Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh magang terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII OTKP di SMK 1 Karanganyar; (2) pengaruh peran guru bimbingan konseling terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII OTKP di SMKN 1 Karanganyar; dan (3) pengaruh magang dan peran guru bimbingan konseling terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII OTKP di SMK 1 Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII OTKP. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 72 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji prasyarat analisis, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) magang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja (thitung 5,504 > ttabell1,99495); (2) peran guru bimbingan konseling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja (hitung 2,050 > ttabel 1,99495); dan (3) magang dan peran guru bimbingan konseling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja (Fhitung 22,025 > Ftabel,13).Kata kunci: kesiapan karir; kuantitatif; magang; pengajarAbstract: The research aims to know: (1) the effect of internship on work readiness of class XII OTKP at Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar; (2) the effect of the role of counseling guidance teacher on work readiness of class XII OTKP at Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar; and (3) the effect of internship and the role of counseling guidance teacher on work readiness of class XII OTKP at Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar. This research used descriptive quantitative methods. The research population is all students of class XII OTKP. The sampling technique used saturation sampling with 72 students as samples. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and document analysis. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with analysis prerequisite test, the normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The result of the research shows that: (1) internship has a positive and significant effect on work readiness (tcount 5,504 > ttabell1,99495); (2) the role of counseling guidance teacher has a positive and significant effect on work readiness (toount 2,050 > ttabel 1,99495); and (3) internship and the role of counseling guidance teacher has positive and significant on work readiness (Fcount 22,025 > Ftable,13).Keywords: internship; quantitative; teacher; work readiness
