Abstract

Abstrak: Stunting atau pendek menurut umur masih menjadi masalah kesehatan yang kerap terjadi pada anak-anak. Stunting dapat disebabkan oleh pengetahuan ibu yang masih kurang terkait pemenuhan gizi anaknya. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, dilaksanakan program Fest Gz sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu terkait gizi seimbang. Program ini ditujukan bagi ibu-ibu di kelurahan Tanjungsari, khususnya ibu hamil dan ibu dengan anak stunting. Program ini juga melibatkan ibu kader kelurahan Tanjungsari. Program tersebut dilaksanakan dengan metode praktik penyusunan menu dan metode edukasi Isi Piringku. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi program, ketiga indikator keberhasil yang ditetapkan terpenuhi, yaitu didapat 25 peserta yang mengikuti program dari target 10 peserta, terdapat 2 orang penanya dalam sesi tanya jawab, dan sebesar 90% ibu mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan.Abstract: Stunting, characterized by an abnormal shortness in stature for a child's age, continues to pose significant health challenges among children. One primary cause of stunting is the limited knowledge among mothers about their child's nutritional requirements. In response to this issue, the Fest Gz program was introduced to enhance the understanding of balanced nutrition among mothers. This program was aimed at mothers in the Tanjungsari sub-district, especially pregnant women and mothers with stunted children. The program also involved cadre from the Tanjungsari sub-district. It was implemented using the practical method of menu preparation and the 'Isi Piringku' educational method. Based on the program evaluation results, all predetermined success indicators were met: 25 participants joined the program, surpassing the initial goal of 10, there were 2 questioners in the question and answer session, and 90% of mothers’ knowledge were improved.
