Pemilihan penolong persalinan merupakan salah satu upaya yang harus dipersiapkan untuk menghadapi proses persalinan, penolong persalinan yang dimaksud adalah seseorang yang memberikan pertolongan selama persalinan dan nifas. Tenaga penolong persalinan dibedakan atas dua bagian, pertama tenaga kesehatan, yaitu dokter spesialis, dokter umum, bidan dan perawat, kedua tenaga non-kesehatan (dukun bayi), baik yang terlatih maupun yang tidak terlatih. Tahun 2015 di Indonesia cakupan persalinan ibu hamil kesehatan provinsi, mencapai 79,72%. Secara nasional, indikator capaian tersebut di bawah Target Rencana Strategis Kementerian Kesehatan (Renstra). Kemudian terdapat 18 provinsi yang belum memenuhi target cakupan persalinan hanya mencapai 52,9%, salah satunya yaitu di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat (Kalbar), capaian Ibu bersalin hanya mencapai 56,04%.Â

Pulmonary tuberculosis patients affected by family support, motivation, thus affecting the environmental stigma treatment process resulting lack treatment compliance. If the drugs are not taken in accordance with the provisions it would appear active tuberculosis germs that are resistant to the drug, if this continues to happen and continue to spread these germs, active tuberculosis drug control will be more difficult to implement and the healing process will be longer Pulmonary TB.This study aimed at finding out the correlation of family support, motivation and environmental stigma towards Pulmonary TB patients compliance with medication at work area of Gang Sehat health center.Using analytical observation, as well as cross sectional approach, 78 samples participated in this study. Each variable was tested by using chi square test.The study revealed that there were correlation of family support (PR = 1,539, p value = 0,028,), motivation (PR = 1,485, p value = 0,043,), environmental stigma (PR = 1,503, p value = 0,034,)and pulmonary TB patients compliance with medication at work area of Gang Sehat health center Advice for the family and the community is expected to understand and accept people with TB in their environment and be able to receive information from health professionals about the disease Pulmonary TB so as to prevent and eliminate the environmental stigma against pulmonary TB disease, so patients can petuh take medication regularly.Keywords : family support, motivation, environmental stigma,TB patient compliance

Menopause is a period that causes women experience both physical and psychological disorders. An optimal quality of like for the elderly could be interpreted as a functional condition at the maximum conditions so that they can enjoy their old age with a meaningful, happy, useful and quality of life.Â If the quality of life of the elderly decreases, it will increase the morbidity and mortality of elderly. In July 2015, the morbidity of elderly who visited Puskesmas counted to 377 elderly consisted of 169 elderly men and 209 erlderly women. Additionally, in August 2015, the morbidity of elderly who visited Puskesmas were 474 elderly consisted of 223 elderly men and 251 elderly women. There was an increase number of elderly Â visit in Augustby 6,25% from JulyÂ 2015.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of theelderly activeness in visiting health center and the quality of life of elderly women in target areas at Puskesmas Parit H. Husin II Pontianak. This study was conducted by using analytical descriptive correlational design. The samples are 86 people taken from convenience sampling technique. The statistical test used is the Mann Whitney test with reliability rate of 95%.The results showed that there is no significant relationship between the elderly health visit(p value=0,449), social domain (p value=0,972),Â environmental domain (p value=0,679), and the quality of life of physical health domain.Based on the findings, it is suggested to improve the education and socialization of the importance of Posyandu among elderly people to visit Posyandu maximally in order to improve the standard of life for the elderly in living their old age.Â KeywordsÂ Â Â Â Â Â : elderly activeness, health center, Quality of Life

Penderita TB paru dipengaruhi oleh dukungan keluarga, motivasi, stigma lingkungan sehingga mempengaruhi proses berobat yang mengakibatkan ketidak kepatuhan berobat. Apabila obat tidak diminum sesuai dengan ketentuan maka akan muncul kuman tubercolusis yang resisten terhadap obat, jika ini terus terjadi dan kuman tersebut terus menyebar, pengendalian obat tubercolusis akan semakin sulit dilaksanakan dan proses penyembuhan TB Paru akan semakin lama Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan keluarga, motivasi dan stigma lingkungan dengan kepatuhan berobat terhadap penderita TB Paru di Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gang Sehat Kota Pontianak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Besar sample dalam penelitian ini menggunkan total polupasi yaitu sebanyak 78 sampel. Uji Statistik menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga (PR = 1,539, p value = 0,028,), motivasi (PR = 1,485, p value = 0,043,) dan stigma lingkungan (PR = 1,503, p value = 0,034,) dengan proses kepatuhan berobat terhadap penderita Tb paru di wilayah kerja puskesmas gang sehat. Saran bagi keluarga dan masyarakat diharapkan dapat mengerti dan menerima penderita TB di dalam lingkungannya dan dapat menerima informasi dari petugas kesehatan mengenai penyakit TB Paru sehingga dapat mencegah dan menghilangkan stigma lingkungan terhadap penyakit TB Paru sehingga penderita dapat petuh minum obat secara teratur.

Birth weight is the weight of neonates at birth weighed within an hour or shortly after the birth. Body weight is used to diagnose whether the baby's weight is normal or low (LBW).This study aimed to discover the factors related to height, body weight gain, upper arm circumference, hemoglobin level, maternal age, eating abstinence, carbonated beverages intake, and the incidence of newborn infants birth weight at Delivery Room of RSUD dr. Soedarso Pontianak.A cross sectional design was carried out in this study. The samples were 93 respondents who were selected by using accidental sampling technique. The data were analyzed by employing chi square test.The study revealed two findings. First, there were correlation of birth weight gain (p value=0,000), hemoglobin level (p value=0,017), upper arm circumference (p value=0,001), maternal age (p value=0,018), eating abstinence (p value=0,047), and the incidence of newborn infants birth weight. second, there were no correlation of height (p value=0,142), carbonated beverages intake, and the incidence of newborn infants birth weightFrom the findings, the management of Soedarso hospital should provide family planning counseling, particularly on the importance setting the age for pregnancy, pregnancy spacing, and antenatal care, particularly for those who are at risk of pregnancy.Key words: body weight gain, hemoglobin level, upper arm circumference, maternal age, eating abstinence

Prevalence of drug abuse among students indicated continually increased each year. SMKN 1 Singkawang contributed the highest number of indicated students. There were 2 students in 2012, 1 student in 2013 and 2 students in 2014.This study aimed at finding out the risky behavior of the drug use among students of SMK N I Singkawang.Using analytic survey and cross sectional approach, as many as 278 out of 1008 students of grades X, XII, an XII were selected as the samples of this study. They were chosen by using proportional random sampling. The test used was chi square test, with 95% confidence level.The study revealed that there were significant correlation of smoking behavior (41,336 CI 95%=5,614-81,214 p=0,000) night club visiting behavior (RP=58,109, CI 95%= 10,622-577,838, p=0,00), hang out behavior (RP=9,853 CI 95%= 1,320-73,535, p = 0,007) skipping class behavior (RP=18,847 CI 95%=4,477-79,572), p = 0,000) and alcohol intake behavior (RP=86,894 CI 95%= 19,104-90,260) p= 0,000) .From the findings, the headmaster needs to have a collaboration with the Police Department / National Narcotics Board in socializing the dangers of drug abuse. Also, both head master and teachers are encouraged to be active in monitoring the students, discipline in teaching learning process.Keywords: narcotics, adolescents, the risk of drug use, risky behavior

Remaja merupakan masa transisi antara kanak-kanak dan dewasa. Oleh karena itu, remaja mudah terpengaruh oleh teman, lingkungan dan tidak jarang terjebak pada hal-hal yang negatif. Salah satunya menggunakan media internetÂ untuk mengakses situs-situs porno atau di sebut cyberporn. Cyberporn merupakan bentuk pornografi yang diakses secara online melalui jaringan internet. Cyberporn Â mempunyai pengaruh besar dalam mendorong perilaku seksual pranikah.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui paparan cyberporn terhadap perilaku KNPI (Kissing,Necking, Petting dan Intercouse) dan masturbasi pada remaja Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kecamatan Pontianak Barat.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel penelitian remaja lakilaki dan perempuanÂ kelas IX di Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Kecamatan Pontianak Barat yang berjumlah 83 orang. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Chi Square Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara paparan cyberporn dengan perilaku KNPI(Kissing, Necking, Petting dan Intercouse) pada remaja Sekolah Menengah Pertama (p value = 0,029), ada hubungan signifikan antara paparan cyberporn dengan perilaku masturbasi pada remaja Sekolah Menengah Pertama (p value = 0,034).Diharapkan bagi pihak sekolah perlu mengadakan penyuluhan terkait bahaya dan dampak pornografi terhadap perkembangan remaja.Â Â
