lebih jelas tampak kedua sendi dibandingkan proyeksi Crosstable yang hanya tampak satu sendi yaitu elbow joint. Pada pemeriksaan Ossa Humerus proyeksi AP sudah termasuk kriteria yang baik dan benar, sedangkan proyeksi Crosstable dari hasil gambaran belum memenuhi kriteria gambaran yang baik dan benar karena pada proyeksi Crosstable hasil gambarannya lebih menampakkan pemeriksaan Elbow Joint.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui kualitas  citra radiografi schedell pada proyeksi  lateral  crosstable  dan  lateral  pada  kasus  kecelakaan  lalu  lintas ditinjau dari segi ketajaman dan detail. Adapun cara rnelakukan penelitian ini dengan pemotretan langsung terhadap dua pasien dengan pemeriksaan schedell proyeksi lateral crosstable  dan lateral. Hasil yang didapat berupa dua radiograf schedell dari dua pasien yang berbeda, Dari kedua foto diamati dari ketajaman dan detail berupa table.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the radiographic examination of the femur in cases of proximal fractures while maintaining patient comfort during the examination at the Radiology Department of the Mother and Child Hospital in Banda Aceh. The research was conducted through direct observation and participation in the radiographic examination process of the femur with proximal fracture cases. The study found that the radiographic examination technique for femur fractures in the proximal region differs from the technique used for femur examinations without fracture indications. To ensure patient comfort during the examination of femur fractures in the proximal region, the femur should not be positioned laterally, as this may increase the patient's pain.

Abstract

One of the schedell examinations includes the examination of the orbital foramen, which aims to provide information on the presence or absence of abnormalities in the orbital region. Common abnormalities in the orbital foramen include foreign bodies, fractures, cellulitis, and tumors. This research is descriptive in nature, aiming to provide a complete description and explanation of the imaging of the orbital foramen. The study was conducted at the Radiology Department of Pertamedika Ummi Rosanti, Banda Aceh. The results of the study indicate that in the Rhese Method AP with a 37-degree angle of the orbital foramen in cases of cellulitis, there is no clear visualization of the mass in the orbital cavity, making it appear normal. Therefore, it can be concluded that for cellulitis cases, the Rhese Method AP and PA with 37-degree and 53-degree angulations are not suitable

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the health and safety of the radiologist and how to protect the radiologist in the radiology installation of the Pertamedika Hospital in Banda Aceh. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The result of this research shows that the application of the Hospital Health Management and Safety Management System (SMK3RS) to the staff needs to be applied to create a healthy, safe and calm work environment, so as to reduce the probability of work accidents. The health and safety of work is also very important in the installation of radiology

Abstract

A study on the description of silver (Ag) levels in liquid waste fixer originating from a radiology installation before being processed at the Waste Treatment Installation is sometimes necessary to avoid environmental pollution. The time and place of this research were conducted at the radiology installation for approximately 1 (one) month. The purpose of this writing is to determine the description of the silver (Ag) levels of fixer in the radiology installation. This research method is field observation. and the processing of silver levels was carried out at the Medan standardization research agency (baristand) with researchers sending samples of 100 mg/l to be tested for silver levels. The thing studied in this study was to determine the description of silver levels using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) method. From the observation results after processing, the Ag content was 0.03 mg/L. After processing, the silver content was allowed to be discharged directly into the environment or public channels because the results were still below the established quality standards, namely 5.0 mg/L. However, it would be better if each hospital was advised to process the liquid waste at the Wastewater Treatment Plant to avoid environmental pollution.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the hip joint examination technique in Post ORIF Total Hip Replacement cases at the Radiology Installation of Meuraxa Hospital, Banda Aceh. Hip joint examination is performed with anterior, posterior, and axial projections in Post ORIF Total Hip Replacement cases using AP pelvic projection. This study is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were one radiologist, three radiographers, and one patient with Post ORIF Total Hip Replacement cases. AP pelvic radiography examination at the Radiology Installation of Meuraxa Hospital, Banda Aceh aims to compare the right or left hip.
